Si和GaAs衬底上的ZnTe、CdTe分子束外延材料的晶向倾角

本文采用X射线双晶衍射二次测量法对φ76mm Si(211)和GaAs(211)B衬底上生长的ZnTe和CdTe外延层的晶向倾角进行了测量,发现对于Si和GaAs衬底,外延层的[211]均绕外延层与衬底的[0-11]复合轴朝[111]倾斜,其晶向倾角与晶格失配呈线性关系;通过实际测量验证了在外延层探测到的[133]峰代表[211]关于[111]旋转180°的[255]孪晶向.     

Structure and magnetic properties of a new dinuclear nickel(II) complex with a dinucleating hexaazamacrocycle

The crystal structure and magnetic properties of a new dinuclear nickel(II) complex [LNi2(AcO)4]·14H2O, where L = 3,6,9,17,20,23-hexaazatricyclo [23.3.1.111,13] triaconta-1(29),11(30),12,14,25(26),27-hexene, has been studied. X-ray structure analysis shows that the compound consists of a discrete [LNi2(AcO)4] complex and 14 lattice water molecules. Each Ni atom is six coordinated by three N atoms from the macrocycle and three O atoms from the two coordinated acetates; two nickel atoms in each macrocycle are at the distance of 7.028Å. The result of the magnetic measurement indicates that the zero-field splitting constant of nickel(II) centres |D| = 1.87 cm–1.

Heteroepitaxy of CdTe on tilting Si(2 1 1) substrates by molecular beam epitaxy

CdTe(2 1 1)B epilayers were grown on 3 in Si(2 1 1) substrates which misoriented 0–10° toward [1 1 1] by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). The relationship of X-ray double-crystal rocking curve (XRDCRC) FWHM and deflection angle from CdTe(2 1 1) to Si(2 1 1) was studied. For 4.2–4.5 μm CdTe, the best value of FWHM 83 arcsec was achieved while deflection angle is 2.76°. A FWHM wafer mapping indicated a good crystalline uniformity of 7.4 μm CdTe on tilting Si(2 1 1), with FWHM range of 60–72 arcsec. The shear strains of these epilayers were analyzed, using reciprocal lattice points of symmetric and asymmetric reflections measured by high-resolution multi-crystal multi-reflection X-ray diffractometer (HRMCMRXD). It was found that the shear strain angle of epilayer is effectively reduced by using proper tilting Si(2 1 1) substrate. It was also proved that the lattice parameter of CdTe(2 1 1)B is affected by the shear strain and thermal strain.

A novel pH-sensitive (±)-α-tocopherol-5-fluorouracil (VE-5-FU) adduct with antioxidant and anticancer properties for antioxidant-based cancer chemoprevention was synthesized and utilized for selective drug release in the stomach.     

Influence of ignition condition on the growth of silicon thin films using plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition

The influences of the plasma ignition condition in plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition (PECVD) on the interfaces and the microstructures of hydrogenated microcrystalline Si (μc-Si:H) thin films are investigated.The plasma ignition condition is modified by varying the ratio of SiH 4 to H 2 (R H).For plasma ignited with a constant gas ratio,the time-resolved optical emission spectroscopy presents a low value of the emission intensity ratio of Hα to SiH (I Hα /I SiH) at the initial stage,which leads to a thick amorphous incubation layer.For the ignition condition with a profiling R H,the higher I Hα /I SiH values are realized.By optimizing the R H modulation,a uniform crystallinity along the growth direction and a denser μc-Si:H film can be obtained.However,an excessively high I Hα /I SiH may damage the interface properties,which is indicated by capacitance-voltage (C-V) measurements.Well controlling the ignition condition is critically important for the applications of Si thin films.     

射频激发热丝化学气相沉积制备硅薄膜过程中光发射谱的研究

采用射频(rf)激发,在热丝化学气相沉积(HWCVD)制备微晶硅薄膜的过程中产生发光基元,测量了rf激发HWCVD (rf-HWCVD)的光发射谱,比较了相同工艺条件下rf-HWCVD和等离子体增强CVD(PECVD)的光发射谱,分析了rf功率、热丝温度和沉积气压对rf-HWCVD光发射谱的影响.结果表明,在射频功率<0.1W/cm²时,rf-HWCVD发射光谱反映了HWCVD高的气体分解效率和高浓度原子氢的特点,能够解释气压变化与微晶硅薄膜微结构的关系,是研究HWCVD气相过程的有 关键词： HWCVD OES 微晶硅     

Mass spectra of 3,3-difluoro-1-halo-2-arylcyclopropenes

The electron ionization (EI) mass spectra of a series of 3,3-difluoro-1-halo-2-arylcyclo- propenes (1, 2) give the fragments [M-X](+) (X: Br, Cl) as the base peaks. A comparison of tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) profiles of the m/z 151 ions recorded from compounds 1 and 2 and 3-bromo-3,3-difluoro-1-phenylcyclopropyne (5), 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoro-3-phenyl- cyclopropane (6), 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroindane (7), and 2,3,3-trifluoroindene (8) suggested that the structure of the derived [M-X](+) fragment ion is more likely that of a substituted cyclopropenium ion. The results from calculations using the density functional theory (DFT) method support this MS/MS analysis.

灿烂绿与DNA作用的紫外-可见光谱的特性及其分析应用

用紫外 -可见光谱法研究了阳离子染料灿烂绿 (Brilliant Green)与脱氧核糖核酸 (fs DNA、ct DNA)相互作用的特性及分析应用。在 p H=8.0— 10 .5条件下 ,6 2 5 nm处的最大吸收峰随着 DNA量的增加 ,吸光度显著下降 ,并表现出一定的线性关系。据此 ,建立了一种可用于 DNA定量测定的新方法。其线性范围分别为 0 .10— 8mg/ L (fs DNA)、0 .15— 7mg/ L (ct DNA) ,表观摩尔吸光系数分别为 :6 .5 2× 10 4、9.0 8× 10 4L· mol-1· cm-1,相关系数分别为 0 .9988、0 .9990。方法具有较高的灵敏度和选择性。用于合成试样分析 ,结果令人满意
