The proposed L ‐histidine sensing system composed of a molecularly imprinted solid‐phase microextraction component combined with a molecularly imprinted polymer sensor was used to determine critical levels of test analyte in a complex matrix of highly diluted human blood serum without any non‐specific sorption and false‐positive contributions. The molecularly imprinted polymer was a zwitterionic polymer brush derived from the disodium salt of EDTA and chloranil, grafted to solid‐phase microextraction material. The hyphenated approach was able to detect L ‐histidine quantitatively with a limit of detection as low as 0.0435 ng/mL (RSD = 0.2%, S/N = 3).  相似文献

The literature on inorganic open-framework materials abounds in the synthesis and characterization of metal silicates, phosphates and carboxylates. Most of these materials have an organic amine as the template. In the last few years, it has been shown that anions such as sulfate, selenite and selenate can also be employed to obtain organically templated open-framework materials. This tutorial review provides an up-to-date survey of organically templated metal sulfates, selenites and selenates, prepared under hydrothermal conditions. The discussion includes one-, two-, and three-dimensional structures of these materials, many of which possess open architectures. The article should be useful to practitioners of inorganic and materials chemistry, besides students and teachers. The article serves to demonstrate how most oxy-anions can be used to build complex structures with metal-oxygen polyhedra.  相似文献

Planar JKR adhesive solutions use the half-plane assumption and do not permit calculation of indenter approach or visualization of adhesive force–displacement curves unless the contact is periodic. By considering a conforming cylindrical contact and using an arc crack analogy, we obtain closed-form indenter approach and load–contact size relations for a planar adhesive problem. The contact pressure distribution is also obtained in closed-form. The solutions reduce to known cases in both the adhesion-free and small-contact solution (Barquins, 1988) limits. The cylindrical system shows two distinct regimes of adhesive behavior; in particular, contact sizes exceeding the critical (maximum) size seen in adhesionless contacts are possible. The effects of contact confinement on adhesive behavior are investigated. Some special cases are considered, including contact with an initial neat-fit and the detachment of a rubbery cylinder from a rigid cradle. A comparison of the cylindrical solution with the half-plane adhesive solution is carried out, and it indicates that the latter typically underestimates the adherence force. The cylindrical adhesive system is novel in that it possesses stable contact states that may not be attained even on applying an infinite load in the absence of adhesion.  相似文献

Nonlinear optical (NLO) crystal of thiourea mixed cadmium–lead chloride dihydrate Cd[(PbCl3)(NH2CSNH2)].2H2O (TCCPC) have been grown in solution by slow evaporation technique at room temperature. The powder X‐ray diffraction pattern has been recorded and indexed. The UV‐Vis‐NIR transmittance and FT‐IR spectrum have been recorded in the range 200‐1090 nm and 400‐4000 cm‐1, respectively. The lower cut‐off wavelength is 280 nm in the UV region, which is higher than that of pure Cd(PbCl3) (CCPC) crystal. The presence of functional groups has been confirmed by FT‐IR analysis. The TCCPC crystal was characterized by SEM and EDX spectrum. The second harmonic generation (SHG) of the thiourea mixed cadmium–lead chloride (TCCPC) crystal is demonstrated by the Kurtz Perry method using Nd:YAG laser and the results confirm that the grown crystal is roughly three times more efficient than ADP. Ten derivatives of N1 substituted/unsubstituted 5-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-(2-thienyl) pyrazoline were synthesised from chalcone-like intermediate and substituted phenyl hydrazines, hydrazine hydrate, and semi/thiosemicarbazide. The chemical structure of compounds was confirmed by means of IR, 1H NMR, mass spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. The antidepressant and anticonvulsant activities were investigated by Porsolt’s behavioural despair test (forced swimming) and maximum electroshock seizure test, respectively. Rota-Rod test was performed to assess any probable changes in motor coordination induced by the test compounds. Four compounds (IId, IIg, IIi, and IIj) exhibited good activity profile against depression and docking studies confirmed their consensual interaction with monoamine oxidase A. In addition, compounds IIc and IIe showed protection against MES-induced seizures.  相似文献

This study describes the characterization and optimization of medium components for an extracellular detergent, surfactant, organic solvent and thermostable serine alkaline protease produced by alkaliphilic Bacillus pumilus MCAS8 strain isolated from Pulicat lake sediments, Tamil Nadu, India. The strain yielded maximum protease (2,214?U/ml) under optimized conditions: carbon source, citric acid??1.5?% (w/w); inducer, soyabean meal??2?% (w/w); pH?11.0; shaking condition 37?°C for 48?h. The enzyme had pH and temperature optima of 9.0 and 60?°C, respectively. The enzyme displayed the molecular mass of 36?kDa in sodium dodecyl sulphate?Cpolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis study and exhibited activity at a wide range of pH (6.0?C11.0) and thermostability (20?C70?°C). More than 70?% residual activity was observed when the enzyme was incubated with dithiothreitol, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, ethylene glycol tetraacetic acid and H2O2 for 30?min. The protease activity was also enhanced by divalent cations such as Ba2+, Ca2+ and Mg2+ and was strongly inhibited by Fe2+, Zn2+, Sr2+, Hg2+ and urea. The enzyme retained more than 50?% of its initial activity after pre-incubation for 1?h in the presence of 5?% (v/v) organic solvents such as dimethyl sulphoxide and acetone. The protease could hydrolyse various native proteinaceous substrates (1?%?w/v) such as bovine serum albumin, casein, skim milk, gelatine, azocasein and haemoglobin. Wash performance analysis of enzyme revealed that it could effectively remove blood stains from the cotton fabric, thus making it suitable to use as an effective detergent additive. The protease enzyme also exhibited promising result in the dehairing of goat skin. The potency of the eco-friendly enzyme without using any chemicals against washing and dehairing showed that the enzyme could be used for various industrial applications.  相似文献

We herein report an unusual CO(2) adsorption behavior in a fluoro-functionalized MOF {[Zn(SiF(6))(pyz)(2)]·2MeOH}(n) (1) with a 1D channel system, which is made up of pyrazine and SiF(6)(2-) moieties. Surprisingly, desolvated 1 (1') adsorbs higher amounts of CO(2) at 298 K than at 195 K, which is in contrast to the usual trend. Combined Raman spectroscopic and theoretical studies reveal that slanted pyrazine rings in 1' with an angle of 17.2° with respect to the (200) Zn(ii)-Si plane at low temperature block the channel windows and thus reduce the uptake amount.  相似文献
