Electromembrane extraction (EME) of model analytes was carried out using a virtually rotating supported liquid membrane (SLM). The virtual (nonmechanical) rotating of the SLM was achieved using a novel electrode assembly including a central electrode immersed inside the lumen of the SLM and five counter electrodes surrounding the SLM. A particular electronic circuit was designed to distribute the potential among five counter electrodes in a rotating pattern. The effect of the experimental parameters on the recovery of the extraction was investigated for verapamil (VPL), trimipramine (TRP), and clomipramine (CLP) as the model analytes and 2‐ethyl hexanol as the SLM solvent. The results showed that the recovery of the extraction is a function of the angular velocity of the virtual rotation. The best results were obtained at an angular velocity of 1.83 RadS?1 (or a rotation frequency of 0.29 Hz).The optimization of the parameters gave higher recoveries up to 50% greater than those of a conventional EME method. The rotating also allowed the extraction to be carried out at shorter time (15 min) and lower voltage (200 V) with respect to the conventional extraction. The model analytes were successfully extracted from wastewater and human urine samples with recoveries ranging from 38 to 85%. The RSD of the determinations was in the range of 12.6 to 14.8%. 相似文献

Electromembrane extraction of tartrazine from food samples: Effects of nano‐sorbents on membrane performance 下载免费PDF全文
In the present study, for the first time electromembrane extraction followed by high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with ultraviolet detection was developed and validated for the determination of tartrazine in some food samples. The parameters influencing electromembrane extraction were evaluated and optimized. The membrane consists of 1‐octanol immobilized in the pores of a hollow fiber. As a driving force, a 30 V electrical field was applied to make the analyte migrate from sample solution with pH 3, through the supported liquid membrane into an acceptor solution with pH 10. Best preconcentration (enrichment factor >21) was obtained in extraction duration of 15 min. Effects of some solid nano‐sorbents like carbon nanotubes and molecularly imprinted polymers on membrane performance and electromembrane extraction efficiency were evaluated. The method provided the linearity in the range 25–1000 ng/mL for tartrazine (R2 > 0.9996) with repeatability range (RSD) between 3.8 and 8.5% (n = 3). The limits of detection and quantitation were 7.5 and 25 ng/mL, respectively. Finally, the method was applied to the determination and quantification of tartrazine from some food samples with relative recoveries in the range between 90 and 98%. 相似文献

In this work, a new solid-phase microextraction fiber was prepared based on nitrogen-doped graphene (N-doped G). Moreover, a new strategy was proposed to solve problems dealt in direct coating of N-doped G. For this purpose, first, Graphene oxide (GO) was coated on Pt wire by electrophoretic deposition method. Then, chemical reduction of coated GO to N-doped G was accomplished by hydrazine and NH3. The prepared fiber showed good mechanical and thermal stabilities. The obtained fiber was used in two different modes (conventional headspace solid-phase microextraction and cold-fiber headspace solid-phase microextraction (CF-HS-SPME)). Both modes were optimized and applied for the extraction of benzene and xylenes from different aqueous samples. All effective parameters including extraction time, salt content, stirring rate, and desorption time were optimized. The optimized CF-HS-SPME combined with GC-FID showed good limit of detections (LODs) (0.3–2.3 μg/L), limit of quantifications (LOQs) (1.0–7.0 μg/L) and linear ranges (1.0–5000 μg/L). The developed method was applied for the analysis of benzene and xylenes in rainwater and some wastewater samples. 相似文献

The development of efficient cell-free systems of nanoparticle synthesis using microbial enzymes is a growing field of biological and green chemistry for the supportable improvement in nano-biotechnology. In the present study, we established a cell-free system for producing gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) using a fungal oxidoreductase named sulfite oxidoreductase purified to homogeneity from Fusarium oxysporum. The enzyme was purified by ultrafiltration followed by anion exchange chromatography on DEAE Sephadex A-50 gel, and its molecular weight was determined by gel filtration chromatography on Sephacryl S-300 gel. The purified enzyme had a molecular weight of 346 kDa. It was composed of three subunits of 176, 94 and 76 kDa. Purified enzyme was successfully used for production of gold nanoparticles in a cell-free system. Synthesized gold nanoparticles showed the highest absorbance at 520 nm wavelength as shown by UV–visible spectroscopy. They were spherical in shape with an average size of 20 nm as determined by scanning and transmission electron microscopy and dynamic light scattering. Assessment of the antifungal properties of synthesized nanoparticles by disk diffusion method indicated a potent growth inhibitory activity against all tested human pathogenic yeasts and molds by inhibition zones ranged from 10 to 18 mm. Taken together, our enzymatically established method of nanoparticle synthesis using a purified sulfite oxidoreductase of F. oxysporum can be considered as an efficient tool for generating harmless bioactive gold nanoparticles with potential applications in biology, medicine and industry. 相似文献

A new-type of sulfide containing diacid (1,1′-thiobis(2-naphthoxy acetic acid)) was synthesized from 2-naphthol in three steps. Reaction of 2-naphthol with sulfur dichloride afforded 1,1′-thiobis(2-naphthol) (TBN). 1,1′-Thiobis(2-naphthoxy acetic ester) (TBNAE) was successfully synthesized by refluxing the TBN with methylcholoroacetate in the presence of potassium carbonate. The related diacid was synthesized by basic solution reduction of TBNAE. The obtained diacid was fully characterized and used to prepare novel thermally stable poly(sulfide ether amide)s via polyphosphorylation reaction with different aromatic diamines. The properties of these new polyamides were investigated and compared with similar polyamides. These polyamides showed inherent viscosities in the range of 0.39-0.87 dL g−1 in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) at 30 °C and at a concentration of 0.5 g dL−1. All the polyamides were readily soluble in a variety of polar solvents such as DMAc and tetrahydrofuran (THF). These polyamides showed glass transition temperature (Tg) between 241-268 °C. Thermogravimetric analysis measurement revealed the decomposition temperature at 10% weight loss (T10) ranging from 441- 479 °C in argon atmosphere. 相似文献

Ultrasonic irradiation was efficiently used for high yield synthesis of monoarylidene derivatives of cyclic systems directly from the reaction of ketone with various aldehydes under solvent-free conditions. Reactions took place rapidly in the presence of catalytic amounts of pyrrolidine, while no significant formation of the undesired bis by-products was observed. Moreover, the procedure was applicable to both homo- and heterocyclic ketones. 相似文献

In this study, a chiral stability-indicating CE assay was developed for the stability evaluation of tramadol (TR) enantiomers in commercial tablets using maltodextrin as chiral selector. To investigate the stability-indicating power of the analytical method as well as stability evaluation of TR enantiomers, active pharmaceutical ingredient and TR tablets were subjected to photolysis, heat, oxidation and hydrolysis to conduct stress testing. Best separation for the TR enantiomers was achieved on an uncoated fused-silica capillary at 20 °C using borate buffer (50 mM, pH 10.2) containing 10% m/v maltodextrin. All determinations were performed by a UV detector at 214 nm. A constant voltage of 20 kV was applied to obtain the separation. The range of quantitation for both enantiomers was 5-100 μg/mL (R>0.996). Intra- and inter-day RSD (n=6) were less than 10%. The percent relevant errors were obtained to be less than 4.0 for both enantiomers. The limits of quantitation and detection for both enantiomers were 5 and 1.5 μg/mL, respectively. Degradation products resulting from the stress studies were the same for both enantiomers and did not interfere with the detection of the enantiomers. 相似文献

A two‐phase electromembrane extraction (EME) was developed and directly coupled with gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC‐MS) analysis. The proposed method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of imipramine, desipramine, citalopram and sertraline. The model compounds were extracted from neutral aqueous sample solutions into the organic phase filled in the lumen of the hollow fiber. This method was accomplished with 1‐heptanol as organic phase, by means of 60 V applied voltage and with the extraction time of 15 min. Experiments reported recoveries in the range of 69–87% from 1.2 mL neutral sample solution. The compounds were quantified by GC‐MS instrument, with acceptable linearity ranging from 1 to 500 ng mL?1 (R2 in the range of 0.989 to 0.998), and repeatability (RSD) ranging between 7.5 and 11.5% (n = 5). The estimated detection limits (S/N ratio of 3:1) were less than 0.25 ng mL?1. This novel approach based on two‐phase EME brought advantages such as simplicity, low‐costing, low detection limit and fast extraction with a total analysis time less than 25 min. These experimental findings were highly interesting and demonstrated the possibility of solving ionic species in the organic phase at the presence of electrical potential. 相似文献

In this study, the relative pKa values of nine anilinium derivatives in methanol (MeOH), acetonitrile (AN), and tetrahydrofurane (THF) solutions were successfully calculated with mean absolute deviations of 0.63, 0.68, and 0.75 pKa units, respectively. To this aim, their gas‐phase basicities were computed using the CBS‐QB3 composite method. Also, conductor‐like polarizable continuum model (CPCM) with UAHF, UAKS and UA0 cavities and SM8 solvation models at HF/6‐31+G(d) level of theory were applied for the calculation of the solvation Gibbs free energies. The obtained results indicate that there is reliable correlation between the experimental and computed pKa values in the studied solutions. Therefore, to extend the pKa database for anilines, correlation equations were used to predict the pKa values in the investigated solvents. 相似文献
