A method for oligoarene synthesis involving chemoselective cross-coupling as the key reaction was developed. Boronic acids with a chloro or trifluoromethanesulfonyloxy group were used as the monomer precursors with either of two chemoselective catalytic systems: Pd with P(t-Bu)(3), and Pd with 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (DPPF). This method enabled elongation by one benzene unit in every step and thus reduced the number of steps required for elongation of oligoarene chains with well-defined lengths and sequences of substituted benzene rings.  相似文献

Initial movement of laser irradiated foil targets has been measured by face-on interferometry with two-dimensional resolution. This interferometric method provides direct and precise information about the initial movement of the rear surface of the target compared with conventional diagnostics. The adsorption of nitrous oxide, N2O, on a Rh110 surface has been characterized by using density-functional theory. N2O was found to bind to the surface in two alternative forms. The first, less stable form is tilted with the terminal N atom attached to the surface, while the second, more stable form lies horizontally on the surface. Adsorption on the on-top site is more stable than that on the bridge site. The tilted form remains linear on adsorption, while the horizontal form is bent, with the terminal-nitrogen and oxygen atoms pointing towards the surface. At lower adsorbate coverage, Theta less than or similar to 1/4 ML (ML-monolayer), the adsorption of a few horizontal N2O configurations is dissociative, i.e., N2O-->N2(a)+O(a). The N2O-surface interaction is discussed in terms of the electronic structure analysis.  相似文献

In organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) based on materials that show thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF), the internal quantum efficiency of 100 % can be obtained without using phosphorescence-based organometallics that contain rare metals. Therefore, with TADF-based emitters, it is possible to fabricate high-performing OLEDs at a lower cost. However, compared with fluorescence- and phosphorescence-based OLEDs, an understanding of degradation mechanisms in TADF-based OLEDs is still insufficient for future commercialization. In particular, it is widely recognized that the development of electron transport materials is crucial for improving OLED characteristics, especially driving voltages and operational durability. In this study, it was demonstrated that the operational durability of TADF-based OLEDs was greatly improved by introducing a triazine-based material of 2,4,6-tris(1,1′-biphenyl-4-yl)-[1,3,5]triazine (pT2T) as a hole-blocking layer (HBL) compared with a conventional HBL material of 2,4,6-tris(biphenyl-3-yl)-[1,3,5]triazine (T2T). Several experiments were carried out to make the reasons of the improved durability clearer, and attributed the improved durability to the shift of a carrier recombination zone from the emitting layer/HBL interface and the suppressed formation of excited-state quenchers in the pT2T HBL, because of the higher electron mobility of pT2T and the better stability of its radical anion state.  相似文献

The problem of fitting a helix to data arises in analysis of protein structure, in nuclear physics, and in engineering. A continuous helix is described by five parameters: helix axis, helix radius, and helix pitch. One of these helix parameters is frequently predefined in the helix fitting. Other algorithms find only the helix axis or determine separately the helix axis, the helix radius, or the helix pitch. Here we describe a total least squares method, HELFIT, for helix fitting. HELFIT enables one to calculate simultaneously all five of the helix parameters with high accuracy. The minimum number of data points required for the analysis is only four. HELFIT is very insensitive to noise even in short helices. HELFIT also calculates a parameter, p = rmsd/(N − 1)1/2, which estimates the regularity of helical structures independent of the number of data points, where rmsd is the root mean square distance from the best-fit helix to data points and N is the number of data points. It should become a basic tool of structural bioinformatics.  相似文献

Root chemicals and evolutionarily neutral DNA regions in L. cyathiceps samples collected in the Zhongdian (Shangrila) County of Yunnan, P. R. China, were examined. Twenty compounds were isolated, including three new ones, 1β,10β‐epoxy‐6β‐(propionyloxy)furanoeremophilan‐9‐one ( 6 ), 1β,10β‐epoxy‐8α‐ethoxyeremophila‐6,11‐diene ( 14 ), and 11αH‐6β‐isobutyryloxy‐1β,10β,7β,8β‐diepoxyeremophilan‐12,8α‐olide ( 15 ). The chemical diversity was found to be limited, with cacalol ( 1 ) and 6‐(acyloxy)furanoeremophilan‐9‐ones ( 4 and/or 5 ) being major components in all the samples. The nuclear ribosomal RNA gene was also found to harbor little variation, although two distinct sequence types were found for the plastid atpB‐rbcL intergenic region.  相似文献

A trial full-color rewritable film has been prepared by mixing fulgide derivatives as three primary-coloring dyes in a polymer, giving practically colorless or black form upon irradiation with white light or UV light. A good color image was obtained by a simple, one-shot irradiation with white light above the positive-color mask attached on the black film. The image could be erased and rewritten with another positive mask though degraded after many erase–write cycles.  相似文献
