专家系统在ICP—AES中的应用与发展

本文综述了专家系统在消除ICP-AES光谱干扰方面的应用和发展。由于专家系统本身的迅速发展和ICP-AES中对干扰机理以及对校正干扰的研究,建立一个ICP-AES的初级专家系统已经成为可能。综述了建立ICP-AES专家系统的几个必要条件,如专家语言,ICP-AES专家知识库,ICP-AES数据库和谱线库,推理机等,并根据专家系统在ICP-AES方面的应用现状,讨论了今后的研究重点。     

Synthesis of propyl O-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-(1→3)-[2,4-di-O-(2s-methylbutyryl)-α-L-rhamno-pyranosyl]-(1→2)-(3-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranoside,the tetrasaccharide moiety of Tricolorin A

Propyl O-(α-L-rhamncpyranosyl)-(1→3)-[2,4-di-O-(2s-methylbutyryl)-α-L-rham-nopyranosyl]-(1→2)-(3-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranoside (1), the tetrasac-charide moiety of Tricolorin A, was synthesized in total 23 steps with a longest linear sequence of 10 steps, and overall yield of 3.7% from D-Glucose. The isomerization of the dioxolane-type berzyli-dene in the presence of NIS/AgOTf was observed. Tetrasaccharide 1 exhibited no activity against the cultured P388 cell as Tricolorin A did.

The eigenenergies for ~3S excited states of the helium atom with CFPHGLF method

The matrix elements of the correlation function between symmetric potential harmonics were first simplified into the analytical summation of the grand angular momentum. The correlation-function potential-harmonic and generalized Laguerre function method (CFPHGLF) proposed by us recently was then applied to directly solve the Schrodinger equation for n3S(n=2-5) excited states of the helium atom. With only 12 PHs, the convergent eigenenergies of 23S, 33S, 43S and 53S states were 2.17427, 2.06849, 2.03644, 2.02257 Eh, respectively. The errors only were 0.00096, 0.00020, 0.00007, 0.00005 Eh, when compared with the exact Hylleraas variational results respectively.     

Isolation and structural elucidation of a polysaccharide with radiation-protective activity from Spirulina platensis

The structure of a radiation-protective sulfated polysaccharide, SP-APS, isolated from Spirulina platensis, was investigated by methylation analysis, partial acetolysis and 1H-NMR spec-troscopy. The repeating-unit of SP-APS as branched structures was elucidated.     

Computer-assisted optimization of mobile phase compositions and development distance selectivity in gradient two-step development high-performance thin-layer chromatography

A computer-assisted method is presented for optimization of mobile phase compositions and development distance in gradient two-step development HPTLC. The method is based on a system which can predict the final Rf values for gradient two-step development from values measured using five preliminary runs. The statistical scanning method is then used for optimization, using Rf difference as the selection criterion. The method was evaluated using a mixture of eight components. 高灵敏GaAs探测器及应用

在ICF实验研究中,我们应用新研制的经快中子辐照处理过的GaAs晶体材料做成的光导电探测器首次实验观察到各种结构的内爆靶发射的硬X光时间波形信号以及硬X光的空间角分布。这种探测器对X光有很高的灵敏度(约10~(-18)C/keV),有快的响应(约100ps),具有抗干扰能力强,灵敏度高体积小,用于ICF实验的X光诊断有独特优点。     

聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙胆甾接枝共聚物(PHCEM)的合成、结构与性能研究 Ⅱ PHCEM的相态转变

本文通过偏光显微镜、DSC、X射线衍射及选择散射等手段,深入研究了甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯胆甾醇甲苯二异氰酸酯接枝共聚物的相态转变。在一定的条件下,侧链上的胆甾基团可自由取向,形成胆甾相液晶。     

Synthesis of homochiral spiro[4.4] nonane-1,6-diols

Homochiral cis,cis-; cis,trans- and trans,trans-spiro[4.4]nonane-1,6-diols were prepared via diastereoselective reduction of enantiomerically pure spiro[4.4]nonane-1,6-dione (1) with the corresponding reducing agents: lithium n-butyldiisobutylaluminium hydride for cis,cis-diol (2) with 88% yield; BH3·THF for cis, trans-diol (3) with 91% yield; LiAlH4 for trans,trans-diol (4) with 15% yield.
