The nucleophilic cleavage of alpha-amino acetals induced by TMSOTf can be used to prepare a wide range of substituted 1,2-aminoethers. In particular, organometallic reagents, N-heterocycles, and enamines all react efficiently to give products in good yield. In appropriate cases, good levels of stereocontrol are possible, but this is very dependent on the nature of the nucleophile and the substrate, with diethylzinc proving particularly effective across a range of substrates. The degree of stereocontrol can be used to infer the nature of the reactive intermediates involved in the reaction. With diethylzinc, it is most likely that the reaction proceeds by coordination of the nucleophile to the amino group followed by transfer of an ethyl group to an alpha-oxocarbenium ion. With non-coordinating nucleophiles, the stereochemical outcome can be rationalised in terms of addition to the possible alpha-alkoxy aziridinium ion intermediates.  相似文献

The synthesis of copolyesteramides using para-acetamido benzoic acid (PABA) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) by melt polymerization has been studied in detail. The performance of three transesterification catalysts are assessed for three different initial compositions, PABA 60 mol%/PET 40%, PABA 50 mol%/PET 50% and PABA 40 mol%/PET 60%. The polycondensations are found to obey second order kinetics, irrespective of whether the reaction was catalysed or not. The mechanism of initial stage polymerization kinetics of the copolymers has been fully explained.It is suggested that acetic acid is evolved only by the homopolymerization of PABA and that the insertion of a monomer of homopolymer of PABA into PET does not yield any acetic acid. A set of differential equations containing three different rate constants, k1 for homopolymerization of PABA, k2 for PET reaction with dimer of PABA and k3 for PABA reaction with copolymer of PABA and PET has been developed and numerically solved, to study the initial stage kinetics. The computed values of acetic acid are compared with the experimentally collected amount and the three rate constants are optimized using a differential algebraic optimization technique. The present model represents the data with an acceptable accuracy with an average % error of less than 5% between experimental and computed values for the entire experimental range. The correlation coefficient values range between 0.988 and 0.999.Differential scanning analysis of the copolyestermides indicates that 40 mol% PABA and 60% PET had the highest enthalpy values of the order of 18 kJ/mol. It is found that within the copolyesteramide series the degree of crystallinity increased with the increase of PET contents in the feed mixture to the batch reactor.  相似文献

The high potential for intercalations by water and various guest molecules is induced by the exchangeable cation inside Ca2+–Montmorillonite gallery. XRD peak for Mon at 2θ = 6.04° (d 001 = 1.462 nm) shows the structural effect on the clay gallery influenced by the intercalated water layers. Further increases in the gallery height are observed with the intercalation of octadecyl ammonium cations in OMON (d 001 = 1.840 nm) and ENR-50 matrix chains in CENR-50 (d 001 = 1.954 nm). DSC studies on the other hand reveal the thermal behaviors of intercalated molecules that are linked to the exchangeable cations. The endothermic of Ca2+–Montmorillonite (H Mon = 356.3 J/g) in low temperature range (30–100 °C) indicates the removal of free water and hydrogen bonded water molecules, while the endothermic around 150 °C is related to the induced skeletal layer of water within Ca2+–Montmorillonite. The OMON endothermic (H OMON = 47.0 J/g, T m = 36.94 °C) tells that cation exchange had modified the water structures and content inside the renewed clay. The intercalation of ENR-50 chains into OMON gallery reveals two endothermic with the T m1 and T m2 are at 86.24 and 113.80 °C, respectively. These T ms confirm that the alkyl chain segment on octadecyl ammonium cation occupy the OMON interlayer space.  相似文献

The first catalytic asymmetric addition of TosMIC to unactivated ketones is presented. A combination of Me2Zn and aminoalcohol catalyst promoted the aldol addition/cyclization reaction to render oxazolines possessing a fully substituted stereocenter with excellent yields (up to 92 %), high enantioselectivities (up to 96 %), and complete diastereoselectivity. The chiral oxazolines were then used to give, after a straightforward acid hydrolysis, enantioenriched building blocks bearing tertiary alcohol motifs such as hydroxylaldehydes, hydroxylacids, and hydroxylesters without racemization.  相似文献

Paralytic shellfish toxins (PSTs) are produced by marine and freshwater microalgae and accumulate in shellfish including mussels, oysters, and scallops, causing possible fatalities when inadvertently consumed. Monitoring of PST content of shellfish is therefore important for food safety, with currently approved methods based on HPLC, using pre‐ or postcolumn oxidation for fluorescence detection (HPLC‐FLD). CE is an attractive alternative for screening and detection of PSTs as it is compatible with miniaturization and could be implemented in portable instrumentation for on‐site monitoring. In this study, CE methods were developed for C4D, FLD, UV absorption detection, and MS—making this first report of C4D and FLD for PSTs detection. Because most oxidized toxins are neutral, MEKC was used in combination with FLD. The developed CZE‐UV and CZE‐C4D methods provide better resolution, selectivity, and separation efficiency compared to CZE‐MS and MEKC‐FLD. The sensitivity of the CZE‐C4D and MEKC‐FLD methods was superior to UV and MS, with LOD values ranging from 140 to 715 ng/mL for CZE‐C4D and 60.9 to 104 ng/mL for MEKC‐FLD. With the regulatory limit for shellfish samples of 800 ng/mL, the CZE‐C4D and MEKC‐FLD methods were evaluated for the screening and detection of PSTs in shellfish samples. While the CZE‐C4D method suffered from significant interferences from the shellfish matrix, MEKC‐FLD was successfully used for PST screening of a periodate‐oxidized mussel sample, with results confirmed by HPLC‐FLD. This confirms the potential of MEKC‐FLD for screening of PSTs in shellfish samples.  相似文献

We derive a new ( 2 + 1)‐dimensional Korteweg–de Vries 4 (KdV4) equation by using the recursion operator of the KdV equation. This study shows that the new KdV4 equation possess multiple soliton solutions the same as the multiple soliton solutions of the KdV hierarchy, but differ only in the dispersion relations. The ion-beam mixing of Sn thin film evaporated on silicon has been investigated by continuously measuring the electrical resistivity of the sample during irradiation by Kr ions. The resistivity results exhibit a tendency toward a saturation process and allow the determination of the critical dose corresponding to the total mixing condition. The variation of the volume fraction of intermixed atoms as a function of the ion dose has been deduced and compared with a semiempirical formula to explain the observed mixing kinetics. A linear dependence of the volume fraction of the intermixed atoms on the fluence is observed, which is a signature of recoil type mixing.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the bis-amido complex of Ti(IV) (η5-C5H5)2Ti(NH(2,4-(C CSiMe3)2C6H3))2 is reported. This complex was prepared in 52% yield from the reaction of (η5-C5H5)2TiCl2 with two equivalents of LiNH(2,4-(C CSiMe3)2C6H3) (prepared in situ in THF at −78C). The substituted aniline H2N(2,4-(C CSiMe3)2C6H3) was prepared in 70% yield from the reaction of 2,4-dibromoaniline with Me3SiC CH using conventional Pd/Cu coupling methodology. The molecular structure of (η5-C5H5)2Ti(NH(2,4-(C CSiMe3)2C6H3))2 (monoclinic, space group C2/c, Z = 4, a = 29.7523(5) Å, b = 9.5339(2) Å, c = 15.8864(3) Å, β = 93.022(1) features a titanium (IV) center with a distorted tetrahedral geometry which lies on a crystallographic twofold axis. The amido units are arranged so that steric interactions are minimized. The Ti– N distance is 2.016(2) Å.  相似文献

A sensitive and rapid routine LC method was validated for measuring cefotaxime incorporated in three different pH-sensitive nanoparticles. The drug was chromatographed on a C18 reversed-phase column; the mobile phase used was 0.05 M aqueous ammonium acetate, acetonitrile and tetrahydrofuran (87:11:2, v/v) adjusted to pH 5.5 with acetic acid. The flow rate was 1 mL min?1 and cefotaxime was quantified at 254 nm, with a sensitivity range of 0.005 AUFS. The validated method was specific, linear (R 2 ≥ 0.999), precise and accurate in a concentration range of 0.2–50.0 μg mL?1. The method was rapid, selective and suitable for evaluation of cefotaxime in pH-sensitive Eudragit nanoparticles.  相似文献

By means of collisional activation mass spectrometry and semi-empirical molecular orbital calculations (MNDO) it is shown that the [C2H5O2]+ ions from metastable molecular ions of n-pentanoic and hexanoic acid have the structure of carbonyl protonated acetic acid [CH3C(OH)2]+. The MNDO calculated geometries of this ion and some other isomeric forms are given together with the ΔHf0 values.  相似文献
