CuII‐macrocycle functionalized hexametaphosphate‐capped silica mesoporous nanoparticles have been prepared and used for the selective and sensitive detection of hydrogen sulfide in aqueous environments. The possibility of using different metal complexes combined with different capping anions and choice of different dyes or other sensing molecules as indicators makes this new protocol highly appealing for the preparation of new sensing systems for sulfide detection in different environments. 相似文献

The chemical composition of three rockrose Cistus species, Cistus monspeliensis, Cistus libanotis and Cistus villosus, collected in Tunisia, was studied by HPTLC, focusing on the terpenes and phenols constituents. Diterpenes of Cistus are important as the main constituents of the leaf sticky aromatic resin, known as labdanum, which are highly appreciated in perfumery. Polyphenols in the methanolic extracts of each species were identified, quantified as total and as flavonoids and tannins, and tested for antioxidant activity. Diterpenes were evident in C. libanotis and C. monspeliensis, whereas they were practically absent in C. villosus; C. libanotis had higher phenolic amount, whereas antioxidant activities were important, but different according to the following tests: DPPH radical scavenging, conversion of the Fe3+/ferricyanide complex and inhibition of β-carotene bleaching. The reported data confirm the validity of utilisation of Cistus sp. in marketed herbal products, as well as the relevant presence of diterpenes in species actually not used for labdanum production. 相似文献

A variety of chiral N,N‐bidentate and N,N,N‐tridentate ligands based on the pyridine framework, namely C2‐symmetric dipyridylmethane and terpyridine, N‐(p‐toluensulfinyl)iminopyridines and two kinds of iminopyridines, has been assessed in the asymmetric copper(I)‐catalysed allylic oxidation of cyclic olefins. Catalytic activity and enantioselectivity were found to be highly dependent upon the framework of the ligands, which afforded cycloalkenyl benzoates in low to moderate yields and enantioselectivities. The best yields (up to 70%) and enantioselectivities (up to 53% enantiomeric excess) were obtained with an iminopyridine based on camphane and quinoline skeletons. Lysosomal storage disorders comprise a group of rare genetic diseases in which a deficit of specific hydrolases leads to the storage of undegraded substrates in lysosomes. Impaired enzyme activities can be assessed by MS/MS quantification of the reaction products obtained after incubation with specific substrates. In this study, a column‐switching HPLC‐MS/MS method for multiplex screening in dried blood spot of the lysosomal enzymes activities was developed. Mucopolysaccharidosis type I, Fabry, Gaucher, Krabbe, Niemann–Pick A/B and Pompe diseases were simultaneously assayed. Dried blood spots were incubated with substrates and internal standards; thereafter, supernatants were collected with minor manipulations. Samples were injected, trapped into an online perfusion column and, by a six‐port valve, switched online through the C18 analytical column to perform separation of metabolites followed by MS/MS analysis. A total of 1136 de‐identified newborn screening samples were analyzed to determine references for enzymes activity values. As positive controls, we analyzed dried blood spots from three patients with Pompe, one with Fabry, one with Krabbe disease and two with MPS I, and in all cases the enzyme activities were below the cutoff values measured for newborns, except for an MPS I patient after successful hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. A mild and selective C(sp3)?H aerobic oxidation enabled by decatungstate photocatalysis has been developed. The reaction can be significantly improved in a microflow reactor enabling the safe use of oxygen and enhanced irradiation of the reaction mixture. Our method allows for the oxidation of both activated and unactivated C?H bonds (30 examples). The ability to selectively oxidize natural scaffolds, such as (?)‐ambroxide, pregnenolone acetate, (+)‐sclareolide, and artemisinin, exemplifies the utility of this new method. 相似文献
