Determination of ambroxol in an automated multi-pumping pulsed flow system.   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
A new flow methodology exploiting the multi-pumping approach was developed for the spectrophotometric determination of ambroxol hydrochloride in pharmaceutical preparations. The flow manifold was implemented by using, exclusively, multiple solenoid-actuated micro-pumps, which acted simultaneously as sample insertion, solutions propelling and reagents commutation units. Linear calibration plots were obtained over an ambroxol concentration ranging from 10 to 200 mg l(-1) (r.s.d. < 0.5%, n = 15) and a sampling rate of about 60 samples per hour (flow rate = 1.92 ml min(-1), sample volume = 80 microl).  相似文献

(−)-Neplanocin F, the natural isomer of a component of the neplanocin family was enantioselectively synthesized starting from d-γ-ribonolactone. The synthetic approach was based on the preparation of a suitable carbocyclic precursor bearing three hydroxyl groups orthogonally protected. The key steps of the synthesis were the regioselective protection of a secondary allylic alcohol over a homoallylic one and the coupling of the nucleobase with a triflate intermediate.  相似文献

In this work, chitosan beads were synthesized in acidic medium and cross-linked in 1% glutaraldehyde solution. The characterization of the materials using TG/DTG, XRD, and BET surface areas showed that the beads did not modify their characteristics after the cross-linking reaction. The cross-linked beads were utilized as adsorbents for the removal of the yellow-, blue-, and red-anionic reactive dyes from aqueous solutions at pH 2.0. Adsorption of the yellow-dye increased from 25 to 50 degrees C. However, adsorption of the blue-dye decreased from 25 to 50 degrees C. Interestingly, the adsorption of the red-dye decreased from 25 to 35 degrees C and increased from 45 to 50 degrees C. The kinetic data were evaluated using an Avrami kinetic model, where the parameter n was related to the determination of changes in the adsorption mechanisms. Adsorption data of the dyes in relation to the contact time, the chemical structures of the dyes, and temperature were presented and were discussed.  相似文献

A preconcentration procedure was established for sulphate determination in rain waters at the mg/l level, employing a small column packed with the AG1-X8 (200-400 mesh) anionic resin inserted into a flow injection system. Sulphate determination was performed by using the turbidimetric method based on reaction with barium. For concentrations within 0.10 and 2.0 MgSO(2-)(4)/l, a throughput of 50 determinations/hr was achieved, and the relative standard deviation of results was better than 2%.  相似文献

The present work deals with the spatially extended oscillatory Belousov Zhabotinsky reaction-diffusion system carried out in an anisotropic environment of phosphatidylcholines/water binary system, which presents layered aqueous domains separated by lipid bilayers. We report the occurrence of stable Turing patterns, spiral waves, and other exotic structures in phospholipids bilayers that are generally used as a models for cell plasma membranes.  相似文献

Over the last few years there have been significant developments in the field of three-dimensional atom probe (3DAP) analysis. This article reviews some of the technical compromises that have led to different instrument designs and the recent improvements in performance. An instrument has now been developed, based around a novel reflectron configuration combining both energy compensation and focusing elements, that yields a large field of view and very high mass resolution. The use of laser pulsing in the 3DAP, together with developments in specimen preparation methods using a focused ion-beam instrument, have led to a significant widening in the range of materials science problems that can be addressed with the 3DAP. The electrochemical behaviour of copper in neutral buffered and non-buffered synthetic seawater and in pure chloride solutions has been studied by cyclic voltammetry, weight loss measurements, open circuit potential and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Values of the repassivation potentials of Cu in non-buffered and buffered synthetic seawater, at 50 mV s–1, were 0.12 and 0.46 V vs. SCE, respectively. The sharpness, heights and location of the different peaks as well as their charges were shown to be influenced by the composition of the solution, buffering conditions, deoxygenation, polarization potential and time. High chloride concentrations lead to higher oxidation charges. The anodic and the cathodic charges were shown to increase as the chloride concentration increases. The open circuit potential transients of copper in non-deoxygenated, non-buffered synthetic seawater indicate pitting from the beginning of the exposure, while in buffered solutions the pitting appeared only after a quite long exposure period, i.e. after 40 days. Corrosion rates of Cu samples after 3 months of immersion were higher in solutions of pure chloride (0.5 M) than in synthetic seawater. After six months the differences were even more noticeable. SEM images have showed a somewhat higher density of pits on copper samples immersed in the chloride solution (0.5 M), in comparison with those in synthetic seawater.  相似文献

1H and 13C nmr spectra of several N‐ and C‐substituted carbazoles (Series 1, 2, 3 and 4) were measured. Correlations between chemical shifts and substituent constants show that these parameters describe properly the substituent effect on the nmr phenomena. Atomic charge densities for carbazoles of Series 1, 2, 3 and 4 were calculated by using the semi empirical PM3 method. These values also show a linear correlation with the 13C chemical shifts. The synthesis of several carbazole derivatives 1a – 1g, 2a – 2g, 3a – 3j and 4a – 4g have been carried out according to literature procedures. The carbazoles 3i, 3j and 4c have been synthesized and fully characterized for the first time.  相似文献
