The Mills reaction and cyclization of readily available 2-aminobenzyl alcohols and nitrosobenzenes using thionyl bromide provided 2H-indazoles in up to 88 % yields. In the metal-free process, acetic acid played a crucial role for the both Mills reaction and cyclization. A brominated 2H-indazole could also be obtained through the one-pot sequence.  相似文献

Soap-free emulsion copolymerization of 2, 2, 2-trifluoroethyl acrylate (3FEA) with styrene was carried out by using potassium persulfate as an initiator, and the effects of the weight fraction of 3FEA in the monomer feed on the kinetics and the particle size were investigated. Monomer conversions were followed by a gravimetric method, revealing that the overall polymerization rate increased exponentially with an increase in the weight fraction of 3FEA. According to dynamic light scattering measurement, the final particle size was found to decrease with an increase in the weight fraction of 3FEA. The number of particles for 3FEA homopolymerization was roughly twice as large as that at the fraction of 0.9, although both fractions had the almost same polymerization rates. These results indicate that soap-free emulsion homopolymerization of 3FEA would proceed not only inside the polymer particles but also in the aqueous phase throughout the polymerization.  相似文献

Uniplaner orientation of a particular crystal plane along the surface of a film was investigated for poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) film prepared by a coagulation bath with concentrated aqueous solution containing 100 ∼ 300g of Na2SO4 against 1 ℓ of water. The orientation distribution functions of the three crystallographic principal axes of the dried films were obtained by the X-ray diffraction technique. The same treatment was carried out for the films prepared by stretching biaxially of the fresh gel and then by drying the resultant fresh gel. The very high preferential orientation of the crystal chain axes and amorphous chain segments could be realized by the biaxially elongation. Accordingly, the techniques were applied to the biaxially stretching of chitosan and PVA blend films with high Young's modulus. The planer orientation of the chain axes of chitosan and PVA crystallites could be confirmed. The morphology of the film surface was estimated by measurements of contact angle and electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis. The results suggested that the admixture of chitosan decreases wet ability of the specimen and this tendency was slightly enhanced by the biaxially elongation.  相似文献

A method for the determination of nucleotides based on pressure-assisted capillary electrophoresis-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (PACE-MS) is described. To prevent multi-phosphorylated species from adsorbing onto the fused-silica capillary, silanol groups were masked with phosphate ions by preconditioning the capillary with the background electrolyte containing phosphate. During preconditioning, nebulizer gas was turned off to avoid contamination of MS detector with phosphate ions. To detect nucleotides using the CE positive mode at a pH 7.5, it was necessary to apply air pressure to the inlet capillary during electrophoresis to supplement the electroosmotic flow (EOF) toward the cathode. Moreover, we exchanged the running electrolyte every analysis using the buffer replenishment system to obtain the required reproducibility. Under the optimized conditions, 14 phosphorylated species such as nucleotides, nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotides and coenzyme A (CoA) compounds were well determined in less than 20 min. The relative standard deviations (n=6) of the method were better than 0.9% for migration times and between 1.7% and 8.1% for peak areas. The detection limits for these species were between 0.5 and 1.7 micromol/L with pressure injection of 50 mbar for 30 s (30 nL) at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. This approach is robust and quantitative compared to the previous method, and its utility is demonstrated by the analysis of intracellular nucleotides and CoA compounds extracted from Escherichia coli wild type, pfkA and pfkB knockout mutants. The methodology was used to suggest that pfkA is the main functional enzyme.  相似文献

Preferential oxidation (PROX) of CO is an important practical process to purify H2 for use in polymer electrolyte fuel cells. Although many supported noble metal catalysts have been reported so far, their catalytic performances remain insufficient for operation at low temperature. We found that Pt nanoparticles in mesoporous silica give unprecedented activity, selectivity, and durability in the PROX reaction below 353 K. We also studied the promotional effect of mesoporous silica in the Pt-catalyzed PROX reaction by infrared spectroscopy using the isotopic tracer technique. Gas-phase O2 is not directly used for CO oxidation, but the oxygen of mesoporous silica is incorporated into CO2. These results suggest that CO oxidation is promoted by the attack of the surface OH groups to CO on Pt without forming water.  相似文献

Anisotropic electron spin resonance (ESR) spectra are reported for the radical anions of hexafluorocyclopropane (c-C(3)F(6)(-)), octafluorocyclobutane (c-C(4)F(8)(-)), and decafluorocyclopentane (c-C(5)F(10)(-)) generated via gamma-irradiation in plastically crystalline tetramethylsilane (TMS) and rigid 2-methyltetrahydrofuran (MTHF) matrices. By combining the analysis of these experimental ESR spectra involving anisotropic hyperfine (hf) couplings with a series of quantum chemical computations, the geometrical and electronic structure of these unusual perfluorocycloalkane radical anions have been characterized more fully than in previous studies that considered only the isotropic couplings. Unrestricted Hartree-Fock (UHF) computations with the 6-311+G(d,p) basis set predict planar ring structures for all three radical anions, the ground electronic states being (2)A(2)(") for c-C(3)F(6)(-) (D(3h) symmetry), (2)A(2u) for c-C(4)F(8)(-) (D(4h)), and (2)A(2)(") for c-C(5)F(10)(-) (D(5h)), in which the respective six, eight, and ten 19F-atoms are equivalent by symmetry. A successful test of the theoretical computation is indicated by the fact that the isotropic 19F hf couplings computed by the B3LYP method with the 6-311+G(2df,p) basis set for the optimized geometries are in almost perfect agreement with the experimental values: viz., 19.8 mT (exp) vs 19.78 mT (calc) for c-C(3)F(6)(-); 14.85 mT (exp) vs 14.84 mT (calc) for c-C(4)F(8)(-); 11.6 mT (exp) vs 11.65 mT (calc) for c-C(5)F(10)(-). Consequently, the same computation method has been applied to calculate the almost axially symmetric anisotropic 19F hf couplings for the magnetically equivalent 19F atoms: (-4.90 mT, -4.84 mT, 9.75 mT) for c-C(3)F(6), (-3.54 mT, -3.48 mT, 7.02 mT) for c-C(4)F(8)(-), and (-2.62 mT, -2.56 mT, 5.18 mT) for c-C(5)F(10)(-). ESR spectral simulations performed using the computed principal values of the hf couplings and the spatial orientations of the 19F nuclei as input parameters reveal an excellent fit to the experimental anisotropic ESR spectra of c-C(3)F(6)(-), c-C(4)F(8)(-), and c-C(5)F(10)(-), thereby providing a convincing proof of the highly symmetric D(nh) structures that are predicted for these negative ions. Furthermore, using the computed 19F principal values and their orientations, the effective 19F anisotropic hf couplings along the molecular symmetry axes were evaluated for c-C(3)F(6)(-) and c-C(4)F(8)(-) and successfully correlated with the positions of the characteristic outermost features in both the experimental and calculated anisotropic spectra. In addition, the electronic excitation energies and oscillator strengths for the c-C(3)F(6)(-) , c-C(4)F(8)(-), and c-C(5)F(10)(-) radical anions were computed for the first time using time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) methods.  相似文献

Amplification/hybridization‐based genetic analyses using primers containing locked nucleic acids (LNAs) present many benefits. Here, we developed a novel design for universal fluorescent PCR using LNAs. Universal fluorescent PCR generates intermediate nonlabeled fragments and final fluorescent fragments in a two‐step amplification process that uses locus‐specific primers with universal tails and universal fluorescent primers. In this study, a few standard nucleotides were replaced with LNAs only in the fluorescent universal primers. The sequence of the fluorescent universal primer significantly affected the amplification efficiency. For primers with three LNAs, the fluorescent primers with stable M13(‐47) sequences provided the most efficient signal (approximately tenfold higher than the primers with M13(‐21) sequences at lower Tm values). Moreover, AT‐rich LNA substitutions in the fluorescent primers produced much lower amplification efficiencies than GC‐rich substitutions. GC‐rich LNAs produced greater differences in Tm values among primers, and resulted in the preferential production of fluorescently labeled amplicons. The specificity and sensitivity of LNA‐containing fluorescent primers were assessed by genotyping eight STRs in Japanese individuals, and full STR profiles could be generated using as little as 0.25 ng of genomic DNA. The method permitted clear discrimination of alleles and represents sensitive STR genotyping at a reduced cost.  相似文献
