Cellulose phosphate (CELLPHOS) was studied as a collector for analytical preconcentration of traces of Cd(II), Cr(III), Cu(II) and Ni(II) from aqueous sample solution. It has been proved that using chromatographic columns packed with CELLPHOS for preconcentration and 1.0 mol 1(-1) HCl for elution the adsorbed analytes are quantitatively enriched. An enrichment factor of 20 (100 ml sample, 5 ml concentrate) was achieved by this separation procedure, which was applied to a series of water analyses (river, sea, bog water).  相似文献

Straightforward analysis for components in a single certified reference sediment is of limited use for assessing the accuracy of environmental determinations. A systematic approach requires mixing of certified sediments, one with another and with environmental samples, and the preparation of secondary reference material by the laboratory. Use of Youden pairs, reference material embedded in samples and linear models should enable valid accuracy statements to be made based on well known statistical concepts. For assessing accuracy, reference sediments which are matched in particle size, and are end-members for components or sediment types are most useful.  相似文献

The reaction of [Cr(NCCH(3))(6)](2+) with dioxygen in acetonitrile (MeCN) solution acidified with HBF(4) gave red crystals of the binuclear complex [(CH(3)CN)(5)Cr(OH)Cr(NCCH(3))(5)](BF(4))(5) (1). From the X-ray crystal structure of 1, the Cr-O-Cr angle was found to be 147.5(2) degrees. Magnetic susceptibility measurements of 1 showed an antiferromagnetic coupling between the two chromium(III) centers with a triplet energy J = 35.9(1) cm(-1). On redissolution of 1 in MeCN, the hydroxo bridge was deprotonated, and a green solution of the complex [(CH(3)CN)(5)CrOCr(NCCH(3))(5)](4+) formed. The electronic absorption spectrum of this solution is very similar to the spectrum of the classical complex [(H(3)N)(5)CrOCr(NH(3))(5)](4+) with intense bands in the UV and near-UV region. From the temperature dependence of the absorption spectrum near 12900 cm(-1), the triplet energy J was found to be 1067(19) cm(-1). The acidity of the hydroxo bridge in 1 is very high with an acid dissociation constant K(a) > 1 M.  相似文献

The simultaneous separation and determination of organic acids in several samples of white and red Port wines was performed by capillary zone electrophoresis using indirect UV detection with 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid as a background electrolyte buffer. Operational parameters like migration time, temperature, voltage and capillary length were optimized. Sixteen samples of red wine and four samples of white wine were used to analyze for tartaric, malic, lactic, succinic and acetic acids using glyoxylic acid as the internal standard. The method is rapid, sensitive and quantitative, and time-consuming sample preparation, such as solid-phase extraction or liquid-liquid extraction procedure, is not required.  相似文献

An elusive goal for nucleic acid enzymology has been deoxyribozymes that ligate RNA rapidly, sequence-generally, with formation of native 3'-5' linkages, and in preparatively useful yield. Using in vitro selection, we have identified Mg2+- and Zn2+-dependent deoxyribozymes that simultaneously fulfill all four of these criteria. The new deoxyribozymes operate under practical incubation conditions and have modest RNA substrate sequence requirements, specifically D downward arrowRA for 9DB1 and A downward arrowR for 7DE5 (D = A, G, or U; R = A or G). These requirements are comparable to those of deoxyribozymes such as 10-23 and 8-17, which are already widely used as biochemical tools for RNA cleavage. We anticipate that the 9DB1 and 7DE5 deoxyribozymes will find immediate practical application for RNA ligation.  相似文献

The X-ray structure of a 1:1 Cu/O(2) adduct revealed side-on (eta(2)) O(2) coordination. Density functional calculations corroborated the structure, indicated a significant contribution of a Cu(III)-(O(2)(2-)) resonance form, and provided insights into the key bonding interactions. Reaction of a 1:1 adduct supported by a slightly different beta-diketiminate ligand with Cu(I) reagents resulted in the formation of novel asymmetric bis(mu-oxo) complexes that were identified by EPR, UV-vis, and Raman spectroscopy, as well as by an X-ray structure in one instance.  相似文献

Summary The addition of NPm (diphenylaminodiphenylphosphinomethane) to CuI or the addition of KI to (NPm)2CuNO3 leads to the same P-bonded CuI complex, (NPm)2CuI, presenting a trigonal geometry around the Cu atom. The reaction of this new complex (or of its chloro analogue) with a CuII salt yields dinuclear species of general formula [(NPm)Cu(-X)2Cu(NPm)] (X = Cl or I). X-ray analysis of these complexes show that they are isostructural and retain the trigonal geometry around the metal atom. The Cu···Cu distances are 2.775(1)Å for X = Cl and 2.642(1) Å for X = I. The Cu-(-X)-Cu angle is more acute for the iodide [61.48(3)°] than for the chloride [74.17(8)°] complex. These values are discussed in terms of Cu···Cu interactions induced by the electron donor ability of X and the bulk of the phosphine L.  相似文献
