Reactions of 2- and 3-Phenyl Substituted Alkylalkylidene Iminium Ions in the Gas Phase The collision-induced fragmentations of 2- and 3-phenyl substituted alkylalkylidene iminium ions are reported. Besides the homolytic cleavage of the azaallyl bond a nucleophilic attack of the unsubstituted phenyl group at the iminium function is observed in the gas phase, yielding carbonium ions such as cyclopropanspirobenzenium ( 3 ), indanylium ( 10 ) and indenylium ions ( 11 ).  相似文献

Heterobimetallic compounds of the alkaline-earth metals show a wide structural variety with strongly differing reactivity patterns. The combination of magnesium and alkali metal amides yields cyclic molecules with an extreme high reactivity which often are considered as "inverse crowns" with the metal atoms as coordination sites for Lewis bases. In other metallates of the alkaline-earth metals an activation of alkyl groups succeeds. In alkaline-earth metal zincates an inverse coordination of the type M(2)[(mu-R)(2)ZnR](2) is observed and the alkyl groups are in bridging positions between zinc and the s-block metals thus forming a very reactive M-C-Zn three-center-two-electron bond. Furthermore, the metals of the carbon group form alkaline-earth metal-silicon, -germanium and -tin bonds or, in the presence of very strong Lewis bases, even solvent-separated ion pairs. For electronegative substituents at tin an inverse coordination mode such as M[(mu-R)(2)SnR](2) is observed.  相似文献

Transmembrane proteins frequently form (transient) oligomers on biomembranes, e.g., while participating in protein sorting and signaling events. Using coarse-grained membrane simulations we show here that transmembrane proteins show a subdiffusive motion on short time scales when being part of a linear oligomer, i.e., a flexible polymer, embedded in a two-dimensional membrane. Our results are in agreement with previous experimental observations. They further indicate that polymers of transmembrane proteins are well described by predictions from Rouse theory in two dimensions even in the presence of hydrodynamic interactions.  相似文献

The compound [Cu(N,N'app)Cl](2)[Fe(CN)(6)].xH(2)O, with N,N'app being bis(N,N'-3-aminopropylpiperazine), was prepared and its structure determined by single crystal X-ray analysis, confirming a ratio of two copper complexes to one iron complex; (57)Fe M?ssbauer spectra showed three quadrupole doublets typical of iron(iii) low spin species which call for the presence of a superstructure.  相似文献

Sodium phosphate tellurite glasses in the system (NaPO(3))(x)(TeO(2))(1-) (x) were prepared and structurally characterized by thermal analysis, vibrational spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and a variety of complementary solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) techniques. Unlike the situation in other mixed-network-former glasses, the interaction between the two network formers tellurium oxide and phosphorus oxide produces no new structural units, and no sharing of the network modifier Na(2)O takes place. The glass structure can be regarded as a network of interlinked metaphosphate-type P(2) tetrahedral and TeO(4/2) antiprismatic units. The combined interpretation of the O 1s XPS data and the (31)P solid-state NMR spectra presents clear quantitative evidence for a nonstatistical connectivity distribution. Rather, the formation of homoatomic P--O--P and Te--O--Te linkages is favored over mixed P--O--Te connectivities. As a consequence of this chemical segregation effect, the spatial sodium distribution is not random, as also indicated by a detailed analysis of (31)P/(23)Na rotational echo double-resonance (REDOR) experiments.  相似文献

[Fe(bpp)2][Pt(ox)2].H2O (with bpp=2,6-bis(pyrazol-3-yl)-pyridine and ox=oxalate) was prepared, and its spin crossover behavior was characterized. The two-step spin transition behavior changes over several cycles. The original behavior is restored when the sample is allowed to relax for a week. Furthermore, the ST exhibits a strong dependence on the heating and cooling rate. Heating the compound at 1 K/min leads to a spin transition with a third step and a second plateau at gammaHS approximately 0.8. Quenching the sample to 77 K also affects the spin transition behavior. The kinetic relaxation is followed after quenching and after light-induced excited spin state trapping experiments.  相似文献

Dimethylthioarsinic acid (DMTAV) has recently been identified in biological, dietary and environmental matrices. The relevance of this compound to the toxicity of arsenic in humans is unknown and further exposure assessment and metabolic studies are difficult to conduct because of the unavailability of a well characterized standard. The synthesis of DMTAV was accomplished by the reaction of dimethylarsinic acid (DMAV) with hydrogen sulfide. The initial reaction product produced is DMTAV but multiple products over the course of the reaction are also observed. Therefore, a chromatographic separation was developed to monitor the reaction progress via LC-ICP-MS. In this synthesis, conversion of DMAV to DMTAV was not taken to completion to avoid the production of side products. The product was isolated from the starting material by standard organic techniques. Single crystal diffraction demonstrated that solid DMTAV is present in the form of the oxygen-bridged dimethylthioarsinic anhydride. Dissolution of the anhydride in water produces the acid form of DMTAV and the aqueous phase DMTAV provided a characteristic molecular ion of m/z 155 by LC-ESI-MS. The synthesis and isolation of dimethylthioarsinic anhydride provides a stable crystalline standard suitable for identification, toxicological study and exposure assessment of dimethylthioarsinic acid.  相似文献

Proteins are not always available in amounts desirable for solid-state magic-angle spinning (MAS) nuclear-magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. To maximize the signal-to-noise ratio achievable with small samples, the filling factor must be optimized by using small-diameter MAS rotors. These rotors have the added benefit of allowing higher radio frequency field amplitudes during polarization transfer steps and during decoupling periods as well as allowing higher spinning frequencies. We demonstrate the advantages of relatively fast MAS (30 kHz using a 2.5 mm rotor) compared to MAS at 12 kHz for the 10.4 kDa model protein Crh with 93 residues and show that the signal-to-noise ratio in two-dimensional correlation spectra can be significantly improved by taking advantage of optimized pulse sequences available with rapid MAS.  相似文献

Surfaces carrying a dense layer of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) were prepared, characterized, and tested as substrates for DNA oligonucleotide microarrays. PEG bis(amine) with a molecular weight of 2000 was grafted onto silanized glass slides bearing aldehyde groups. After grafting, the terminal amino groups of the PEG layer were derivatized with the heterobifunctional cross-linker succinimidyl 4-[p-maleimidophenyl]butyrate to permit the immobilization of thiol-modified DNA oligonucleotides. The stepwise chemical modification was validated with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Goniometry indicated that the PEG grafting procedure reduced surface inhomogeneities present after the silanization step, while atomic force microscopy and ellipsometry confirmed that the PEG layer was dense and monomolecular. Hybridization assays using DNA oligonucleotides and fluorescence imaging showed that PEG grafting improved the yield in hybridization 4-fold compared to non-PEGylated maleimide-derivatized surfaces. In addition, the PEG layer reduced the nonspecific adsorption of DNA by a factor of up to 13, demonstrating that surfaces with a dense PEG layer represent suitable substrates for DNA oligonucleotide microarrays.  相似文献

Quantum chemical calculations, using gradient-correct density functional at the BP86 level in conjunction with TZ2P basis sets, have been carried out for the radon hydrides HRnY (with Y = F, Cl, Br, I, CCH, CN, and NC). The bonding in HRnY is studied using different bond ruptures, establishing the role of those stabilizing (and destabilizing) factors that prevent these species to be dissociated. Although all HRnY systems studied here are bound equilibrium structures, they are metastable species with respect to the HRnY → Rn + HY decomposition channel. However, the HRnY → H + Rn + Y reaction is endothermic. So, these results indicate the possibility to identify the radon hydrides in noble-gas matrices.  相似文献
