Bergenia emeiensis is a traditional folk medicine in China. Most studies are focusing on the bioactivity of bergenin, neglecting other compounds. Therefore, in this present work, the antioxidant, antibacterial and anticancer abilities of triterpenes from B. emeiensis rhizomes (TBE) were comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that TBE could well scavenge DPPH with a lower EC50 of 0.29 mg/mL and could improve the cell viability of CHO cells against H2O2 induced cell death. Additionally, TBE also enhanced the resistance of C. elegans under thermal stress, exhibiting a strong antioxidant potential in vivo. Moreover, TBE showed a certain antibacterial ability on five kind strains such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa while TBE could not significantly inhibit the growth of plant pathogenic fungi. Furthermore, TBE possessed an excellent suppression ability on the proliferation of cancer cells especially Hela and Hep G2 cells with an IC50 of 41.79 μg/mL and 48.62 μg/mL at 48 h, respectively. After fractionally extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and ethanol, ethanol phase (EP) contained the most triterpenes, followed by ethyl acetate phase (EAP) and petroleum ether phase (PEP). Besides, EP and EAP exhibited a strong antioxidant capacity and also inhibited the proliferation of Hela and Hep G2 cells with the effect of pro-oxidation by inducing a high level of ROS and decreasing mitochondrial membrane potential, thus causing oxidative stress then inducing cell apoptosis. Therefore, these outcomes indicated the triterpenes from B. emeiensis possessed a strong antioxidant ability and an anticancer effect, thus making B. emeiensis become a promising potential alternative in pharmacological field.  相似文献

In the study, the conductive graphite flakes filled poly(urethane-imide) composites (PUI/GFs) with high performance were constructed by the thermal imidization self-foaming reaction. It was found that the foaming action could promote the redistribution of GFs during curing process and the formation of stable linear conductive pathways. The percolation threshold of PUI/GFs composites was lowered from 1.26 wt% (2000 mesh GFs) or 0.86 wt% (1000 mesh GFs) to 0.79 wt% (500 mesh GFs), which were relatively low percolation thresholds for polymer/GFs composites so far. When the content of 500 mesh GFs was 4.0 wt%, the electrical conductivity of the composite was as high as 3.96 × 10?1 S/m. Also, a poly(urethane-imide) (PUI) matrix with excellent thermal stability (Td10%: 334.97 °C) and mechanical properties (elongation at break: 324.52%, tensile strength: 15.88 MPa) was obtained by introducing the rigid aromatic heterocycle into the polyurethane (PU) hard segments. Moreover, the zero temperature coefficient of resistivity for the composites was observed at the temperature range from 30 °C to 200 °C. Consequently, PUI/GFs composites may provide the novel strategy for considerable conductive materials with high thermal stability in electrical conductivity.  相似文献

Despite the growing popularity of X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) in scientific research, many researchers do not receive formalized training on this technique. Some of them learned from online resources, which only briefly introduce XAS and its applications. Here, this article aims to provide the overview of tips about the XAS analysis, general rules, as well as required information for presenting XAS data in publications, and some common mistakes in XAS data interpretations. Four new gallate derivatives—ornusgallate A, ent-cornusgallate A, cornusgallate B and C (1a, 1b, 2, 3)—were isolated from the wine-processed fruit of Cornus officinalis. Among them, 1a and 1b are new natural compounds with novel skeletons. Their chemical structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopy methods including NMR, IR, HRESIMS, UV, ECD spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The in vitro anti-inflammatory activities of all compounds were assayed in RAW 264.7 cells by assessing LPS-induced NO production. As the result, all compounds exhibited anti-inflammatory activities at attested concentrations. Among the tested compounds, compound 2 exhibited the strongest anti- inflammatory activity.  相似文献

Desulfurized gypsum (DG) as a soil modifier imparts it with bulk solid sulfite. The Fe(III)–sulfite process in the liquid phase has shown great potential for the rapid removal of As(III), but the performance and mechanism of this process using DG as a sulfite source in aqueous solution remains unclear. In this work, employing solid CaSO3 as a source of SO32−, we have studied the effects of different conditions (e.g., pH, Fe dosage, sulfite dosage) on As(III) oxidation in the Fe(III)–CaSO3 system. The results show that 72.1% of As(III) was removed from solution by centrifugal treatment for 60 min at near-neutral pH. Quenching experiments have indicated that oxidation efficiencies of As(III) are due at 67.5% to HO, 17.5% to SO5•− and 15% to SO4•−. This finding may have promising implications in developing a new cost-effective technology for the treatment of arsenic-containing water using DG.  相似文献

Ti3C2TX MXene was synthesized by exfoliating pristine Ti3AlC2 phase with hydrofluoric acid. The simple methods of mechanical mixing and drop-casting of Ti3C2TX and MWCNTs were carried out to prepare sensing electrode of Ti3C2TX/MWCNTs/GCE. The composite and topography, especially the surface functional groups of Ti3C2TX/MWCNTs were analyzed by XRD, SEM, FTIR, XPS, and Raman spectrum. The results turned out that Ti3C2TX was characteristic by accordion-like 2D nanostructure with the surfaces terminated with −OH, −F, and =O. When combining with acid pretreated, the interaction between the functional groups of Ti3C2TX and MWCNTs facilitated the convenience and reproducibility of the robust modified electrodes and could make Ti3C2TX/MWCNTs/GCE possess good synergistic catalytic acceleration by increasing the electron transfer efficiency as well as adsorption and aggregation of MOP analyte onto the electrode surface. Versatile electrochemical measurements of CV, DPV and EIS were used to investigate the electrochemical performance of Ti3C2TX/MWCNTs/GCE sensing platform. The linear detection range is 0.01–100 μM with the limit of detection of 0.0092 μM (S/N=3). The sensor has good stability, repeatability, reproducibility and anti-interference. In the detection of serum and urine samples, it has a good recovery rate.  相似文献

基于构形理论和■理论,对"+"形高导热通道的方形构造体开展导热实验研究,并对不同优化目标和不同高导热通道布置形式下的构造体导热性能进行比较.结果表明:对于"+"形高导热通道的方形构造体,实验和数值计算所得到的构造体最高温度点均位于"+"形高导热通道两分支之间,实验和数值计算所得到的构造体平均温差和■耗散率的误差均在可接受范围内,这从定性和定量的角度证明了导热构形优化结果的正确性.与"H"形高导热通道的方形构造体相比,构造体内高导热通道采用一级"+"形布置使得其导热■耗散率得到降低.■耗散率最小的一级"+"形高导热通道构造体最优构形与最大温差最小的构造体最优构形相比,前者的导热■耗散率降低了5.98%,但最大温差提高了3.57%.最大温差最小目标有助于提高构造体的热安全性,■耗散率最小目标有助于提高构造体的整体导热性能.在保证热安全性能的前提下,实际微电子器件设计中可采用■耗散率最小的构造体最优构形以提高其整体导热性能.  相似文献
