We analyze the temporal coherence of an optical infrared radiation in the visible domain by using a Mach-Zehnder interferometer and a wavelength conversion stage in each arm. We exploit a sum frequency generation process in bulk PPLN crystal to convert the infrared radiation at 1.55 μm into 0.63 μm before the interferometric mixing. The applicability of the Wiener-Kintchine theorem through up-conversion processes is here demonstrated by direct comparisons among visible and infrared measurements. 相似文献

The impact of air exposure on LiFePO4–C nanocomposites has been investigated at moderate temperature. We show here that the storage in 120 °C hot air for 30 days leads not only to the material delithiation but also to the formation of an amorphous ferric phosphate side-phase, accounting for 38% of the total iron. The formed phase is found to be partially hydrated, suggesting a water-driven aging mechanism and a proposed hypothetic formula: LixFePO4(OH)x. The side-phase displays new electrochemical activity but poor cyclability and the overall battery performance is thus deteriorated. The regeneration of pristine structure, together with the performance recovery can be achieved by a simple thermal treatment under inert atmosphere. 相似文献

The polarographic behaviour of DNA extracted from the calf thymus has been studied using phase sensitive a.c. polarography. The conditions of adsorption on the dropping mercury electrode have been studied in terms of the conditions of medium (ionic strength, pH) and of the molecular weight of DNA. The ionic strength plays a deciding role in the conditions of adsorption. The adsorption also depends on the form of the macromolecule. When it is in rod form (low molecular weight) the adsorption occurs parallel to the charged surface. When it adopts a wormlike form, loops are formed which extend into the solution. The adsorption does not depend on the nature of the monovalent counterion thus the adsorption is identical in Na+ and NH4+ media.The polarograms of native and denatured DNA present an initial rounded peak situated at the limit of the adsorption zone. The native DNA is characterised by a second peak which appears, whatever the medium and the molecular weight of the DNA may be, on the recordings of the in-phase component of the current. This peak is situated at a more positive potential than that which is normally characteristic of the denatured DNA.The characteristics of the peaks of the native DNA have been specified. The first peak corresponds to the desorption of a certain number of adsorbed elements of the macromolecule. The second peak changes its properties according to the pH. In a slightly acid medium, it corresponds to the reduction of the adsorbed bases without desorption of the reduced products. The zones of reduction are the locally destabilized, i.e. the A-T rich regions of the DNA. In alkaline medium it corresponds to the desorption of the macromolecule. Non-barrier mudflats in the Changjiang Estuary is examined to obtain preservation potentials and deposition rates over different time scales. The preservation potential of couplet is ca. 46.6% within daily scale and decreases as the time-interval extending, with 9.2% on a semi-lunar scale and 3.7% on a seasonal scale. In the long term, only 1.6% of daily deposition can potentially be preserved in the tidal flat sequence and other 98.4% have been eroded and leave sedimentary discordances, discernable or un-discernable, in the mudflat deposits. A negative log-linear relationship is examined between sedimentation rates and the time spans. The length of sedimentary hiatuses on the mudflat deposition were estimated with considerable uncertainty, but it can provide from an actualistic base some further insights into the nature and origin of ancient mudflat deposits with emphasis on the sedimentary discordances. 相似文献
