Injury potential may have a triggering biological role in wound healing. In this study, the effect of photostimulation to promote wound healing and its effect on injury potential was investigated using the Ga-As and He-Ne lasers. In this study, 30 healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into a control and two laser groups, He-Ne and Ga-As laser. A 2.5 cm craniocaudal full-thickness skin incision was made on each animal's dorsal region. Differential skin surface potential was measured before and immediately after the injury and also up to the 21st day, every other day. Wound surface area was also measured. Immediately after injury, wound potential significantly increased in all three groups. Maximum positive peak of injury potential was greater in Ga-As group compared to He-Ne laser and control groups (P<0.05) and lasting period of maximum positive potential in two laser groups was longer than that in the control group. There were no significant differences between the mean potential of before wounding and after the 15th, 17th, and 19th day in Ga-As, He-Ne, and control group, respectively (P>0.05). On the other hand, Ga-As and He-Ne laser facilitated the normal distribution of skin potential after wounding. These findings demonstrate that Ga-As laser may be more effective on wound closure and on returning the injury potential to normal level than the He-Ne laser. 相似文献

For the first time, a simple methodology is reported for theoretical calculation of microscopic protonation constants of polybasic molecules in solution. Density functional theory study was used for complete microequilibrium analysis of spermine, H2N(CH2)3NH(CH2)4NH(CH2)3NH2, a linear tetraamine with 16 known microspecies. A general thermodynamic cycle is proposed to calculate protonation microconstants of polybasic molecules using calculated micro‐ΔG values in aqueous solution. The microscopic protonation constants were determined with considering both the most abundant and most stable conformers for all microspecies. The results show that the microscopic protonation constants derived from the most abundant conformers (i.e., linear conformers in which the intramolecular hydrogen bonding does not exist) are in good agreement with the corresponding available experimental data. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A rhodamine-conjugated coumarin (L) was used in designing a selective fluorescence chemosensor for the determination of trace amounts of Cr3+ ions in acetonitrile–water (MeCN/H2O (90:10, %v/v) solutions. The intensity of the fluoresce emission of the chemosensor is intensified upon addition of Cr3+ ions in MeCN/H2O (90:10, %v/v) solutions, due to the formation of a selective 1:1 complex between L and Cr3+ ions. The fluorescence enhancement versus Cr3+ concentration has been found to be linear from 1.0?×?10?7 to 1.8?×?10?5 M and a detection limit of 7.5?×?10?8 M. The proposed fluorescent probe proved to be highly selective towards Cr3+ ions as compared to other common metal ions and could be successfully applied to the determination of Cr3+ concentrations in some water and wastewater samples. 相似文献

A multicomponent electrochemical sensor, with two nanometer-scale components in sensing matrix/electrode, was used to simultaneous determination of levodopa (LD) and tyramine (TR) in pharmaceutical and diet samples. Multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were used as carbonaceous materials in the electrode construction. 5-amino-3',4'-dimethoxy-biphenyl-2-ol (5ADMB) was used as electron mediator and Pt nanoparticles (nPt) as a catalyst. The 5ADMB catalyzes the oxidation of LD to the corresponding catecholamine, which is electrochemically reduced back to LD. Preparation of this electrode was very simple and modified electrode showed good properties at electrocatalytic oxidization of LD and TR. Using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), a highly selective and simultaneous determination of LD and TR has been explored at the modified electrode. Differential pulse voltammetry peak currents of LD and TR increased linearly with their concentrations at the ranges of 0.50–100.0 μM and 0.60–100.0 μM, respectively. Also, the detection limits for LD and TR were 0.31 and 0.52 μM, respectively. The electrode exhibited an efficient catalytic response with good reproducibility and stability. 相似文献

MWCNTs‐nanoNiO composite was used as a glassy carbon electrode modifier for construction of a novel catalase nanobiosensor for hydrogen peroxide. The immobilized catalase exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the reduction of H2O2. The resulting amperometric biosensor exhibited a linear response over a concentration range of 200 µM to 2.53 mM with a low detection limit of 19.0 µM. Electrochemical impedance measurements revealed that the modified electrode can be used for the sensitive detection of H2O2. The charge transfer resistance found to decrease significantly after enzymatic reaction of nanobiosensor with H2O2. The resulting impedance was highly sensitive to H2O2 over a linear range of 19–170 nM with a detection limit of 2.4 nM. 相似文献

The electrochemical synthesis of some new 2-[(4-methyl-2-pyridyl)amino)-1,4-benzenediol derivatives was performed via the electrochemical oxidation of hydroquinones in the presence of 2-amino-4-methylpyridine in an aqueous solution. The results demonstrate that electrogenerated p-benzoquinone participated in the Michael-type addition reaction via an electrochemical–chemical (EC) reaction mechanism pathway and converted to the corresponding 2-[(4-methyl-2-pyridyl)amino)-1,4-benzenediol derivatives. TNF-α is a crucial cytokine in the process of inflammatory diseases. The adverse effect of TNF-α is mostly mediated by interaction of TNF-α with TNF-α receptor type I (TNFR1); therefore, discovery of molecules which can bind to TNFR1 preventing TNF-α-receptor complex formation would be of great interest. In the current study, using GRID/GOLPE program, a 3D-QSAR study was conducted on a series of synthetic TNFR1 binders, which resulted in a 3D-QSAR model with appropriate power of predictivity in internal (r2?=?0.94 and q2LOO?=?0.74) and external (r2?=?0.66 and SDEP?=?0.42) validations. The structural features of TNFR1 inhibitors essential for exerting activity were explored by analyzing the contour maps of the 3D-QSAR model showing that steric interactions and hydrogen bonds are responsible for exerting TNFR1 inhibitory activity. To propose potential chemical entities for TNFR1 inhibition, PubChem database was searched and the selected compounds were virtually tested for anti-TNFR1 activity using the generated model, resulting in two potential anti-TNFR1 compounds. Finally, the possible interactions of the compounds with TNFR1 were investigated using docking studies. A new and unusual synthesis of benzothiazine‐fused pyrrolo[3,4‐c]coumarins, involving the ring‐opening of coumarin‐based dihydrobenzothiazoles and subsequent [4+1] cycloaddition reaction with isocyanides, was described. Thus, simple heating of various 3‐(2,3‐dihydro‐2‐methylbenzo[d]thiazol‐2‐yl)coumarins with isocyanides produced the title compounds in good yields under solvent‐free conditions. 相似文献
