A bicyclic pseudourea, 2,3,5,6-tetrahydroimidazo[2,1-b][1,3]oxazole ( 1 ), was isolated for the first time, and its cationic and spontaneous polymerizations were examined. Both polymerizations gave poly(1,3-imidazolidin-2-one-1,3-diylethylene) ( 2 ) in high yields. The polymer is a crystalline solid with glass transition and melting temperature of 51°C and 286°C, respectively. Thermogravimetry showed that it is stable up to 450°C under nitrogen. 相似文献

Extracellular vesicles (EV), typified by exosomes or microvesicles, are expected to be effective diagnostic markers for cancers. The sizes of the vesicles range from 20 to 1000 nm, but the size-dependent variations of the contents of EVs are still poorly understood. We succeeded in the size-selective harvesting of the vesicles by utilizing the molecular weight-dependent characteristics of a variety of polyethylene glycols (PEG) as precipitating reagents and analyzed the antigens displayed on the surfaces of the vesicles and the miRNAs included in the vesicles from each size group. As a result, the relatively larger (<100 nm) particles precipitated by PEG5k clearly exhibited the greatest amount of epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM), from both breast cancer (MCF-7) and colon cancer (HCT116) cells, and a larger quantity of microRNA (miRNA) specific to breast cancer cells (miRNA155 for MCF-7) seemed to be contained in the PEG-precipitated particles. The results demonstrated that the quantities of both the tumor-specific miRNA and protein were similarly distributed among the several classes of the size-sorted EVs and that the size-selective harvesting of EVs may be informative for strategic analyses towards the diagnoses of cancers. 相似文献

A facile synthetic strategy towards conformationally stable chiral chromophores based on dimeric porphyrinoids has been established. A peculiar class of face-to-face intramolecularly interlocked corrole dimers were formed by the oxidative C−C coupling linked at the inner carbon sites upon simple treatment of copper(II) ions. Their intrinsic electronic structures were modulated by the peripheral corrole ring annulations, which lead to distinct optical properties and redox profiles. A multi-objective lead time control problem in multi-stage assembly systems using genetic algorithms

In this paper, we develop a multi-objective model to optimally control the lead time of a multi-stage assembly system, using genetic algorithms. The multi-stage assembly system is modelled as an open queueing network. It is assumed that the product order arrives according to a Poisson process. In each service station, there is either one or infinite number of servers (machines) with exponentially distributed processing time, in which the service rate (capacity) is controllable. The optimal service control is decided at the beginning of the time horizon. The transport times between the service stations are independent random variables with generalized Erlang distributions. The problem is formulated as a multi-objective optimal control problem that involves four conflicting objective functions. The objective functions are the total operating costs of the system per period (to be minimized), the average lead time (min), the variance of the lead time (min) and the probability that the manufacturing lead time does not exceed a certain threshold (max). Finally, we apply a genetic algorithm with double strings using continuous relaxation based on reference solution updating (GADSCRRSU) to solve this multi-objective problem, using goal attainment formulation. The results are also compared against the results of a discrete-time approximation technique to show the efficiency of the proposed genetic algorithm approach. 相似文献

A one-parameter family of two-sided coideals in is defined and the corresponding algebras of infinitesimally right invariant functions on the quantum unitary group are studied. The Plancherel decomposition of these algebras with respect to the natural transitive -action is shown to be the same as in the case of a complex projective space. By computing the radial part of a suitable Casimir operator, we identify the zonal spherical functions (i.e. infinitesimally bi-invariant matrix coefficients of finite-dimensional irreducible representations) as Askey-Wilson polynomials containing two continuous and one discrete parameter. In certain limit cases, the zonal spherical functions are expressed as big and little -Jacobi polynomials depending on one discrete parameter.
