Intermolecular hydroacylation between salicylaldehydes 1, 26-40 and 1,4-penta- or 1,5-hexadienes 4-13 by Rh-catalyst proceeded under mild reaction conditions to give a mixture of iso- and normal-hydroacylated products 14-25, 41-55, and 57-60. In the hydroacylation reaction, chelation of both salicylaldehyde and diene to the Rh-complex plays a crucial role. The ratio of iso- and normal-hydroacylated products could be regulated by the addition of salicylic acid or amines. The effects of various Rh-complexes, solvents, and additives were examined, and the plausible mechanisms of the catalytic cycle were proposed on the basis of the deuterium-labeling salicylaldehyde experiments. 相似文献

The lifetimes of benzophenone in the higher triplet excited state (BP(T(n))) and several BP derivatives in the T(n) states were measured directly to be tau(T(n))=37+/-7 ps and 20-33 ps, respectively, by using the nanosecond-picosecond (ns-ps) two-color/two-laser flash photolysis method. Based on the direct measurements of tau(T(n)) of BP(T(n)), the triplet energy transfer (TET) from BP(T(n)) to quenchers (Q), such as carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), benzene (Bz), and p-dichlorbenzene (DCB), was investigated. The fast TET from BP(T(n)) to Q can be attributed to the lifetime-dependent quenching process, according to the Ware theoretical model of the bimolecular energy transfer reaction. The contribution of the lifetime-dependent term on k(TET) was 27, 60, and 86% for CCl4, Bz, and DCB as the Q of BP(T(n)), respectively, indicating that the TET from BP(T(n)) to Q is influenced not only by tau(T(n)), but also by the size of Q. 相似文献

The reaction of C6Cl5Ni(PPhMe2)2Cl with CHRCR′CH2MgX (X = Br or Cl) yields π-allylnickel compounds, (π-CHRCR′CH2)Ni(PPhMe2)C6Cl5 (Ia, R = R′ = H; Ib, R = H, R′ = CH3; Ic, R = CH3, R′ = H), which are stable in the solid state below ca. 150°C and are fairly stable in solution in the absence of oxygen. Sediment cores from Lake Kawaguchi at the foot of Mt. Fuji in Japan were analyzed for U and Th isotopes (238U, 234U, 232Th, 230Th and 228Th) in the light of the linkage to paleoenvironmental changes. These isotopic concentrations and their ratios varied widely with depth of sediment core. A marked disequilibrium (1.1–1.5) higher than the value of 1.0 was observed for 234U/238U activity ratios, indicating that U from lake water with high 234U/238U ratio (ca. 1.6) was transferred to the bottom sediment by adsorption and/or adhesion onto the settling particles. By using model equations, the U found in the sediment core was separated into lithogenous and autogenous U fractions. These depth profiles were compared with parameters such as organic matter and biogenic-SiO2 contents and amount of rainfall. Some variations of selected parameters with depth coincided with those of lithogenous or autogenous U. The results obtained suggest that variation in the lithogenous and/or autogenous U in the sediment with depth might be helpful in tracing the geochemical behavior of U and the past environmental changes in the area surrounding Lake Kawaguchi.The authors would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Y. A novel fluorination reagent and catalyst, SbF5/PAF (porous aluminum fluoride), was prepared by impregnating SbCl5 into PAF and then treating with anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. The prepared reagent had an excellent catalytic activity in halogen-exchange, and also improved the properties of SbF5, such as hydroscopicity, corrosion, and toxicity. Simons electrochemical fluorination (ECF) of 1,4-dimethyl-1,4-homopiperazine, methyl 4-ethylhomopiperazin-1-ylacetate and 1,4-bis(methoxycarbonylmethyl)-1,4-homopiperazine was studied. For comparison, ECF of three piperazines with a N-(methoxycarbonylmethyl) group(s) was also studied. ECF of 1,4-dimethyl-1,4-homopiperazine gave a low yield of corresponding perfluoro(1,4-dimethyl-1,4-homopiperazine) together with perfluoro(2,6-diaza-2,6-dimethylheptane) as the major product. Corresponding perfluoro(homopiperazines) with mono- and/or di-(fluorocarbonyldifluoromethyl) groups [CF2C(O)F] at the 1- and/or 4-position were formed in low yields from methyl 4-ethylhomopiperazin-1-ylacetate and 1,4-bis(methoxycarbonylmethyl)-1,4-homopiperazine, respectively. These new seven-membered perfluoro(1,4-dialkyl-1,4-homopiperazines) were accompanied by the formation of mono- and/or di-basic linear perfluoroacid fluorides resulting from the CC bond scission at the 2- and 3-positions of the ring. From mono- and/or di-N-(methoxycarbonylmethyl)-substituted piperazines, corresponding perfluoropeperazines having the acid fluoride group(s) were formed in low yields. 相似文献

The common left-half [C31-C33(OC1-C7)-C40] part of pectenotoxins has been synthesized convergently from the C31-C35, C36-C40, and C1-C7 parts. The C31-C35 part, prepared via a new route shorter than our previous route, was coupled with the C36-C40 part through reductive lithiation and addition reactions to give an adduct stereoselectively, which was converted to a cyclic acetal corresponding to the C31-C40 part. The structure of a nickel(II) complex, trans-[Ni(C6Cl5)(PMe2Ph)2{C(OMe)Me}]BF4, containing the simplest alkyl(alkoxy)carbene ligand has been determined by X-ray crystallography (R = 0.091).
