建立固相萃取逐步分离-紫外分光光度法测定果蔬中残留的噻苯咪唑、邻苯基苯酚、联苯的检测方法。样品经高速涡轮旋转石油醚∶乙酸乙酯(2∶1)提取,30%甲醇溶液上样,C18固相萃取柱富集、净化、分离三种残留防腐剂,分别采用30%乙醇(酸,pH 2.5)溶液、55%甲醇(碱,pH 11.5)溶液、75%乙醇(酸,pH2.5)溶液依次洗脱分离固相柱中被保留的噻苯咪唑、邻苯基苯酚、联苯,对洗脱液进行紫外分光光度法检测。结果表明:三种防腐剂在1~10μg.mL-1的范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r>0.999 8。样品加标回收率为72.1%~103.5%,相对标准偏差在1.2%~7.7%,样品最低检测限分别为0.09,0.5和0.1μg.mL-1。该方法简便、灵敏、快速,能够满足同时测定果蔬中防腐剂残留量的要求。  相似文献

The maleic acid‐castor oil monoester (MACO) was synthesized and was used as monomer to synthesize a new potentially environmentally friendly copolymer of styrene and MACO (poly‐St/MACO) by suspension polymerization. Under the appropriate conditions, the poly‐St/MACO with yield of 81%, number average molecular weight of 44100 g/mol, and molecular weight distribution of 1.5 could be obtained. The chemical structures of the MACO and resulting copolymer were confirmed by Mass Spectrometry Infrared Spectroscopy and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy H[1]. The results of thermogravimetric analysis and biodegradation test showed the poly‐St/MACO can be used as a new potentially environmentally friendly material with excellent thermal stability. 1-(8-Methoxy-1-naphthyl)-1,2,2-tris(trimethylsilyl)silene (10) and the 1-[2,6-bis(alkoxymethyl)phenyl]-1,2,2-tris(trimethylsilyl)silenes (12a-d) were generated by the reaction of (dichloromethyl)tris(trimethylsilyl)silane (1) with two molar equivalents of 8-methoxy-1-naphthyllithium or 2,6-bis(alkoxymethyl)phenyllithium (8a-d), respectively, but proved to be unstable. 10 was trapped with excess of the applied naphthyllithium reagent to give 1,1-bis(8-methoxy-1-naphthyl)-1-[bis(trimethylsilyl)methyl]-2,2,2-trimethyldisilane (11); and 12a-d underwent spontaneous conversions and formed two types of substituted 2-oxa-1-silaindane derivatives (13a,b and 14b-d). Whereas silenes with an intramolecular amine coordination are thermally stable compounds which can be isolated, the intramolecular coordination of an ether group to the electrophilic silene silicon atom does not provide a comparable stabilization to the SiC system and the respective derivatives generated were converted into resultant products.  相似文献

Tensile and impact properties of uncompatibilized nylon-6/ABS blends have been studied over the entire range of compositions. The blends were prepared by extrusion and, subsequently, injection molded into tensile specimens and rectangular plaques. The impact fracture performance was characterized using recently proposed models based on fracture mechanics, for various fracture behaviors. The results showed that nylon-6 breaks in a brittle manner. With the addition of ABS, the blend exhibits the same behavior with a slightly lower impact resistance up to about 60 wt %. A sudden jump in the value of impact fracture energy is observed around 70 wt % ABS with a brittle—ductile transition in the mechanism of fracture. The transition in fracture mechanisms is confirmed through observation of the fracture surfaces by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Tensile tests showed that the elongation at break increases only slightly between 0 and 50% ABS content, but a significant jump occurs around 70% ABS, reaching a 6-fold increase in comparison to that of the pure components. SEM observation of etched samples shows that a cocontinuous morphology occurs around 70 wt % ABS. The peak observed for the elongation at break and the jump in impact performance, as well as the onset of brittle–ductile transition, are attributed to this morphological effect. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The increasing application of positron emission tomography (PET) in nuclear medicine has stimulated the extensive development of a multitude of new radiotracers and novel radiolabeling procedures with the most prominent short-lived positron emitters carbon-11 and fluorine-18. Radiolabeling with these radionuclides represents a remarkable challenge. Special attention has to be paid to synthesis time and specific labeling techniques due to the short physical half life of the respective radionuclides 11C (t(?) = 20.4 min) and 1?F (t?) = 109.8 min). In the past, numerous transition metal-catalyzed reactions were employed in organic chemistry, even though only a handful of these coupling reactions were adopted in radiochemical practice. Thus, the implementation of modern synthesis methods like cross-coupling reactions offers the possibility to develop a wide variety of novel radiotracers. The introduction of catalysts based on transition metal complexes bears a high potential for rapid, efficient, highly selective and functional group-tolerating incorporation of carbon-11 and fluorine-18 into target molecules. This review deals with design, application and improvement of transition metal-mediated carbon-carbon as well as carbon-heteroatom cross-coupling reactions as a labeling feature with the focus on the preparation of radiolabeled compounds for molecular imaging.  相似文献

The ion exchange method was used to intercalate a poor water-soluble insecticide, isoprocarb into zinc layered hydroxide (ZLH). PXRD analysis indicated the successful intercalation with good crystallinity for the resulting nanocomposite, with a basal spacing of 33.1 Å. FTIR analyses showing the resemblance of an absorption peak of the nanocomposite with the host and the guest anion. The thermal analysis confirmed that the nanocomposite had better thermal stability compared to the pristine isoprocarb. The nanocomposite also characterized by elemental and surface morphology analysis. The surface analyses of the host and nanocomposite showed mesoporous-type material characteristics. On the whole, the intercalation process decreased the pore size of the nanocomposite compared to the pristine host, layered zinc layered hydroxide-sodium dodecyl sulphate (ZLH-SDS). The obtained material is believed has a great potential as an environmentally friendly insecticide.  相似文献
