The Surface Imprinted Polystyrene Beads Prepared via Emulsion Templates

In this paper, the surface imprinted cross-linked polystyrene beads were prepared via suspension polymerization with styrene (St), divinylbezene (DVB), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA1788),the mixture of Span 85 and xylene or the mixture of Span 85 and paraffin as monomer,cross-linking agent, dispersion stabilizer and templates, respectively. The results indicate that there are dense cavities on the surface of beads, and the diameter and density of cavity are related with the composition and amount of emulsion template. The forming mechanism of cavity from thermodynamics and dynamics was proposed.     

THE NATURE AND SOURCE OF ESR SIGNAL IN BILIRUBIN

The ESR signals of bilirubin-IXα were studied including the samples treated with free radical generating and inhibiting systems, i.e.X-X0., Fe/EDTA, SOD, mannitol/ascorbate, DTPA, KCN et al.These stable signals all comprise those originated from a semiquinone radical(g=2.0012)and superoxide radical(g₁₁=2.041, g_⊥=2.0040).The latter is shown to be bound with metal ionsespecially iron, chelated by bilirubin.The iron probably comes from bilirubin precursor---hemootobin.Active oxygen free radical scavengers may destroy these radicals.Kinetic curves of regeneration of the bilirubin radicals have been determined.Bilirubin is discussed as"active oxygen trap"in mammatians.

Chemical ionization mass spectrometry of nitrosamines

The mass spectra of eight nitrosamines have been recorded, with excitation by chemical ionization (CI) and electron impact (EI). Comparison of the intensities of the base peaks under CI and El conditions gives intensity ratios in the range 1.4-1.9 for low resolution measurements and up to 10 for high resolution measurements, confirming the enhanced sensitivity available in the CI mode.     

透明导电玻璃(ITO)基材自加热传感静态芯片聚合酶链反应(PCR)

利用商品化ITO玻璃导电层的温阻效应, 无需任何微加工手段, 实现了自加热和传感的芯片温度自动程序控制, 最大程度地减小了传感滞后对温度控制稳定性的影响, 温度控制的稳定性达到了0.2 ℃, 升温速度最快可达20 ℃/s以上, 在冷却风扇辅助下降温速度最快达到了8 ℃/s. 芯片温控单元的引线从传统的两对(一对用于传感, 一对用于加热)减少为一对. 通过在该芯片上直接构建多个开放微池反应器的方法成功地实现了λDNA 157 bp片段的并行扩增. 将该芯片置于倒置荧光显微镜样品台上, 以蓝色(575 nm)发光二极管为光源, 以光电倍增管为检测手段检测了dsDNA和SYBR Green Ⅰ嵌合物的荧光强度随温度的实时变化曲线.     

Synthesis,crystal structures and magnetic properties of transition metal dicyanamide complexes coordinated with pyridyl nitronyl nitroxides

Two novel complexes Ni(NITpPy)₂[N(CN)₂]₂ · 2H₂O (I) and Zn(NITpPy)₂[N(CN)₂]₂ · 2H₂O (II) (NITpPy = 2-(p-pyridyl)-4,4,5,5- tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide) were synthesized and characterized by infrared spectra, elemental analyses, and UV-Vis techniques. The crystal structures of both complexes have been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Both complexes are of centrosymmetric distorted octahedral co-ordination geometry in which metal ions are bound to two dicyanamide anions, two water molecules, and two radicals through the nitrogen atom of pyridine rings and show one-dimensional chain structure via hydrogen bonds. The magnetic properties of complexes I and II were investigated in the temperature range 5–300 K and discussed in detail. The two compounds exhibit weak intermolecular antiferromagnetic interaction. In complex II, the diamagnetic metal zinc just plays the role of a bridge. The article was submitted by the authors in English.     

基于氮化碳复合材料磁性固相萃取结合高效液相色谱法测定尿液中3种羟基多环芳烃

建立了测定尿液中3种羟基多环芳烃的氮化碳复合材料磁性固相萃取结合高效液相色谱-荧光检测法。所构筑的磁性氮化碳材料，经扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、振动样品磁强计和比表面积分析仪表征后，用于尿液中3种羟基多环芳烃的富集净化。考察了吸附剂用量、吸附时间、洗脱溶液和洗脱体积（单次洗脱体积×洗脱次数）对萃取效率的影响。结合高效液相色谱-荧光分析，在0.25~250 μg/L范围内线性关系良好（相关系数r=0.999），3种羟基多环芳烃的检出限和定量限分别为0.08和0.25 μg/L，回收率为90.1%~102%，日内和日间精密度分别为1.5%~7.7%和2.2%~8.7%。该本方法简单、快速、高效，可用于尿液中羟基多环芳烃的分析。     

超高效合相色谱法快速检测塑料食品接触材料中13种紫外吸收剂

建立了一种同时检测塑料食品接触材料中13种紫外吸收剂的超高效合相色谱法。以甲醇为溶剂对塑料食品接触材料样品进行超声提取，经C18固相萃取柱净化，过0.22 μm有机滤膜，采用超高效合相色谱仪分析。选择ACQUTY UPC² HSS C18 SB色谱柱（150 mm×3.0 mm，1.8 μm），以超临界二氧化碳为流动相，异丙醇为改性剂进行梯度洗脱，在最优色谱条件下，13种紫外吸收剂能够在4 min内实现有效分离。结果表明，在各自线性范围内，13种紫外吸收剂的线性关系良好，标准曲线相关系数不低于0.9985，检出限（S/N=3）为0.05~0.15 mg/kg，加标回收率为86.8%~115.7%，相对标准偏差为0.73%~5.61%。该方法快速简便，准确可靠，同时大大减少了有机溶剂的消耗，可用于塑料食品接触材料中13种紫外吸收剂的快速检测。     

高速公路两侧农业土壤中挥发性有机化合物污染研究

挥发性有机物(VOC)是石油、化工、制药、印刷、建材、喷涂等行业排放的最常见污染物.其在土壤中具有隐蔽性、挥发性、累积性、多样性、强毒害性等污染特性[1],对人体的健康影响很大.     

开链冠醚Schiff碱-稀土配合物的合成、表征及近红外发光光谱研究

合成了3个新型开链冠醚Schiff碱-稀土离子三元配合物RE(H2L)(Mq)(NO3)3,其中RE=Nd3 ,Er3 ,Yb3 ,配体H2L=N,N-双(邻羟苯亚甲基)-3,6-二氧杂-1,8-二氨基辛烷,Mq为8-羟基喹哪啶.采用元素分析、红外光谱(IR)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)、热重-差热分析(TG-DTG)等手段对配合物的组成结构进行了表征.测定了3种新型结构稀土三元配合物在不同温度(77 K和300 K)时的近红外发光光谱.
