A kinetic study was carried out for the reaction of benzaldehyde and borane (BH3) in tetrahydrofuran. The effect of BH3 concentration on the rate constant showed that the reaction order with respect to BH3 was 1.6. Substituent effects gave a linear Hammett plot with a ρ value of ?0.51. It was concluded that the reaction proceeds through a rate‐determining hydride‐transfer transition state with two BH3 molecules, in which one molecule of BH3 acts as a reducing agent and the other serves as a catalyst. A new computational system for the environmental noise measurement and analysis has been developed. The system consists of binaural microphones, a laptop PC, and analysing software. A target noise is recorded automatically depending on the specified background noise level, and the acoustical parameters are calculated simultaneously. These functions allow for precise field measurements. The system is equipped with a template-matching algorithm for the identification of noise source. This function was implemented to avoid the effect of an interrupting sound such as voice and wind blowing during a measurement. Noise analyses in this system are based on the model of human auditory system. In addition to the time-series data of sound level, the important acoustical parameters of noise source are extracted from the running autocorrelation function (ACF) and the inter-aural cross-correlation function (IACF). It has been found that those parameters are strongly related to the auditory primary sensations and spatial sensations. Evaluation of the environmental noise based on these functions is another feature of this system. This paper describes the effectiveness of the ACF and the IACF analysis for analysing acoustical properties of noise and for evaluating the subjective response to noise.  相似文献

The low-density attack proposed by Lagarias and Odlyzko is a powerful algorithm against the subset sum problem. The improvement algorithm due to Coster et al. would solve almost all the problems of density <0.9408... in the asymptotical sense. On the other hand, the subset sum problem itself is known as an NP-hard problem, and a lot of efforts have been paid to establish public-key cryptosystems based on the problem. In these cryptosystems, densities of the subset sum problems should be higher than 0.9408... in order to avoid the low-density attack. For example, the Chor-Rivest cryptosystem adopted subset sum problems with relatively high densities. In this paper, we further improve the low-density attack by incorporating an idea that integral lattice points can be covered with polynomially many spheres of shorter radius and of lower dimension. As a result, the success probability of our attack can be higher than that of Coster et al.’s attack for fixed dimensions. The density bound is also improved for fixed dimensions. Moreover, we numerically show that our improved low-density attack makes the success probability higher in case of low Hamming weight solution, such as the Chor-Rivest cryptosystem, if we assume SVP oracle calls.   相似文献

The cohomology of various sheaves associated with a Lagrangian foliation is discussed. Obstructions for the foliation either to behave like in the case of a cotangent bundle or to have an affine transversal distribution are found in this cohomology. Furthermore, one proves a formula for all the symplectic structures of a cotangent bundle such that the fibers constitute a Lagrangian foliation.This paper has been written while the author was a visiting professor at the Universities of Montpellier and Strasbourg (France). New pseudo dibenzoylphthaloyl chlorides, namely, 2,5-dibenzoylterephthaloyl, 4,6-dibenzoylisophthaloyl, and 4,6-di(p-toluyl)isophthaloyl chlorides, were synthesized as monomers. The ring-opening polyaddition reaction of the pseudo dibenzoylphthaloyl chlorides with aliphatic diamines in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone afforded a new class of polyamides having inherent viscosities of 0.2 ~ 0.6 in quantitative yield. The solution polymerization was almost completed within 30 min at room temperature. All of the polyamides were soluble in a wide range of solvents including tetrahydrofuran. These polymers began to decompose at around 300°C both in air and under nitrogen as determined by differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).  相似文献

A method is described for the determination of Tl in soils by FAAS, involving extraction of Tl from 5 g of soil by digestion with HClO4/HNO3 followed by separation of the extracted Tl into 5 mL of diisopropylether from HBr solution, including Ce(SO4)2. Tl in the organic phase is determined by direct aspiration into the spectrophotometer. The percentage relative standard deviation (% RSD) for 5 replicate samples is about 1%. The detection limits (S/N = 3) of this method are 0.001 mg/L for aqueous solution and 0.02 mg/kg DW for soil, when 50 mL of soil solution corresponding to 2.5 g soil are used. The Tl concentration even of unpolluted soils can be determined. The method was shown to be unaffected by the presence of various ions in soil and was able to recover nearly 100% Tl added to soils. The arithmetic mean (range) of 18 Japanese unpolluted surface soils was 0.33 (0.10–0.56)mgTl/kg DW.  相似文献

Summary In this paper, we are investigating curvature properties of complex two-dimensional Hermitian manifolds, particularly in the compact case. To do this, we start with the remark that the fundamental form of such a manifold is integrable, and we use the analogy with the locally conformal KÄhler manifolds, which follows from this remark. Among the obtained results, we have the following: a compact Hermitian surface for which either the Riemannian curvature tensor satisfies the KÄhler symmetries or the Hermitian curvature tensor satisfies the Riemannian Bianchi identity is KÄhler; a compact Hermitian surface of constant sectional curvature is a flat KÄhler surface; a compact Hermitian surface M with nonnegative nonidentical zero holomorphie Hermitian bisectional curvature has vanishing plurigenera, c1(M) 0, and no exceptional curves; a compact Hermitian surface with distinguished metric, and positive integral Riemannian scalar curvature has vanishing plurigenera, etc.  相似文献

The solid-state polymerization of maleimide by 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile was studied over the temperature range 65–85°C. The polymerization was carried out either by heating the solid mixture of maleimide and 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile or by heating the two compounds separately in twin ampules. The results of the kinetic study showed that the lifetime of the propagating radicals was short and that the rate of termination was proportional to the mole amount of propagating radicals. The ESR spectrum showed that stable radicals that were not main propagating radicals were in the polymerizing system.  相似文献

Abstract

The Syn isomers (3b and 4b) of xylene-bridged cryptophane showed selective complexing abilities for 2,2-dimethylbutane, 3-methylpentane, 3,3-di-methylpentane and 3-ethylpentane among the investigated alkanes, although the Anti isomers (3a,4a,5a) did not complex with these alkanes. However, both the Anti-and Syn-isomers (2a and 2b) of the diethyleneoxy-bridged cryptophane showed selective complexing abilities for 2,2-dimethylbutane, 3,3-dimethylpentane, 2,2,3-trimethylbutane and 2,2,3,3-terramethybutane among the investigated alkanes.  相似文献

Substratum surface morphology plays a vital roles in cellular behavior. Here, we characterized adsorption of fibronectin (Fn) as a typical cell adhesion protein onto honeycomb-patterned films made of poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) by using atomic force microscopy (AFM) and confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM). In order to determine how cells adhere to a honeycomb-patterned film, focal adhesion of cardiac myocytes (CMYs) and endothelial cells (ECs) on the films were studied by using fluorescence labeling of vinculin. Fn adsorbs around the pore edges to form ring-shaped structures. CMYs and ECs adhere onto the honeycomb-patterned films at focal contact points localized around pore edges distributed over the entire cellular surface. The focal contact points on the honeycomb-patterned films correspond well with the adsorption sites of Fn. We suggest that the cell response to honeycomb-patterned films is associated with the adsorption pattern of Fn on the film.  相似文献
