Polyol Metal Complexes. 27. Bis-Diolato Antimonates(III ) with Guanosine as the Diol The complex anions of K3[SbIII(Guo1,2′,3′H?3)2] · 10 H2O ( 1 ) and [Co(NH3)6][SbIII(Guo1,2′,3′H?3)2] · 9 H2O ( 2 ) are four-coordinate homoleptic bis(diolato)antimonate(III ) species. The guanosine trianions act as carbohydrate ligands through their cis-furanoidic ribosyl moiety, thus forming no nucleobase–metal bonds.  相似文献

Synthesis and Molekular Structures of N‐substituted Diethylgallium‐2‐pyridylmethylamides (2‐Pyridylmethyl)(tert‐butyldimethylsilyl)amine ( 1a ) and (2‐pyridylmethyl)‐di(tert‐butyl)silylamine ( 1b ) form with triethylgallane the corresponding red adducts 2a and 2b via an additional nitrogen‐gallium bond. These oily compounds decompose during distillation. Heating under reflux in toluene leads to the elimination of ethane and the formation of the red oils of [(2‐pyridylmethyl)(tert‐butyldimethylsilyl)amido]diethylgallane ( 3a ) and [(2‐pyridylmethyl)‐di(tert‐butyl)silylamido]diethylgallane ( 3b ). In order to investigate the thermal stability solvent‐free 3a is heated up to 400 °C. The elimination of ethane is observed again and the C‐C coupling product N, N′‐Bis(diethylgallyl)‐1, 2‐dipyridyl‐1, 2‐bis(tert‐butyldimethylsilyl)amido]ethan ( 4 ) is found in the residue. Substitution of the silyl substituents by another 2‐pyridylmethyl group and the reaction of this bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine with GaEt3 yield triethylgallane‐diethylgallium‐bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)amide ( 5 ). The metalation product adds immediately another equivalent of triethylgallane regardless of the stoichiometry. The reaction of GaEt3 with 2‐pyridylmethanol gives quantitatively colorless 2‐pyridylmethanolato diethylgallane ( 6 ).  相似文献

The applicability of pulsed field gradient nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy to nanocapsule systems is demonstrated on dispersed poly-n-butylcyanoacrylate nanocapsules as a model system. Spectroscopic data are presented that allow for the structural characterization of the inner cavities, the observation of Brownian motion of the capsules and the detection of rapid molecular exchange through the capsule walls. An analytical formula is proposed that yields equilibrium populations and average residence times of a given tracer molecule, thus leading to crucial information regarding the permeability of the capsule walls. Based on these analytical methods, two varieties of nanocapsules are compared that derive from two different preparation procedures. It is found that thinner capsule walls obtained under acidic conditions of the organic phase during interfacial polymerization lead to correspondingly higher exchange rates of benzene as a tracer molecule.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die Kristallstruktur der Verbindung Ge5O[PO4]6 wurde auf Grund dreidimensionaler Einkristalldaten ausWeissenberg-Aufnahmen ermittelt und nach der Methode der kleinsten Quadrate verfeinert: Raumgruppe ;a=7,994±0,004 undc=24,87±0,01 Å;Z=3; 467 unabhängige Reflexe;R=0,086.Die Kristallstruktur wird aus singulären [GeO6]-Oktaedern und [Ge2O7]-Doppeltetraedern aufgebaut, die über [PO4]-Tetraeder zu einem dreidimensionalen Strukturverband vernetzt sind. Die mittleren Abstände betragen: Ge[6]–O=1,863, Ge[4]–O=1,704 und P–O=1,525 Å.

The crystal structure of Ge5O[PO4]6 has been determined and refined by least-squares, using three-dimensional x-ray data fromWeissenberg-photographs: space group ;a=7.994±0.004 andc=24.87±0.01 Å;Z=3; 467 independent reflections;R=0.086.The crystal structure consists of isolated [GeO6] octahedra and [Ge2O7] double tetrahedra which are linked by [PO4] groups forming a three-dimensional network. The average interatomic distances are: Ge[6]–O=1.863, Ge[4]–O=1.704 and P–O=1.525 Å.

Ten homologous or isomeric singly, doubly, triply and quadruply charged cationic macrocyclic complexes I-Va, bn+ (n = 1-4) formed by the coordination of [Ru(bipy)2Cl]+ to the pyridyl N-atoms of a series of meso-(phenyl)m-(meta or para-pyridyl)n-porphyrins (m + n = 4) were transferred to the gas phase and structurally characterized by electrospray ionization (ESI) mass (MS) and tandem mass (MS/MS) spectrometry. Previously known to be stable in solution and in the solid state, I-Va, bn+ are found to constitute also a new class of stable, long-lived multiply charged gas-phase ions with spatially separated charge sites. Increasing intramolecular electrostatic repulsion from Ia, b+ to IVa, b3+ facilitates in-source and tandem collision-induced dissociation (CID). However, for the quadruply charged ions Va, b4+, electrostatic repulsion is alleviated mainly by ion pairing with the CF3SO3- counterion forming the salt clusters [Va,b/CF3SO3]3+ and [Va,b/(CF3SO3)2]2+ with reduced charge states. Ion-pairing that yields [IVa,b/CF3SO3]2+ is also observed as a minor ESI process for the triply charged ions IVa, b3+. The gaseous ions I-Va, bn+ (n = 2, 3 or 4) dissociate by sequential 'charge partitioning' with the formation of two cationic fragments by the release of [Ru(bipy)2Cl]+. The meta (a) and para (b) isomers and the positional isomers II2+ and III2+ display nearly identical ESI-MS and ESI-MS/MS spectra. ESI-MS/MS of I-Va, bn+ shows that the Ru-py(P) is, intrinsically, the weakest bond since this bond breaks preferentially upon CID.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Es wird gezeigt, daß sich Insektizide auf der Basis der Ester der Thiophosphorsäure (E 605) aus biologischem Material mittels Wasser-dampfdestillation auf verhältnismäßig einfache Weise abscheiden lassen. Im Destillat erfolgt die Bestimmung nach Ausäthern und Lösen des Rückstandes in Äthanol durch Messen der Lichtabsorption im UV. Hierbei zeigt sich, daß die rechnerische Eliminierung der Störstoffe bei geringeren Konzentrationen der Ester leichter ist als bei hohen.Durch Messung der Lichtabsorption im IR läßt sich, genügende Konzentration vorausgesetzt, entscheiden, welcher Ester vorliegt.
Summary It was shown that insecticides based on the ester of thiophosphoric acid (E 605) can be separated in relatively simple fashion from biological material by means of steam distillation. The distillate is shaken out with ether and the residue dissolved in ethanol and the determination is accomplished by measuring the absorption in ultraviolet light. It was found that the computational elimination of the interfering materials is easier at lower concentrations of the ester than when higher concentrations are present. By measuring the light absorption in infrared, it is possible to decide which ester is present, provided the concentration is high enough.

Résumé On montre que les insecticides se séparent d'une manière relativement simple de l'élément biologique par un entraînement à la vapeur d'eau sur la base de l'ester de l'acide thiophosphorique (E 605). Le dosage s'effectue sur le distillat d'après l'épuisement à l'éther et la solubilité du résidu dans l'éthanol et la mesure de l'absorption lumineuse dans l'ultraviolet. On en déduit que l'élimination calculée de la substance gênante est plus facile pour les faibles concentrations de l'ester que pour les grandes. En mesurant l'absorption de la lumière dans l'infrarouge, on peut savoir de quel ester il s'agit pour des concentrations supposées suffisantes.

The synthesis and characterization of the dioxouranium(VI) dibromide and iodide hydrates, UO(2)Br(2)x3H(2)O (1), [UO(2)Br(2)(OH(2))(2)](2) (2), and UO(2)I(2)x2H(2)Ox4Et(2)O (3), are reported. Moreover, adducts of UO(2)I(2) and UO(2)Br(2) with large, bulky OP(NMe(2))(3) and OPPh(3) ligands such as UO(2)I(2)(OP(NMe(2))(3))(2) (4), UO(2)Br(2)(OP(NMe(2))(3))(2) (5), and UO(2)I(2)(OPPh(3))(2)(6) are discussed. The structures of the following compounds were determined using single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques: (1) monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 9.7376(8) A, b = 6.5471(5) A, c = 12.817(1) A, beta = 94.104(1) degrees , V = 815.0(1) A(3), Z = 4; (2) monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 6.0568(7) A, b = 10.5117(9) A, c = 10.362(1) A, beta = 99.62(1) degrees , V = 650.5(1) A(3), Z = 2; (4) tetragonal, P4(1)2(1)2, a = 10.6519(3) A, b = 10.6519(3) A, c = 24.0758(6) A, V = 2731.7(1) A(3), Z = 4; (5) tetragonal, P4(1)2(1)2, a = 10.4645(1) A, b = 10.4645(1) A, c = 23.7805(3) A, V = 2604.10(5) A(3), Z = 4, and (6) monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 9.6543(1) A, b = 18.8968(3) A, c = 10.9042(2) A, beta =115.2134(5) degrees , V = 1783.01(5) A(3), Z = 2. Whereas 1 and 2 are the first UO(2)Br(2) hydrates and the last missing members of the UO(2)X(2) hydrate (X = Cl --> I) series to be structurally characterized, 4 and 6 contain room-temperature stable U(VI)-I bonds with 4 being the first structurally characterized room temperature stable U(VI)-I compound which can be conveniently prepared on a gram scale in quantitative yield. The synthesis and characterization of 5 using an analogous halogen exchange reaction to that used for the preparation of 4 is also reported.  相似文献

Highly efficient capillary electrochromatographic separations of cardiac glycosides and other steroids are presented. Employing butyl-derivatized silica particles as stationary phase resulted in a nearly three times faster electroosmotic flow (EOF) compared to capillary electrochromatography (CEC) with octadecyl silica particles. On-column focusing with a preconcentration factor of 180 was performed and separation efficiencies of up to 240,000 plates per meter were obtained. Using label-free standard UV absorbance, detection limits of 10-80 nM were reached for all steroids tested. For screening of cardiac glycosides, e.g., digoxin and digitoxin in mixtures of steroids, CEC was combined with immunoaffinity extraction using immobilized polyclonal anti-digoxigenin antibodies and F(ab) fragments. Simply adding small amounts of antibody carrying particles to the samples and comparing chromatograms before and after antibody addition allowed screening for high affinity antigens in mixtures with moderate numbers of compounds. Under conditions of competing antigens, affinity fingerprints of immobilized anti-digoxigenin and anti-digitoxin antibodies were obtained, reflecting the cross-reactivity of eleven steroids. The method provides high selectivity due to the combination of bioaffinity interaction with highly efficient CEC separation and UV detection at several wavelengths in parallel. This selectivity was exploited for the detection of four cardiac glycosides in submicromolar concentrations in an untreated urine sample.  相似文献

 Noble metal nanoparticles were prepared by the in situ reduction of the respective metal salt precursors in the presence of various protective polymers. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) has been used to determine the particle shapes and morphologies. These are strongly influenced by the reduction methods and conditions chosen, but the choice of the protective polymer is equally important for controlling the particle morphologies and for the stabilization of the colloids. A whole spectrum of nanoparticle morphologies and shapes was obtained, ranging from nanoagglomerates which are nevertheless well-defined and well-stabilized to nanosized single crystals with triangular shape.
