Carbon nanotube array-based biosensor   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
Aligned multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNT) grown on platinum substrate are used for the development of an amperometric biosensor. The opening and functionalization by oxidation of the nanotube array allows for the efficient immobilization of the model enzyme, glucose oxidase. The carboxylated open-ends of nanotubes are used for the immobilization of the enzymes, while the platinum substrate provides the direct transduction platform for signal monitoring. It is also shown that carbon nanotubes can play a dual role, both as immobilization matrices and as mediators, allowing for the development of a third generation of biosensor systems, with good overall analytical characteristics.  相似文献

Under acid conditions aqueous solutions of chloramine-T form nitrogen-centred radicals via loss of the chlorine atom. The nitrogen radicals produced have been studied by ESR spectroscopy using the spintrapping method. Adducts of the spin trap phenyl-t-butyl nitrone are oxidized by chloramine-T in acid media to give a paramagnetic product in which the unpaired electron interacts with two inequivalent nitrogen atoms. The spin trap 5,5-dimethyl-2-pyrrolidine-1 -oxide is oxidized rapidly to 5,5-dimethyl-2-pyrrolidone-1-oxyl by chloramine-T under acid onditions. The water soluble trap α-4-pyridyl-1-oxide-N-t-butyl nitrone forms a stable nitroxide adduct with a nitrogen radical of chloramine-T in acid solution. Identical results were obtained with chloramine-B (sodium salt of N-chlorobenzene sulfonamide), indicating the involvement of the N-chloramine group in radical formation.  相似文献

The enantiomerically pure (+)-3-methoxy-1, 3, 5 (10)-estratrien-11, 17-dione 11 (with trans-anti-trans configuration) was synthesized in a highly stereocontrolled fashion from (±)-t-butyl 4-methoxy-1-benzocyclobutene carboxylate (8) and the (+)-carboxylic acid 6 , obtained from 4 in two steps, followed by one crystallization of the (+)-ephedrine salt. The key step 10→11 (Scheme 2) involves a thermal intramolecular cycloaddition reaction.  相似文献

Pyrolytic process has a promising potential for the environmentally friendly upgrading of lignocellulosic and plastic waste. Thermogravimetry and pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS) were used to get information about the reactive decomposition of PCL in binary mixtures with microcrystalline cellulose (MC) or sisal fibres (SF). Preliminary thermogravimetric investigation showed that biomass is thermally degraded at lower temperatures than PCL and this process has a predominant influence on the thermal behaviour of the mixtures. Discrepancies between the experimental and predicted TG/DTG profiles were considered as a measurement of the extent of interactions occurring on co-pyrolysis. It was found that reactivity of PCL was slightly increased in PCL-SF binary mixtures. Evolution of acidic products from cellulose and hemicelluloses decomposition may promote PCL degradation in binary mixtures with SF. It seems that the co-pyrolysis process could have potential for the environmentally friendly transformation of biocomposites.  相似文献

Homogeneous electrocatalytic proton reduction is reported using cobalt complex [ 1 ](BF4)2. This complex comprises two bis(1-methyl-4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)methane (HBMIM ) ligands that contain an acidic methylene moiety in their backbone. Upon reduction of [ 1 ](BF4)2 by either electrochemical or chemical means, one of its HBMIM ligands undergoes deprotonation under the formation of dihydrogen. Addition of a mild proton source (acetic acid) to deprotonated complex [ 2 ](BF4) regenerates protonated complex [ 1 ](BF4)2. In presence of acetic acid in acetonitrile solvent [ 1 ](BF4)2 shows electrocatalytic proton reduction with a kobs of ≈200 s−1 at an overpotential of 590 mV. Mechanistic investigations supported by DFT (BP86) suggest that dihydrogen formation takes place in an intramolecular fashion through the participation of a methylene C−H bond of the HBMIM ligand and a CoII−H bond through formal heterolytic splitting of the latter. These findings are of interest to the development of responsive ligands for molecular (base)metal (electro)catalysis.  相似文献

Crystal Structure Determination of Ammonium catena-Polyphosphate II by X-Ray Powder Techniques The first structure determination of one of the five modifications of ammonium-catena-polyphosphate was performed using X-ray powder diffraction data. (NH4PO3)nII is formed by phase transformation of (NH4PO3)nI which on its part is obtained by condensation of NH4H2PO4 at 200°C in presence of urea. Modification II crystallizes in P212121 (a = 1 207.9(1), b = 648.87(8), c = 426.20(4) pm; Z = 4; 291 observed reflections; R(p) = 0.089; R(wp) = 0.111; R(I, hkl) = 0.088). The chain-anion runs parallel to the shortest axis, the period of identity is two. The ammonium ion is surrounded by a distorted tetrahedron of oxygen atoms (N? O-distances range from 285 to 292 pm, hydrogen bonds of middle strength).  相似文献

The heme chaperone CcmE is essential for the delivery of heme to c-type cytochromes. It forms an unusual transient, yet covalent, bond between an essential histidine, H130, and heme. We report on the discovery of the chemical structure of this bond solved by NMR, where the heme vinyl is cross-linked at the beta carbon to the Ndelta1 of H130. As this type of heme linkage has not been described previously in any cytochrome or hemoprotein, it represents a novel type of heme-histidine complex.  相似文献

Reaction of the transient phosphinidene complexes R-P=W(CO)5 with N-substituted-diphenylketenimines leads unexpectedly to the novel 2-aminophosphindoles, as confirmed by an X-ray crystal structure determined for one of the derivatives. Experimental evidence for a methylene-azaphosphirane intermediate was found by using the iron-complexed phosphinidene iPr2N-P=Fe(CO)4, which affords the 2-aminophosphindole together with the novel methylene-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzo[1,3]azaphosphole. Analysis of the reaction pathways with DFT indicates that the initially formed methylene-azaphosphirane yields both phosphorus heterocycles by way of a [1,5]- or [1,3]-sigmatropic shift, respectively, followed by a H-shift. Strain underlies both rearrangements, which causes these remarkably selective conversions that can be tuned by changing the substituents.  相似文献

The conduction mechanism in microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) tablets at varying relative humidity (RH) has been investigated by using the techniques of low frequency dielectric spectroscopy and transient current analysis at room temperature. The dependence on RH on the measured conductivity and charge carrier density indicates that a high-power-law-exponent percolation process of cations being conducted on water molecules occupying available 6-OH units on the cellulose chains is the dominating dc conduction mechanism at RH below 3 wt % of moisture content. The experimentally observed decrease in charge carrier mobility with increasing moisture content shows that protons and H3O+ ions that are being blocked at empty 6-OH sites also contribute to the charge transport process in cellulose at low moisture contents.  相似文献

The refolding of the reduced-denatured insulin from bovine pancreas was investigated with the size exclusion chromatography (SEC). It was shown that the reduced-denatured insulin originally denatured with 7.0 mol L?1 guanidine hydrochloride (GuHCI) or 8.0 mol L?1 urea could not be refolded with a non-oxidized mobile phase. Although the oxidized and reduced glutathione (GSSG and GSH) were employed in the oxidized mobile phase, the reduced-denatured insulin still could not be renatured. However, in the presence of 2.0 mol Lt-1 urea in the oxidized mobile phase employed, the reduced-denatured insulin can be refolded with SEC, and the aggregation of denatured insulin can be diminished by urea. In addition, the disulfide exchange of reduced-denatured insulin also can be accelerated with GSSG/GSH in the oxidized mobile phase. The three disulfide bridges of insulin were formed correctly and the reduced-unfolded insulin can be renatured completely. The results were further tested with reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) and hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC).  相似文献
