In this study, acrylamide (AAm)/aconitic acid (ACA) copolymers were prepared with two different mol% of aconitic acid 4%, 17% and were irradiated with gamma irradiation at different irradiation doses (4 - 25kGy). The percent yield was assigned by gravimetrical method. The effect of irradiation dose, pH and involved amounts of monomers (AAm/ACA) in hydrogels on swelling properties were investigated. The conversion of monomers to hydrogels was 100% at 25kGy. Poly(acrylamide-co-aconitic acid) P(AAm/ACA) hydrogels have been used for the adsorption of some aqueous solutions of dyes such as Methylene Blue (MB) and Safranine-O (S). The hydrogels were swollen in distilled water at pH 3, 5, 7, 8 and in aqueous solutions of dyes. The initial swelling rates of hydrogels are increased by increasing of pH. The effects of concentration of the aqueous solutions of dye and hydrogel composition on the adsorption were investigated. The adsorption is increased and changed depending on the structure of dye and composition of hydrogel.  相似文献

In this study, the relative pKa values of nine anilinium derivatives in methanol (MeOH), acetonitrile (AN), and tetrahydrofurane (THF) solutions were successfully calculated with mean absolute deviations of 0.63, 0.68, and 0.75 pKa units, respectively. To this aim, their gas‐phase basicities were computed using the CBS‐QB3 composite method. Also, conductor‐like polarizable continuum model (CPCM) with UAHF, UAKS and UA0 cavities and SM8 solvation models at HF/6‐31+G(d) level of theory were applied for the calculation of the solvation Gibbs free energies. The obtained results indicate that there is reliable correlation between the experimental and computed pKa values in the studied solutions. Therefore, to extend the pKa database for anilines, correlation equations were used to predict the pKa values in the investigated solvents.  相似文献

An efficient magnetic nanoparticle‐supported palladium (Fe3O4/SiO2‐PAP‐Pd) catalyst is reported for the Suzuki cross‐coupling and Stille reactions. This method provides a novel and much improved modification of the Suzuki and Stille coupling reactions in terms of phosphine‐free catalyst, short reaction time, clean reaction and small quantity of catalyst. Another important feature of this method is that the catalyst can be easily recovered from the reaction mixture and reused with no loss of its catalytic activity. This contribution presents an experimental approach to improve analytical performance of electromembrane extraction (EME) procedure, which is based on the scrutiny of current pattern under different extraction conditions such as using different organic solvents as supported liquid membrane, electrical potentials, pH values of donor and acceptor phases, variable extraction times, temperatures, stirring rates, different hollow fiber lengths and the addition of salts or organic solvents to the sample matrix. In this study, four basic drugs with different polarities were extracted under different conditions with the corresponding electrical current patterns compared against extraction recoveries. The extraction process was demonstrated in terms of EME-HPLC analyses of selected basic drugs. Comparing the obtained extraction recoveries with the electrical current patterns, most cases exhibited minimum recovery and repeatability at the highest investigated magnitude of electrical current. . It was further found that identical current patterns are associated with repeated extraction efficiencies. In other words, the pattern should be repeated for a successful extraction. The results showed completely different electrical currents under different extraction conditions, so that all variable parameters have contributions into the electrical current pattern. Finally, the current patterns of extractions from wastewater, plasma and urine samples were demonstrated. The results indicated an increase in the electrical current when extracting from complex matrices; this was seen to decrease the extraction efficiency.  相似文献

An efficient one‐pot procedure for the synthesis of 3‐amino‐6‐aryl‐2‐phenylpyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidine derivatives, through the reaction of aldehydes, malononitrile, benzamidine hydrochloride, and hydrazine hydrate in the presence of basic alumina‐supported sodium acetate (AcONa/Al2O3) under reflux conditions, is reported. This protocol has some advantages, including the use of a simple and one‐pot synthetic approach to attain pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidine directly from four readily available starting materials, simple workup, high overall yields of the products, and the simultaneous conversion of a NO2 to an amino group, offering an opportunity to synthesize more complex structures.  相似文献

Electro membrane extraction (EME) as a new microextraction method was applied for extraction of sodium diclofenac (SDF) as an acidic compound from wastewater, urine, bovine milk and plasma samples. Under applied potential of 20 V during the extraction, SDF migrated from a 2.1 mL of sample solution (1 mM NaOH), through a supported liquid membrane (SLM), into a 30 μL acceptor solution (10 mM NaOH), exist inside the lumen of the hollow fiber. The negative electrode was placed in the donor solution, and the positive electrode was placed in the acceptor solution. 1-octanol was immobilized in the pores of a porous hollow fiber of polypropylene as SLM. Then the extract was analyzed by means of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV-detection for quantification of SDF. Best results were obtained using a phosphate running electrolyte (10 mM, pH 2.5). The ranges of quantitation for different samples were 8–500 ng mL−1. Intra- and inter-day RSDs were less than 14.5%. Under the optimized conditions, the preconcentration factors were between 31 and 66 and also the limit of detections (LODs) ranged from 2.7 ng mL−1 to 5 ng mL−1 in different samples. This procedure was applied to determine SDF in wastewater, bovine milk, urine and plasma samples (spiked and real samples). Extraction recoveries for different samples were between 44–95% after 5 min of extraction.  相似文献

The reaction of AMTT (AMTT = 4-amino-3-methyl-1,2,4-triazol-5-thione, HL1) with palladium(II) chloride and triphenylphosphane as a co-ligand in acetonitrile afforded the mononuclear PdII-complex [(PPh3)Pd(HL1)Cl]Cl·2CH3CN (1). The complex [(PPh3)Pd(HL1)I]Cl·1/2H2O (2) was prepared via halogen exchange between 1 and sodium iodide in methanol/acetonitrile. The first binuclear palladium(II) complex containing singly deprotonated HL1, [(PPh3)2ClPd(L1)Pd(PPh3)Cl]Cl·1/3H2O·CH3OH (3), was prepared by the reaction of HL1 with palladium(II) chloride and triphenylphosphane in the presence of sodium acetate in methanol.  相似文献
