Based on the satisficing control strategy, a novel approach to design a stabilizing control law for nonlinear time varying systems with slowly varying parameters (slowly varying systems) is presented. The satisficing control strategy has been originally introduced for time-invariant systems; however, this technique does not have any stability proof for time varying systems. In this paper, first, a parametric version of the satisficing control strategy is developed. Then, by considering the time as a frozen parameter, the parametric satisficing control strategy is utilized. Finally, a theorem is presented which suggested a stabilizing satisficing control law for the slowly varying control systems. Moreover, in this theorem, the maximum admissible rate of change of the system dynamics is evaluated. The efficiency of the proposed approach is demonstrated by a computer simulation.  相似文献

A variety of human tumors like prostate and breast cancer express bombesin receptors. Due to this a new bombesin analogue was labeled with 99mTc via HYNIC and tricine as a coligand and investigated further. Peptide was synthesized on a solid phase using Fmoc strategy. Labeling with 99mTc was performed at 100 °C for 10 min and radiochemical analysis involved ITLC and HPLC methods. The stability of radiopeptide was checked in the presence of human serum at 37 °C up to 24 h. Internalization was studied with the human GRP receptor cell line PC-3. The biodistribution was studied in mice. Labeling yield of >98% was obtained corresponding to a specific activity of ~80.9 GBq/μmol. Radiopeptide internalization into PC-3 cells was moderate and specific (10.7 ± 1.2% at 4 h). A high and specific GRP receptor expressing mouse tumor and pancreas uptake (1.12 ± 0.08 and 1.04 ± 0.11% ID/g after 1 h respectively) was also determined.  相似文献

Vanadium doped nanoporous Ti0.9Sn0.1O2 thin film has been prepared on an alumina substrate by sol‐gel method with Pluronic P123 as the organic template, and humidity sensing properties of it has been investigated. It is found that V‐doped nanoporous Ti0.9Sn0.1O2 thin film shows good humidity sensing properties, and impendence of it decreases more than four orders of magnitude in the relative humidity (RH) range of 11%–95% at 25°C. The response and recovery time of this sensor are about 13 and 17 s, respectively. High sensitivity, narrow hysteresis loop, rapid response and recovery, prominent stability and good repeatability are obtained. A possible mechanism is suggested to explain the humidity sensitive properties.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive physics-based method is developed for solving wave motion problems in two dimensions (i.e., lamb waves). The solution of the problem has two main parts. In the first part, after discretization of the domain, a physics-based method is developed considering the conservation of mass and the balance of momentum. In the second part, adaptive points are determined using wavelet theory. This part is well done using Deslauries–Dubuc (D–D) like wavelets. After solving the problem in the first step, the domain of the problem is discretized by the same cells attending loading and characteristics of the structure. After the first trial solution, the D–D interpolation shows the lack and redundancy of points in the domain. These points will be added or eliminated for the next solution. This process may be repeated for achieving adaptive mesh for each step. Finally, the results of the proposed method are compared with the results available in the literature. This comparison shows excellent agreement between the obtained results and those already reported.  相似文献

A new phosphorus‐based organic additive (PDA) was designed and successfully synthesized using a three‐component reaction for improvement of the thermal and combustion resistance of polylactic acid (PLA). For compensate for mechanical properties of PLA, hydroxyapatite nanoparticles was modified via in situ surface modification with PDA and was used for preparation of PLA nanocomposites. The structure and morphology as well as thermal, combustion, and mechanical properties of the all PLA systems were investigated. The X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM) results indicated that the presence of PDA as surface modifier has been necessary for a desirable dispersion of hydroxyapatite (HA) nanoparticles in the PLA matrix. The thermal, combustion, and mechanical properties of the PLA system films were investigated using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), microscale combustion calorimeter (MCC), and tensile test, respectively. The initial decomposition temperature and char residue of PLA containing 6 mass% of PDA along with 2 mass% HA nanoparticles were increased 20°C and 12% respectively, compared with that of the neat PLA. The peak of heat release rate was decreased from 566 W/g for the neat PLA to 412 W/g for PLA containing 2 mass% of PDA along with 6 mass% HA nanoparticles. By incorporation of only 2 mass% HA nanoparticles and 6 mass% of PDA, the tensile strength was obtained 51 MPa higher than that of the neat PLA.  相似文献

Conductance measurements are reported for nickel(II), cupper(II), silver(I) and cadmium(II), salts in acetonitrile (AN)–dimethylformamide (DMF) binary solvents containing macrocyclic ligand, 1,10-dibenzyl-1,10-diaza-18-crown-6 (DBDA18C6) at different temperatures. The changes in molar conductance caused by addition of DBDA18C6 to solutions were analyzed by non-linear least squares to give stability constants of 1:1 metal cation–DBDA18C6 complexes. The results show that the stabilities of the complexes are sensitive to solvent composition and in some cases the sequence of stabilities is changed with changing the composition of the mixed solvents. The values of thermodynamic quantities (ΔH°c and ΔS°c) for formation of DBDA18C6-Ni2+, DBDA18C6-Cu2+, DBDA18C6-Ag+ and DBDA18C6-Cd2+ complexes were obtained from temperature dependence of the stability constants and the results show that the values of ΔH°c and ΔS°c for these complexes are sensitive to the nature and composition of AN–DMF binary solutions, but they do not vary monotonically with the solvent composition.  相似文献

In this paper, an approximation algorithm for solving nonconvex multiobjective programming problems (NCMOPs) is presented. We modify Benson’s method using cones instead of hyperplanes. This algorithm uses an inner approximation and an outer approximation to generate (weakly) efficient solutions and (weakly \(\varepsilon \)-) nondominated points of NCMOPs. Some numerical examples are presented to clarify the proposed algorithm.  相似文献
