In this work, MCM-41 (Mobil Composition of Matter number 41) nanoporous silica has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and IR spectroscopy. In the next step, poly-thiophene was coated on the nanoporous silica in order to increase its surface area. This composite was characterized by X-Ray powder diffraction, High resolution transmission electronic microscopy micrograph (HRTEM), elemental analysis (CHNS) and Thermal analysis (TG/DTA). The application of this composite was investigated in mercury ions removal from waste water prior to determination by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES). In order to investigate the effect of nanoporous structure on the efficiency of this composite, the same composite without porous structure has been synthesized and the results were compared. 相似文献

Organic resin cross-linking ZIF-67/SiO2 superhydrophobic (SHPB) multilayer coating was successfully fabricated on metal substrate. The perfluoro-octyl-triethoxy silane (POTS) modified ZIF-67 and SiO2 coating was applied on primary coated polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and epoxy resin (EP) via spray coating method. Here, we present that the robust superhydrophobicity can be realized by structuring surfaces at two different length scales, with a nanostructure design to provide water repellence and a microstructure design to provide durability. The as-fabricated multilayer coating displayed superior water-repellence (CA=167.4°), chemical robustness (pH=1–14) and mechanical durability undergoing 120th linear abrasion or 35th rotatory abrasion cycle. By applying different acidic and basic corrosive media and various weathering conditions, it can still maintain superior-hydrophobicity. To get a better insight of interaction between inhibitor molecules and metal surface, density functional theory (DFT) calculations were performed, showing lower energy gap and increased binding energy of ZPS/SiO2/PTFE/EP (ZPS=ZIF-67+POTS) multilayer coating compared to the ZIF-67/SiO2/PTFE/EP, thereby supporting the experimental findings. Sulfamic acid immobilized on diethylenetriamine functionalized Fe3O4 nanoparticles (SA‐DETA‐Fe3O4) was successfully prepared and characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA), X‐Ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The sulfamic acid was found as a magnetically separable and highly active catalyst for the oxidative coupling thiols, oxidation of sulfides. Furthermore, the SA‐DETA‐Fe3O4 showed the high catalytic activity in Knoevenagel condensation of aromatic aldehydes with active methylene compounds (malononitrile and ethyl cynoacetate). The nanosolid catalyst could be easily recovered by a simple magnetic separation and reused for many cycles without deterioration in catalytic activity. 相似文献

We report a new strategy to immobilize a bromine source on the surface of magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4 MNPs-DETA/Benzyl-Br3) leading to a magnetically recoverable catalyst, which exhibits high catalytic efficiency in oxidative coupling of thiols to the disulfides (89–98%). The Fe3O4 MNPs-DETA/Benzyl-Br3 catalyst was fabricated by anchoring 3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane (CPTMS) on magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles, followed with N-benzylation and reaction with bromine in tetrachloridecarbon. The resulting nanocomposite was analyzed by a series of characterization techniques such as FT-IR, SEM, TGA, VSM and XRD. The effect of longitudinal and transverse modes of oxygen plasma generated by microwave source with frequency 2.45 GHz has been used to characterize polycrystalline samples of NdBa2Cu3O6+δ (Nd-123) high Tc-superconductor. For this purpose we have developed a simple oxidation technique, used by us earlier, to investigate the effect of different modes on the appearance of superconductivity in Nd-123. Our main results show that the mode of microwave plasma and time of exposure can control the local arrangement of oxygen vacancies in CuOδ basal plane. Samples exposed to the transverse mode reveals a well ordered orthorhombic phase transition while the longitudinal modes caused the samples to have a non-superconducting tetragonal structure for all of the exposure time. The Tc vs. δ curve does not show the typical 60 K plateau corresponding to the ortho-II phase. The IR spectrum show bands at shorter wavelengths which corresponding to the metal oxides. 相似文献

When implementing, the solution of single-objective unit commitment models may be dissatisfactory or inapplicable. This might mainly be due to not considering the secondary conflicting objectives from the policy-making in internal/external environment of generation companies in the developed models. To attain a practical compromised multi-objective solution for the short-term unit commitment in the deregulated hybrid markets, a novel fuzzy mixed integer linear goal programme is developed in which several complementary objectives with lower relative importances are also incorporated. Non-linear characteristic curves of the generating units are approximated through the piece-wise linear functions. The fuzzy approach is proposed to handle the imprecise nature of the goals’ target levels and priorities as well as some critical data. The critical aspects of power systems are considered in the model. The efficiency of the proposed approach is demonstrated using the experimental results inspired by a real case. The applicable nice feature of our model is that it can easily and efficiently be matched with a various line of unit commitment problems. 相似文献
