Based on three physicochemical properties of amino acid side chains, we proposed a novel unique 3D graphical representation of protein sequences. Then, we constructed two vectors of three components as mathematical objects to characterize protein sequences numerically. The similarity/dissimilarity analysis among nine ND5 protein sequences proved the utility of our approach. A correlation and significance analysis have been provided to compare our results and the sequence homology.  相似文献

The novel compounds (E)‐2‐(((4‐hydroxyphenyl)imino)methyl)phenol, Tetraphenyl (hydroxyl) imidazole and their corresponding Boron difluoride complexes were synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic techniques. Density functional theory calculations at B3LYP‐D3/6–311++G (d, p) level of theory were performed for the geometric parameters. The MEP surface studies were used to understand the behavior of molecules in terms of charge transfer and to determine how these molecules interact. We used the GIAO and the B3LYP‐D3 with a 6–311++ G (d, p) basis set to simulate the (1H‐NMR and 19F‐NMR) and the IR spectra, respectively. The corresponding calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data. The stability of the molecule arising from hyperconjugation interaction and charge delocalization were analyzed using NBO analysis. FMOs revealed the occurrence of charge transfer within the molecule. The complexation using BF3.Et2O was also found to have remarkable effects on the electrochemical properties of the studied molecules, where (b) and (d) present lower chemical stability, higher reactivity and higher polarizability than (a) and (c), respectively. Moreover, the energy gap of (a) and (c) decreased after complexation using BF3.Et2O, indicating the reliability of the electrochemical evaluation of LUMO and HOMO energy levels. These values are the factors explaining the possible charge transfer interaction within the molecule. The absorption and emission spectra of the model compound were also simulated and compared to experimental observations in the DMF solvent. The results of DFT calculations supported the structural and spectroscopic data and confirmed the structure modification of frontier molecular orbitals for BF2 complexes as well as tunable potentials and energy levels.  相似文献

Reactions of nucleophilic active phosphacumulenes with iso(thio)cyanate compounds were performed. The reaction products depend on the nature of the reagent, substrate and the condition of the reaction used. New heterocyclic 4-membered or 6-membered sulfur and nitrogen compounds such as phosphoranylidene thietane, azetidine and thiazinane were obtained. On the other hand, the stable phosphonium ylides with the iso(thio)cyanate afforded phosphoranylidene thiocarbamoyl derivatives. Possible reaction mechanisms are considered and the structural assignments are based on compatible analytical and spectroscopic data.  相似文献

Gastrointestinal tract disorders constitute a heavy burden to healthcare providers. To eradicate Helicobacter pylori infection, different triple therapy protocols have been proposed. Among which are combinations of proton pump inhibitors (e.g., omeprazole), histamine-2 receptor antagonists (e.g., famotidine), along with antibiotics (e.g., amoxicillin). In this work, a sensitive and accurate high-performance thin-layer chromatographic method was developed for the simultaneous determination of amoxicillin, metronidazole, and famotidine in bulk powder and laboratory-prepared combined-tablet mixtures. Complete separation of the cited compounds was achieved using pre-coated silica gel plates with a mixture of methanol:chloroform:toluene:water:glacial acetic acid (5:2:1.5:0.5:0.1 v/v/v/v/v) as the mobile phase. The method was fully validated as per the international conference of harmonization guidelines. Good linearity, a correlation coefficient of 0.9991, was obtained in the concentration ranges 0.1–1.6 μg/band (amoxicillin), 0.1–0.9 μg/band (metronidazole), and 0.1–0.9 μg/band (famotidine). Since the method allowed the determination of the three compounds in combined tablets with a high degree of selectivity, accuracy, precision, with cost-effectiveness, it could be used for regular quality control. Moreover, the applicability of the proposed method was extended to the determination of the ternary mixture in simulated gastric juice. The Na x Li1-x CdVO4 (x = 0.5, 1) orthovanadates were prepared using a solid-state reaction method. The x-ray diffraction patterns (XRDP) of both materials reveal the formation of the Na2CrO4 structure. Vibrational study confirms the existence of [VO4]3? group. Electrical measurements of our compounds have been investigated using complex impedance spectroscopy (CIS) in the frequency and temperature range 209 Hz–1 MHz and 589–703 K, respectively. Nyquist plots reveal the presence of tow contributions, an equivalent circuit was proposed. DC conductivity shows electrical conduction in the material as a thermally activated process. The AC conductivity is explained using the non-overlapping small polaron tunneling (NSPT) conduction mechanism. A relationship between crystal structure and ionic conductivity was established and discussed.  相似文献

Reversed phase‐high performance liquid chromatography (RP‐HPLC), thin layer chromatography (TLC) densitometry and first derivative spectrophotometry (1D) techniques are developed and validated as a stability‐indicating assay of ezetimibe in the presence of alkaline induced degradation products. RP‐HPLC method involves an isocratic elution on a Phenomenex Luna 5μ C18 column using acetonitrile: water: glacial acetic acid (50:50:0.1 v/v/v) as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.5 mL/min. and a UV detector at 235 nm. TLC densitometric method is based on the difference in Rf‐values between the intact drug and its degradation products on aluminum‐packed silica gel 60 F254 TLC plates as stationary phase with isopropanol: ammonia 33% (9:1 v/v) as a developing mobile phase. On the fluorescent plates, the spots were located by fluorescence quenching and the densitometric analysis was carried out at 250 nm. Derivative spectrophotometry, the zero‐crossing method, ezetimibe was determined using first derivative at 261 nm in the presence of its degradation products. Calibration graphs of the three suggested methods are linear in the concentration ranges 1–10 mcg/mL, 0.1–1 mg/mL and 1–16 mcg/mL with a mean percentage accuracy of 99.05 ± 0.54%, 99.46 ± 0.63% and 99.24 ± 0.82% of bulk powder, respectively. The three proposed methods were successfully applied for the determination of ezetimibe in raw material and pharmaceutical dosage form; the results were statistically analyzed and compared with those obtained by the reported method. Validation parameters were determined for linearity, accuracy and precision; selectivity and robustness and were assessed by applying the standard addition technique.  相似文献

Trivalent Cr (III) and divalent of both Mn (II) and Cu (II) complexes containing hydrazone ligands derived from the condensation of picolinohydrazide with O-vanillin were synthesised and characterized by elemental analysis, spectral and magnetic measurements. The suggested octahedral structures were confirmed by applying DFT optimization and conformational studies. The thermal decomposition behaviour of Mn (II) complex is discussed. The evaluation of kinetic parameters (Ea, A, ∆H, ∆S and ∆G) of all thermal degradation stages have been evaluated using Coats-Redfern and Horowitz-Metzger approaches. The band gap results suggested that these complexes are semi-conductors and lie in same range of highly efficient photovoltaic materials. Antibacterial studies showed that higher activity of complexes than of ligands. Assay on the antioxidant activity (DPPH and SOD) of the above complexes revealed the high SOD-activity of Mn (II) complex and high DPPH-activity for ligand.  相似文献
