Structural peculiarities and supramolecular organization of medicinally promising nanocomposites, synthesized from humic substances, which essentially differ depending on decomposition degree, have been studied using electron spin resonance, transmission electron, and confocal laser scanning microscopy techniques and some other modern physical–chemical methods. It is shown that stable zero-valent gold nanoparticle of about 10–17?nm in size are formed in a natural macromolecular matrix. The nanocomposites obtained turn out to be stable in aggregative state for a long time and preserve their properties that are extremely important for prospective medicinal substances. 相似文献

Diverse celluloses including non-mercerized and mercerized ones have been successfully vinylated with acetylene in the superbase catalytic systems MOH/DMSO and MOH/THF (M = Na, K) at 85–140 °C. Depending on the reaction conditions, degree of substitution of the hydroxyl groups by highly reactive polymerazable vinyloxy groups ranges 0.11–1.22, the yields of vinylated celluloses (insoluble in water, but soluble in DMSO) being 41–89 %. Vinylated celluloses are easily decomposed under the action of white rot fungi: Phanerochaete chrysosporium, Trametes versicolor and Trametes hirsutus, and can constitute a basis for the preparation of biodegradable polymer materials (due to polymerization or polyaddition at the vinyloxy group). 相似文献

The visible-light-induced arylation of tertiary phosphines with aryl(mesityl)iodonium triflates to produce the quaternary phosphonium salts occurs under mild, metal, and catalyst-free conditions. Photo-excited EDA complexes between diaryliodonium salts and phosphines supposedly enable this transformation, which is difficult to achieve through the traditional ground-state reactions. Demonstrating high functional group tolerance, broad scope, and complete selectivity of the aryl group transfer, the method is particularly compatible with sterically congested phosphines, which are challenging under metal-based catalytic methods. 相似文献

The initial stage of electrodeposition of manganese dioxide has been studied on the platinum disk electrode and on the ring-disk electrode. Two current maxima were observed on the anodic voltammograms. It has been shown that the first rise in the current is associated with the formation of manganese dioxide (MD) nuclei on the electrode surface, and the second with their growth at the border between MnO2 and bare platinum due to an increase in the perimeter of the nuclei. Electrodeposition on bare platinum proceeds at a higher rate than on the surface of growing MD. This is explained by the difference in the reaction mechanisms on these substrates. The first stage of the process on the growing MD is the chemisorption of Mn(II) ions with the formation of Mn(III) ions, which are then electrochemically oxidized to MD. Chemisorption is the slowest step in the whole process. 相似文献
