The objective of this study is to utilize the pH sensitivity of modified mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN) for oral drug delivery. In the first time, a pH‐sensitive ionic liquid was synthesized through the quaternization of 3‐aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (3‐ATMS) with sodium monochloroacetate (SMCA). Then, silica nanoparticle was modified by this pH‐sensitive ionic liquid and converted to a pH‐sensitive positive‐charge silica nanoparticle (PCSN). The nanoparticle was characterized by FTIR and SEM. Naproxen as anionic drug molecules was entrapped in this pH‐sensitive positive‐charge silica nanoparticles (PCSN) and the in vitro release profiles were established separately in both (SGF, pH 1) and (SIF, pH 7.4).  相似文献

In this work, the intrinsic viscosities of poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) with a molar mass of 58?kg?mol?1 were measured in water?Cdimethyl sulfoxide solutions at temperatures from (298.15 to 318.15)?K. The expansion factors of the polymer chains were calculated from the intrinsic viscosity data. The thermodynamic parameters (entropy of dilution parameter, the heat of dilution parameter, theta temperature, polymer?Csolvent interaction parameter and second osmotic virial coefficient) were derived by the temperature dependence of the polymer chain expansion factor. The thermodynamic parameters indicate that mixtures of water/dimethyl sulfoxide become poorer solvents for poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) as the temperature is increased. Also, the thermodynamic parameters indicate that water/dimethyl sulfoxide mixtures become better solvents for poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) by increasing the volume fractions of dimethyl sulfoxide.  相似文献

In this paper, some types of vague graphs are introdaced such as dm-regular, tdm-regular, m-highly irregular and m-highly totally irregular vague graphs are introduced and some properties of them are discussed. Comparative study between dm-regular (m-highly irregular) vague graph and tdm-regular (m-highly totally irregular) vague graph are done. In addition, dm-regularity and m-highly irregularity on some vague graphs, which underlying crisp graphs are a cycle or a path is also studied. Finally, some applications of regular vague graphs are given for demonstration of fullerene molecules, road transport network and wireless multihop networks.  相似文献

A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for determination of naltrexone in plasma is presented. The method is based on pre-column derivatization of analyte to trimethylsilyl derivative of naltrexone. The analyte and internal standard were extracted from plasma by liquid–liquid extraction. Validation of the method has been studied in the concentration range 1–50 ng mL−1.

In this paper, we study the flow of a compressible (density‐gradient‐dependent) non‐linear fluid down an inclined plane, subject to radiation boundary condition. The convective heat transfer is also considered where a source term, similar to the Arrhenius type reaction, is included. The non‐dimensional forms of the equations are solved numerically and the competing effects of conduction, dissipation, heat generation and radiation are discussed. Fractional calculus has been used to model physical and engineering processes that are found to be best described by fractional differential equations. For that reason we need a reliable and efficient technique for the solution of fractional differential equations. Here we construct the operational matrix of fractional derivative of order α in the Caputo sense using the linear B-spline functions. The main characteristic behind the approach using this technique is that it reduces such problems to those of solving a system of algebraic equations thus we can solve directly the problem. The method is applied to solve two types of fractional differential equations, linear and nonlinear. Illustrative examples are included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the new technique presented in the current paper.  相似文献

Over the last decade, there has been increased attention to closed-loop logistics networks. Environmental legislation requires companies to be more responsible by collecting used products from customers. Companies can also benefit from savings that are related to recovering and recycling used products. Unlike previous studies, which only consider single products or a single period of time in multi-objective problems, this paper considers a multi-product multi-period closed-loop logistics network with different types of facilities. A?multi-objective mixed-integer nonlinear programming formulation is developed to minimize the total cost, the delivery time of new products, and the collection time of used products. Thus, this model better approximates real-life applications of closed-loop logistics problems. Interactive fuzzy goal programming (IFGP) is applied to solve the model for handling multiple objective problems with conflicting objectives and to address the imprecise nature of decision-makers?? aspiration levels for goals. The results from computational experiments performed here show that by changing the upper or lower bound of each objective function, one can obtain a better final solution of the problem and also can provide more options for decision makers to choose from based on their situation. Finally, the utilization rate of facilities is shown to be an important indicator when designing a logistics network.  相似文献

The cavity enhancement effect of the transparent semiconductor SnO2 on the magneto-optical Kerr response of the glass/Al/SnO2/PtMnSb/SnO2 multilayer structure has been investigated using a matrix method. It has been demonstrated that device optimization leads to large Kerr rotation and figure of merit (FOM) with a vanishing ellipticity in the visible portion of the electromagnetic spectrum, especially at short wavelengths. This optimization is of interest in view of optical data storage technology. Using numerical simulations, we have also shown that in the optimum condition, the device readout parameters behave smoothly against the design variables.  相似文献
