The recent publication by Matsumoto1 of a synthesis of Coleon U2(1) prompts us to present our own preparation of this poly-hydroxy diterpene as the tri-O-methyl (12a) and tetra-O-methyl ethers (12b). In a previous communication3 we outlined our approach which is aimed at several similar natural products such as Coleon C4 (1b), Lycoxanthol5 (2), etc. and differs considerably from that of the Japanese group. Formally at least, the two syntheses start with the same material, (+) ferruginol methyl ether 5a. In our case the latter was prepared by recorded methods from methyl O-methyl podocarpate after introducing the iso-propyl sidechain6 (→4), transforming the C.4 methoxycarbonyl residue to a methyl7 (→5a, ferruginol methyl ether) which was oxidised at the benzylic position of the B ring to give sugiol methyl ether 5b.  相似文献

The combination of the copper-catalyzed alkyne-azide cycloaddition (CuAAC) reaction with sol–gel processing enables the versatile preparation of sol–gel materials under different shapes with targeted functionalities through a diversity-oriented approach. In this account, the development of the CuAAC reaction under anhydrous conditions for the synthesis of sol–gel precursors and for the assembling of magnetic nanoparticles on self-assembled monolayers is related, as well as the use of the classical CuAAC methodologies for the functionalization of mesoporous silica nanoparticles and microdots arrays. Coupling CuAAC and Sol–Gel will result in simplified preparations of multifunctional materials with controlled morphologies.  相似文献

In this paper, it is shown how a percolation process can be used to describe the inhomogeneities of polymer concentration, appearing in gels prepared by random crosslinking of a semi-dilute solution, and how they are modified by swelling or stretching of the network. Neutron scattering experimental data are compared to the predictions of this model in the isotropic and anisotropic cases. A good agreement is found. In particular, “abnormal” butterfly patterns in the iso-intensity curves have been detected, as expected from the model.  相似文献

In plasma edge transport codes for nuclear fusion devices, fluid-neutral models offer an interesting alternative to the currently used kinetic Monte Carlo simulations, especially for cases of high ion-neutral collisionality. In this paper, we elaborate a separate neutral energy equation in the state-of-the-art SOLPS-ITER code suite, which previously assumed perfect ion-neutral temperature equilibration. Furthermore, we study the coupled plasma-neutral solutions for a range of divertor operating regimes, proving the validity of these fluid-neutral models for high-recycling and detached regimes.  相似文献

We describe an elementary argument from abstract ergodic theory that can be used to prove mixing of hyperbolic flows. We use this argument to prove the mixing property of product measures for geodesic flows on (not necessarily compact) negatively curved manifolds. We also show the mixing property for the measure of maximal entropy of a compact rank-one manifold.  相似文献

A three-dimensional liquid chromatographic purification protocol based on sequential size-exclusion, anion-exchange and cation-exchange separation mechanisms was developed for the mapping of seleno compounds in aqueous yeast extracts. The method allowed the demonstration of the presence of more than 30 different seleno compounds. Semi-preparative size-exclusion and anion-exchange chromatography were optimized for maximum resolution using electrospray-compatible buffers in order to purify the compounds for mass spectrometric analysis. Molecular masses were attributed to many of the compounds on the basis of the selenium isotopic pattern in the electrospray mass spectra and of the collision-induced fragmentation patterns. Limitations preventing the ultimate identification of the selenium species detected are discussed.  相似文献

Impurity profiles of 3,4-methylenedioxymethylamphetamine (MDMA) tablets seized in France have been examined. The samples were extracted with methylene chloride under basic conditions and then analyzed by capillary gas chromatography. Almost 30 compounds were identified as precursors, intermediates and by-products. Palmitic and stearic acid were also found as tableting materials. The comparison of the different profiles obtained by the reported procedure provided very useful information about the synthetic processes used by clandestine laboratories and enabled a classification into several groups of profiles. According to these results, the reductive amination route appears to be the most common synthetic pathway in Western Europe. Furthermore, 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl-2-propanone seems to be the most used precursor in clandestine laboratories.  相似文献

We study theoretically and experimentally the switching dynamics of a nonlinear optical bistable system that exhibits modulational instability in the vicinity of its lower limit point. We show that modulational instability induces premature upswitching and, in this way, truncates the bistable cycle. The role of the modulation instability is identified experimentally through the observation of the transient pattern formation that precedes upswitching. Our experiment illustrates the importance of cooperative behavior in practical distributed bistable systems.  相似文献
