cis-Oligo(phenylenevinylene)s (OPVs) are synthesized by Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of arylboronic acids with (Z)-bromoalkenes in over 96% geometrical purity. On the other hand, trans-oligo(phenylenevinylene)s can be synthesized by Hiyama coupling of aryl iodide with (E)-alkenylsilanes in almost perfect purities. Effect of pi-conjugation chain length on photoisomerization behavior of OPVs is described.  相似文献

The contribution of molecular diffusion to peak broadening was studied in a reversed-phase HPLC system, consisting of a monolithic silica C18 column and methanol-water mobile phase. Study on the band broadening effect of holding a solute in a column or elution at very low linear velocity of mobile phase allowed facile determination of the contribution of the molecular diffusion term. Less obstruction against molecular diffusion, or the faster axial band dispersion in a monolithic silica column than in a particle-packed column, was found both in mobile phase and in stationary phase.  相似文献

A fatty-acid Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) monolayer ionically adsorbed to the substrate has been prepared by adopting ZnO-based conductor and pure water respectively as the substrate and subphase. Ionization of the fatty-acid molecules has been detected by infrared reflection-absorption spectroscopy (IR-RAS), which is enabled by the condensed free electrons in the doped ZnO substrate. On the contrary, IR-RAS measurements have indicated that fatty-acid molecules transferred onto Au and indium-tin-oxide substrates from a pure-water surface are not ionized. In addition, it has been demonstrated that these ionically bonded fatty-acid monolayers protect the ZnO transparent electrode from chemical attack by NH(3) gas. Since the LB technique is a simple method applicable to a wide variety of materials, the present results may lead to a new way of obtaining functional organic-inorganic nanosystems.  相似文献

[structure: see text] A pyrrolic macrocycle, beta-tetrakis(trifluoromethyl)porphycene, is the first example of a fluorine-containing porphycene. Four electron-withdrawing CF(3) substituents provide a highly distorted structure and an attractive electron-deficient nature for the porphycene framework. From the electrochemical study, it is found that the LUMO energy level for the beta-trifluoromethylporphycene is 1.24 V more stabilized compared to that for etioporphyrin. Moreover, the deprotonation of the inner N[bond]H proton in the porphycene was observed upon the addition of DBU.  相似文献

The dioxopiperazine metabolites of quinapril in plasma and urine were extracted with hexane-dichloroethane (1:1) under acidic conditions. Following derivatization with pentafluorobenzyl bromide and purification of the desired reaction products using a column packed with silica gel, the metabolites were analysed separately by capillary column gas chromatography-electron-impact mass spectrometry with selected-ion monitoring. The limits of quantitation for the metabolites were 0.2 ng/ml in plasma and 1 ng/ml in urine. The limits of detection were 0.1 ng/ml in plasma and 0.5 ng/ml in urine, at a single-to-noise ratio of greater than 3 and greater than 5, respectively. The proposed method is applicable to pharmacokinetic studies.  相似文献

Synthetic polymers which can adsorb bisphenol A (BPA) and related compounds were prepared by a covalent molecular imprinting technique. BPA dimethacrylate, used as template molecule, was polymerized with a crosslinker, triethylene glycol dimethacrylate (TEGDMA) or trimethylol propane trimethacrylate (TRIM). After the polymerization treatment with dilute NaOH was used to cleave BPA from the polymers. For high recovery of BPA with low polymer matrix degradation, the hydrolysis conditions were determined to be treatment with 1.0 mol L–1 NaOH for 48 h. The binding sites generated by the hydrolysis were evaluated by determination of the retentivity of BPA, BPA analogues, and other endocrine disruptors. The polymers strongly adsorbed compounds with two hydroxyl groups at the 4,4-positions. Generally the TEGDMA-based polymers had stronger affinity than the TRIM-based polymers, although the TRIM-based polymer adsorbed steroidal hormones with two hydroxyl groups, for example 17-estradiol and 17-estradiol, more strongly than the TEGDMA-based polymer, meaning that the crosslinkers affected the properties of the binding sites and, depending upon the target molecules, suitable crosslinkers should be chosen in this system.  相似文献

Three new spirocyclic sesquiterpenes designated exiguamide (1), exicarbamate (2) and exigurin (3), together with (−)-10-epi-axisonitrile-3 (4), have been isolated from the marine sponge Geodia exigua. All four compounds possess the spiro[4.5]decene skeleton and their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data. The structure of 1 was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis and the absolute configuration was determined by applying the modified Mosher's method on its amine derivative. Exiguamide (1) inhibited cell fate specification during sea urchin embryogenesis at a minimum inhibitory concentration of 0.4 μM.  相似文献

Novel alkylphenols, ardisiphenols A-C (1-3) and a novel bergenin derivative, demethoxybergenin (10) were isolated from the fruits of Ardisia colorata (Myrsinaceae), together with known alkylresorcinols (4-6), embelin (7), myricetin (8), quercetin (9), bergenin (11), norbergenin (12), kaempferol (13), quercetin-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (14) and gallic acid (15). Their structures were determined by NMR, MS(/MS) analyses and other spectroscopic methods. Ardisiphenols showed moderate scavenging activities toward 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals and showed cytotoxicity against the murine breast cancer cell line, FM3A.  相似文献

A simple, sensitive and selective high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of sulphobromophthalein and its mercaptide conjugates in rat bile was developed. These pigments, which have an absorption maximum at 580 nm in alkaline solution, were separated isocratically on an alkali-resistant ODS column by paired-ion chromatography. Analysis of bile samples obtained after intravenous administration of sulphobromophthalein to rats showed the presence of at least twenty peaks of metabolites, of which thirteen were identified and seven quantified.  相似文献
