[reaction: see text] (Z)-2-Fluoro-1-alkenyl(phenyl)iodonium salts were stereoselectively prepared by the reaction of alkynyl(phenyl)iodonium salts with aqueous HF in good yields. The method is applicable to the synthesis of fluoroalkenyliodonium salts having functional groups such as ketone, ester, and chloride. (Z)-2-Fluoro-1-alkene, (Z)-2-fluoro-2-alkenoate, and (Z)-beta-fluoroenyne could be stereoselectively prepared from the fluoroalkenyliodonium salt.  相似文献

We analyzed ABC transporter solute-binding proteins (SBPs) of the Bacillus subtilis membrane using a proteomic approach. We prepared a washed cell membrane fraction that was insoluble in 134 mM nondetergent sulfobetaine and then extracted proteins using mixtures of detergents in a stepwise manner. The membrane proteins were resolved by three two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (2-D PAGE) or two one-dimensional (1-D) PAGE procedures, electroblotted, and digested in the presence of 5% or 80% acetonitrile. Thereafter, matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) identified 637 proteins corresponding to 15.9% of the total cellular proteins. We predicted that among these, 256 were membrane proteins, 101 were lipoproteins or secretory proteins and 280 were soluble proteins containing peripheral proteins that function in both the cytoplasm and the cell membrane such as SecA and FtsY. Among the 637 proteins, we identified 30 SBPs among 38 importers predicted by a bioinformatic search of the genome. We confirmed expression of the genes for the 30 SBPs using DNA microarray analysis. We compared the 2-D gel separation profiles of submembrane fractions solubilized by 1% n-dodecyl-beta-D-maltoside from cells cultured on Luria Bertani (LB), S7, and S7 medium without glutamate as well as DNA microarray data on LB and S7. The results suggested that YcdH, YtmK and YurO are binding proteins for Mn(++), glutamate and glucose, respectively, and that YqiX and YxeM are binding proteins for amino acids (tryptophan in S7 medium).  相似文献

The reaction of C6Cl5Ni(PPhMe2)2Cl with CHRCR′CH2MgX (X = Br or Cl) yields π-allylnickel compounds, (π-CHRCR′CH2)Ni(PPhMe2)C6Cl5 (Ia, R = R′ = H; Ib, R = H, R′ = CH3; Ic, R = CH3, R′ = H), which are stable in the solid state below ca. 150°C and are fairly stable in solution in the absence of oxygen. The π-allyl group was found by PMR spectroscopy to be rigid even in the presence of an excess of PPhMe2, P(OEt)3 or P(OMe)3.  相似文献

A novel fluorination reagent and catalyst, SbF5/PAF (porous aluminum fluoride), was prepared by impregnating SbCl5 into PAF and then treating with anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. The prepared reagent had an excellent catalytic activity in halogen-exchange, and also improved the properties of SbF5, such as hydroscopicity, corrosion, and toxicity. SbF5/PAF was successfully used in organic synthesis as a fluorinating reagent, and a fixed bed catalyst for F/Cl exchange.  相似文献

Simons electrochemical fluorination (ECF) of 1,4-dimethyl-1,4-homopiperazine, methyl 4-ethylhomopiperazin-1-ylacetate and 1,4-bis(methoxycarbonylmethyl)-1,4-homopiperazine was studied. For comparison, ECF of three piperazines with a N-(methoxycarbonylmethyl) group(s) was also studied. ECF of 1,4-dimethyl-1,4-homopiperazine gave a low yield of corresponding perfluoro(1,4-dimethyl-1,4-homopiperazine) together with perfluoro(2,6-diaza-2,6-dimethylheptane) as the major product. Corresponding perfluoro(homopiperazines) with mono- and/or di-(fluorocarbonyldifluoromethyl) groups [CF2C(O)F] at the 1- and/or 4-position were formed in low yields from methyl 4-ethylhomopiperazin-1-ylacetate and 1,4-bis(methoxycarbonylmethyl)-1,4-homopiperazine, respectively. These new seven-membered perfluoro(1,4-dialkyl-1,4-homopiperazines) were accompanied by the formation of mono- and/or di-basic linear perfluoroacid fluorides resulting from the CC bond scission at the 2- and 3-positions of the ring. From mono- and/or di-N-(methoxycarbonylmethyl)-substituted piperazines, corresponding perfluoropeperazines having the acid fluoride group(s) were formed in low yields.  相似文献

The general and efficient silylation of aryl halides has been developed utilizing triethoxysilane and a rhodium catalyst. The substrate scope is broad and includes ortho-, meta-, and para-substituted electron-rich and -deficient aryl iodides. The structure of a nickel(II) complex, trans-[Ni(C6Cl5)(PMe2Ph)2{C(OMe)Me}]BF4, containing the simplest alkyl(alkoxy)carbene ligand has been determined by X-ray crystallography (R = 0.091). The geometry around the nickel atom is square-planar. The comparatively short NiC(1) bond length of 1.843(10) Å showed the presence of π-bonding in the nickel-carbene bond.  相似文献

We have developed miniaturized multi-channel high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system. With this system, we can simultaneously separate multiple samples, using a single high-pressure gradient pump, a chip-based sample injection unit, a monolithic silica capillary column array, and a multi-channel UV detection unit based on fiber optics. The injection unit has a simplified structure composed of brass housing and a quartz microchip having microchannels and access ports, which enable a direct injection of sample to multi-channel by commercial multichannel micropipette. Moreover, that possesses a function of microvalve, and on-chip definition of sample injection plugs achieved with a cross channel injection method, providing each column of monolithic silica capillary array. The substances in channels were simultaneously detected with UV having multiple cells. Standard samples were analyzed for characterizing newly developed system, and sharp peaks were obtained with reproducibility data of < 0.9% (R.S.D.). Analysis of tryptic digestion of casein was also employed. These results show that the novel multi-channel HPLC system has the benefits for the high-throughput analysis in the post-genomic analysis/combinatorial chemistry.  相似文献

Ab initio multireference single- and double-excitation configuration interaction (MRD-CI) calculations are carried out to study the interactions of positrons with the members of the alkali hydride class of molecules. A new computer program has been constructed for this purpose that makes use of the Table-Direct-CI method for construction of the required Hamiltonian matrixes and electronic/positronic wave functions. The calculations indicate that the binding energy (positron affinity PA) of a single positron to these systems increases by an increment of 0.2-0.3 eV as the atomic number of the alkali atom is increased. It is found that the positron prefers a location in the more electronegative regions of such molecules, similarly as has been found in earlier calculations for the urea and acetone molecules. The positron orbital itself possesses a diffuse charge distribution with relatively small expectation values of the kinetic energy in all four systems considered. Each of the four positronic molecules is stable with respect to formation of either positronium (Ps) or HPs according to the present calculations. Relatively large changes in the equilibrium bond distance of the hydrides occur as a result of the positron interaction. The importance of bond dipole moments in producing the binding of positrons to molecules is discussed, as well as the role that the electronegativity of the constituent atoms plays in determining the magnitude of the PA for a given system.  相似文献
