The color of rosé wines is extremely diverse and a key element in their marketing. It is due to the presence of anthocyanins and of additional pigments derived from them and from other wine constituents. To explore the pigment composition and determine its links with color, 268 commercial rosé wines were analysed. The concentration of 125 polyphenolic compounds was determined by a targeted metabolomics approach using ultra high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (UHPLC-QqQ-MS) analysis in the Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) mode and the color characterised by spectrophotometry and CieLab parameters. Chemometrics analysis of the composition and color data showed that although color intensity is primarily determined by polyphenol extraction (especially anthocyanins and flavanols) from the grapes, different color styles correspond to different pigment compositions. The salmon shade of light rosé wines is mostly due to pyranoanthocyanin pigments, resulting from reactions of anthocyanins with phenolic acids and pyruvic acid, a yeast metabolite. Redness of intermediate color wines is related to anthocyanins and carboxypoyranoanthocyanins and that of dark rosé wines to products of anthocyanin reactions with flavanols while yellowness of these wines is associated to oxidation.  相似文献

Different groups of organic micropollutants including pharmaceuticals and pesticides have emerged in the environment in the last years, resulting in a rise in environmental and human health risks. In order to face up and evaluate these risks, there is an increasing need to assess their occurrence in the environment. Therefore, many studies in the past couple of decades were focused on the improvements in organic micropollutants’ extraction efficiency from the different environmental matrices, as well as their mass spectrometry detection parameters and acquisition modes. This paper presents different sampling methodologies and high-resolution mass spectrometry-based non-target screening workflows for the identification of pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and their transformation products in different kinds of water (domestic wastewater and river water). Identification confidence was increased including retention time prediction in the workflow. The applied methodology, using a passive sampling technique, allowed for the identification of 85 and 47 contaminants in the wastewater effluent and river water, respectively. Finally, contaminants’ prioritization was performed through semi-quantification in grab samples as a fundamental step for monitoring schemes.  相似文献

A productive deracemization process based on a quaternary phase diagram study of a naphthamide derivative is reported. New racemic compounds of an atropisomeric naphthamide derivative have been discovered, and a quaternary phase diagram has been constructed that indicated that four solids are stable in a methanol/H2O solution. Based on the results of a heterogeneous equilibria study showing the stable domain of the conglomerate, a second-order asymmetric transformation was achieved with up to 97 % ee. Furthermore, this methodology showcases the chiral separation of a stable racemic compound forming system and does not suffer from any of the typical limitations of deracemization, although application is still limited to conglomerate-forming systems. We anticipate that this present study will serve as a fundamental model for the design of sophisticated chiral separation processes.  相似文献

ZnO@mesoporous silica nanocomposite was prepared by the impregnation of a CMI-1 material in a Zn(NO3)2 solution followed by calcination under O2. Intensive characterization was carried out by N2 adsorption–desorption measurements, scanning and transmission electron microscopy. The optical properties of the ZnO@mesoporous silica nanocomposite were studied by photoluminescence spectroscopy. Quantum Size Effect was firstly demonstrated by subjecting the sample to a 254 nm excitation light, and was further confirmed by using a 680 nm excitation laser beam, which implies a two-photon absorption process. By focusing the 680 nm laser beam on different places in the sample, a very localized random laser effect, also induced by a two-photon absorption process, was detected.  相似文献

We evaluated the o-nitrobenzyl platform for designing photolabile protecting groups with red-shifted absorption that could be photolyzed upon one- and two-photon excitation. Several synthetic pathways to build different conjugated o-nitrobenzyl backbones, as well as to vary the benzylic position, are reported. Relative to the reference 4,5-dimethoxy-2-nitrobenzyl group, several o-nitrobenzyl derivatives exhibit a large and red-shifted one-photon absorption within the near-UV range. Uncaging after one-photon excitation was studied by measuring UV-visible absorption and steady-state fluorescence emission on model caged ethers and esters. In the whole series investigated, the caged substrates were released cleanly upon photolysis. Quantum yields of uncaging after one-photon absorption lie within the 0.1-1 % range. We observed that these drop as the maximum wavelength absorption of the o-nitrobenzyl protecting group is increased. A new method based on fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) after two-photon excitation was used to measure the action uncaging cross section for two-photon excitation. The series of o-nitrobenzyl caged fluorescent coumarins investigated exhibit values within the 0.1-0.01 Goeppert-Mayer (GM) range. Such results are in line with the low quantum yields of uncaging associated with cross-sections of 1-50 GM for two-photon absorption. Although the cross-sections for one- and two-photon absorption of o-nitrobenzyl photolabile protecting groups can be readily improved, we emphasize the difficulty in enlarging the corresponding action uncaging cross-sections in view of the observed trend of their quantum yield of uncaging.  相似文献

The fluorescence properties of four derivatives of 3‐thienyl‐2‐(N‐dicyanovinyl)iminocoumarin, bearing a diethylamino group in the 7‐position or a methoxy group in the 6, 7 and 8 positions, were compared in solution and in the solid state. The 7‐diethylamino derivative was strongly fluorescent in various solvents, with marked solvatochromism. Its fluorescence was quenched by aggregation. In contrast, the methoxy derivatives were only moderately or weakly fluorescent in solution, but two of them were strongly photoluminescent in the crystalline state, owing to favourable molecular packing. The 6‐methoxy derivative even exhibited spectacular crystallization‐enhanced emission, examples of which are particularly rare for this type of dyes. Dyes were tested for biological use. The 7‐diethylamino derivative led to particularly strong fluorescence staining of the cytoplasm of HCT‐116 colon cancer cells. No fading was observed over prolonged illumination by the microscope light beam, but a phototoxic effect was detected. The use of the dyes as red‐emitting materials was also investigated. Using easy‐to‐implement preparation methods, the compounds self‐ assembled to give one‐dimensional nano‐ and microsized particles, including millimeter‐long microfibres that exhibited clear wave‐guiding properties. This study shows the value of these low molecular‐weight molecules for the preparation of new orange and red‐emitting fluorescent materials based on totally pure dye.  相似文献
