Reaction of isatoic anhydride with the betaine esters2 or3 represents a new synthesis of pyridinium ylides of type5, which have been previously obtained by several other ways. Treatment of the ylide5 with inorganic acids results in the formation of their pyridinium salts5 a–d. Hydrogenation or dehydrogenation of5 with Pd/C give the piperidylquinoline9 or the betaine10, respectively. Both of them can be prepared by an alternative way. ThepK values of some pyridinium ylides were determined.

The 2,6-diphenyl-4-benzo-9-crown-3-pyridine (DPCP) was used as an excellent ionophore in construction of a coated graphite poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC)-based membrane sensor. The best performance was obtained with a membrane composition of 30% poly(vinyl chloride), 60% o-nitrophenyloctyl ether (NPOE), 5% 2,6-diphenyl-4-benzo-9-crown-3-pyridine and 5% sodium tetraphenyl borate (TBP). This sensor shows very good selectivity and sensitivity towards beryllium ion over a wide variety of cations, including alkali, alkaline earth, transition and heavy metal ions. The sensor revealed a great enhancement in selectivity coefficients and sensitivity for beryllium, in comparison with the previously reported beryllium electrodes. The electrode exhibits a Nernstian behavior (with slope of 29.6 mV per decade) over a very wide concentration range (1.0×10−7 to 1.0×10−1) with a detection limit of 4.0×10−8 M (360 pg ml−1). It shows relatively fast response time, in whole concentration range (<10 s), and can be used for at least 12 weeks in the pH range of 4.5-8.0. The proposed sensor was successfully used to determination of beryllium in mineral ore.  相似文献

Many commercial soft contact lenses are based on poly-2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and acrylic acid (AA) hydrogels. The adsorption of proteins, albumin and lysozyme, on such contact lens surfaces may cause problems in their applications. In this work the adsorption of proteins, albumin and lysozyme, on hydrogel surfaces, AA and HEMA, was investigated as a function of concentration of protein. Also the effects of pH and ionic strength of protein solution on the adsorption of protein were examined. The obtained results indicated that the degree of adsorption of protein increased with the concentration of protein, and the adsorption of albumin on HEMA surface at the studied pHs (6.2-8.6) was higher than AA surface, whereas the adsorption of lysozyme on AA surface at the same pHs was higher than HEMA. The change in ionic strength of protein solution affected the proteins adsorption on both AA and HEMA surfaces. Also, the amount of sodium ions deposited on the AA surface was much higher than HEMA surface. This effect can be related to the negative surface charge of AA and its higher tendency for adsorption of sodium ions compared to the HEMA surface.  相似文献

A novel, one-pot, three-component synthesis of 4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidines is described. The reactive 1:1 zwitterionic intermediate, formed by the addition of isocyanides to dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, was trapped by N-(2-pyridyl)amides to produce the title compounds under mild reaction conditions in good yields.  相似文献

Summary. Protonation of the reactive 1:1 intermediate produced in the reaction between triphenylphosphine and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates with ethyl 2-(1-naphthylamino)-2-oxoacetate, leads to a vinylphosphonium salt, which undergoes intramolecular Wittig reaction to produce dialkyl 4-ethoxy-1-(1-naphthyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-2,3-dicarboxylates in excellent yields. A dynamic NMR effect is observed in the 1H NMR spectra of the title compounds as a result of restricted rotation around the single bond linking the naphthalene moiety and the heterocyclic system, which is attributed to the peri interaction between the pyrrole residue and the peri CH group. In this article, our main goal is to develop an idea to convert an implicit (3,3) ??-scheme finite difference method to an explicit form for both linear and nonlinear diffusion equations and also for nonlinear advection-diffusion equation with different boundary conditions. Accordingly, we assist power series generating functions which are a routine method in discrete mathematics. Also, the stability analysis of ??–scheme to implement in nonlinear advection–diffusion equation has been investigated. Finally, the new approach has been implemented for Fisher, reaction–diffusion, Burgers and coupled Burgers equations as test problems to verify the ability and efficiency of the method proposed in this paper.  相似文献

In the previous work (Akram and Rehman Numer. Algor. 62 527–540 2013), Akram and Rehman presented the reproducing kernel method (RKM) for solving various eighth order boundary value problems. However, an effective error estimation for this method has not yet been discussed. This work is devoted to deal with this problem. N-pyridinium salt derivatives (15) were prepared and investigated as corrosion inhibitors for mild steel in 1 M H2SO4 solution at 30°C for 24 h. The corrosion inhibiting action was studied using weight loss measurements. The results demonstrated that the corrosion rate decreases, inhibition efficiencies increase, and surface coverage degree increases with increasing inhibitor concentration. Inhibition efficiencies for prepared N-pyridinium salt derivatives have highest inhibiting efficiency for even low concentration. The values of ΔGads° showed physisorption effect for all prepared compounds. Molecular modeling systems were achieved for suggested inhibitors 1–5. Theoretical calculations could be used as a useful tool to obtain information for explaining the mechanism and nature of interaction between the metal surface and the organic molecule as a corrosion inhibitor.  相似文献

ZnS/ZnAl2S4 nanocomposite and 2‐chlorobenzoyl ferrocene, were synthesized and used to construct a modified carbon paste electrode. The electrooxidation of methionine at the surface of the modified electrode was studied. Under the optimized conditions, the square wave voltammetric (SWV) peak current of methionine increased linearly with methionine concentration in the range of 5.0×10?8 to 8.0×10?4 M and detection limit of 10.0 nM was obtained for methionine. The prepared modified electrode exhibits a very good resolution between the voltammetric peaks of methionine and tryptophan which makes it suitable for the detection of methionine in the presence of tryptophan in real samples.  相似文献
