Abstract  

A simple, efficient, and green method for synthesis of 2,4,6-triarylpyridines by one-pot three-component reaction of acetophenones, aryl aldehydes, and ammonium acetate using 3-methyl-1-(4-sulfonylbutyl)imidazolium hydrogen sulfate [HO3S(CH2)4MIM][HSO4], a Br?nsted-acidic ionic liquid, as an effective and reusable catalyst under solvent-free conditions is described. This method has several advantages, for example simple procedure with an easy work-up, shorter reaction times, and high yields.  相似文献

A selective and sensitive method for simultaneous determination of lead, zinc and copper by adsorptive differential pulse cathodic stripping voltammetry is presented. The method is based on adsorptive accumulation of the complexes of Pb(II), Zn(II), and Cu(II) ions with dopamine onto hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE), followed by reduction of adsorbed species by differential pulse cathodic stripping voltammetry. The effect of experimental parameters such as pH, dopamine concentration, accumulation time and potential and scan rate were examined. Under the optimized conditions, linear calibration curves were established for the concentration of Pb, Zn, and Cu in the ranges of 5–150, 5–250, and 1–150 ng/mL, respectively. Detection limits of 0.06, 0.25, and 0.04 ng/mL for Pb, Zn, and Cu were obtained. An application of the proposed method is reported for the determination of these elements in some real samples such as natural waters and alloys.  相似文献

Hydroxylamine was found to be a mild reagent for conversion of arylboronic acids and their pinacolyl boronate esters into phenols. An efficient green method for the syntheses of biologically active xanthene derivatives by use of zeolite-supported transition metal catalysts is described. A Fe-Cu/ZSM-5 heterogeneous catalyst has the highest activity in the one-pot syntheses with a wide range of aldehydes and cyclic 1,3-diketones, under ultrasonic irradiation in water at ambient temperatures. The three-component condensation in the presence of supported metal catalysts is operationally simple, requires no expensive or toxic reagents, and gives high yields in short reaction times.  相似文献

In this work, the ionic liquid (IL)[C6mim][PF6] was used as IL-based extractant for dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction, followed by back-extraction and HPLC/UV–Vis determination of 3-indole acetic acid (IAA) in pea plant. The effects of some crucial factors such as chemical structure and volume of IL, pH adjustment, dissolution temperature, extraction time, centrifugation time, and ionic strength of aqueous sample were studied. The linear range of the HPLC method for IAA quantification was 17.5 × 10?2–36.8 mg L?1. LOD, LOQ, method recovery, and preconcentration factor values were 0.170 mg L?1, 0.175 mg L?1, 98.3, and 40 %, respectively. The RSD for the suggested method was calculated as 0.93 % at 35.04 mg L?1 of IAA and each IL phase was able to be reused for at least four DLLME/back-extraction cycles. To evaluate the applicability of the suggested method, IAA was determined in pea plant samples.  相似文献

Effect of ablation environment on the nature of ZnO nanoparticles produced by laser ablation method in liquid medium is investigated experimentally. High purity Zn plate was irradiated by the fundamental beam of a Q-switch Nd-YAG laser in cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), acetone, sodium dodecyl sulfate and water. Produced nanoparticles were characterized by UV–Vis absorption spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction spectrum, and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Results show that the highest rate of ablation occurs in CTAB. Largest nanoparticles are produced in acetone, and crystallinity of nanoparticles produced in CTAB is higher than other samples. CTAB surfactant changed the morphology of ZnO nanoparticles.  相似文献

This work aims to evaluate for the enantiomeric separations of three agrochemical toxins: haloxyfop-methyl, fenoxaprop-p-ethyl and indoxacarb on crystalline degradation products-chiral stationary phase (CDP-CSP) of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) under normal and polar organic phases. In the normal phase, the mobile phase was n-hexane with alcohols including methanol and isopropanol as polar modifiers. In the polar organic phase mode, the mobile phase was methanol with different percentages of triethylammunium acetate. The influence of flow rate (0.3-0.9 mL/min), analyte concentration and silica gel particle sizes (10, 15 and 30 microm) was investigated. This new chiral stationary phase showed excellent stereoselectivity for the two enantiomers of haloxyfop-methyl and fenoxaprop-p-ethyl and chiral recognition for indoxacarb under normal-phase mode. However, under polar organic phase, only indoxacarb was separated (alpha < 1.5). The chromatographic results were compared with commercial chiral columns.  相似文献
