Single-phase perovskite compound La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 was synthesised by a high-energy ball milling in a single step processing. Structure and morphology characterizations revealed nanoparticle nature of this mixed valent manganite with the average particle diameter of 9 nm. Comprehensive set of magnetic measurements showed that the system can be described as an ensemble of interacting magnetic nanoparticles where each particle possesses high magnetic moment, i.e., superspin. Furthermore, magnetic behavior showed contributions from both superspin-glass (SSG) and superparamagnetic (SP) states, and the prevailing properties depended on the experimental conditions. It was established that SSG state dominated in low magnetic fields up to 500 Oe while in higher applied fields suppression of collective behavior occurred and individual characteristics of nanoparticles prevailed. It was also concluded that the applied method of synthesis produced system with high magnetic anisotropy as well as with the large nanoparticle shell whose thickness amounts 30% of a particle diameter.  相似文献

Two novel diamine dioxime ligands, 4,7‐diaza‐3,8‐diethyldecane‐2,9‐dione bis oxime (3) and 4,9‐diaza‐3,10‐diethyldodecane‐2,11‐dione bis oxime (5), were synthesized in order to develop new brain perfusion imaging agents, based on 99mTc(V)‐complexes. The synthesis involved condensation of 2‐hydroxyimino‐3‐pentanone with appropriate diamine in protic solvent which afforded the bis imine adducts. Subsequent reduction of imine functional groups yielded a diastereoisomeric mixture of 3 and 5. UV–visible, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis were used to characterize the structures of the synthesized compounds. 99mTc‐complexes of both diamine dioximes were prepared and radiolabeling conditions optimized to give the maximum yield. Physicochemical parameters of the labeled complexes as well as and their biodistribution in rats were investigated. Both compounds (3 and 5) formed 99mTc‐complexes with a net charge of zero, determined by electrophoresis. The resultant lipophilic 99mTc‐complexes of 3 and 5 were readily formed at pH ~9.0 within 10 min at room temperature with yields of 90% and 95%, respectively. The 99mTc‐3 complex was found to be stable within 1 h, while 99mTc‐5 was stable for a few hours. A significant brain uptake of 99mTc‐3 (2.1% injected dose) and 99mTc‐5 (1.8% injected dose) complexes, 2 min after injection, is in accordance with their lipophilicity. The tobacco industry produces large quantities of solid and liquid waste. This waste poses a significant environmental problem, as some major components are harmful and toxic. The aim of this work is to isolate and identify the nicotine-degrading microorganisms in the composting of tobacco waste. The bioremediation process for the detoxification of waste was carried out in a column reactor at an airflow-rate of 0.4 L min?1 kg?1. The concentrations of nicotine and number of CFU in the samples taken from reactor were monitored over nineteen days. After nineteen days, 89.8 % of nicotine conversion was obtained. A nicotine-degrading bacterium, strain FN, was isolated from the composting mass and identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa on the basis of morphology, 16S rDNA sequence, and the phylogenetic characteristics. To confirm that the isolated Pseudomonas aeruginosa FN is the actual nicotine degrader, batch experiments were performed using tobacco leachate. It was confirmed that the strain FN possesses a considerable capacity to degrade nicotine with simultaneous COD removal. The Monod kinetic model for single substrate was applied to obtain the substrate degradation rate and half saturation constant.  相似文献

The novel concept of a simultaneous, controlled release of a drug and a prodrug with different physico-chemical properties was applied in order to prolong the release period of antibiotics and estimate their high local concentrations, which are the necessary preconditions for the treatment of some chronic infection diseases. For this purpose poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide)/hydroxyapatite (PLGA/HAp) core-shell nanostructures were used as the carrier of clindamycin-base, as a drug, and clindamycin-2-phosphate, as a prodrug model. As a result, a two-step release was observed: the controlled release of the more soluble phosphate form and the sustained release of the less-soluble base form of clindamycin, resulting in a high overall concentration of the released drug during the period of 30 days in vitro. The HAp phase within the PLGA core-shells, applied as a drug carrier, delayed the process of the degradation of the polymer; however, the presence of the drug affected the process of degradation and this influence was the dominant factor in the control over the degradation of the polymer phase of PLGA/HAp and the consequent kinetics of the drug release.  相似文献

A step-by-step analysis of the formation and the drug loading of the poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide)/hydroxyapatite (PLGA/HAp) composite was carried out in a perspective of the following parameters: the structure, the morphology and the adsorption/desorption properties of the composite's bioceramic part. The authors demonstrated the importance of the material's capacity to form a fine dispersion of solid HAp particles, as an initial step, for the further loading of the drug and for the formation of the core-shell structures. The nanometer-sized rods of HAp have the capacity of ensuring a rapid adsorption and a controlled desorption of the drug from their surface, and they can act as a nucleating site for the formation of polymeric cores. Each component of this material was labeled with fluorescence dye, which enabled an insight into the distribution of the components in the core-shells that were obtained as the final outcome. Such an analysis showed a high level of uniformity among the cores enclosed within polymeric shells. From a practical perspective, the labeling of each component of the composite can be regarded as an additional functionality of the material: labeling can enable us to monitor its action during the healing process. This ability to be easily detected is expected to enhance the procedure for the controlled delivery of antibiotics after their local implantation of carriers loaded with the antibiotic and to provide more careful control over this process.  相似文献

In the current paper the application of multiobjective optimization (MOOP) technique, via Derringer's desirability function, to a microemulsion liquid chromatographic (MELC) method is described. Chromatographic separation of perindopril tert-butylamine and its four impurities was selected as the case study. Central composite design (CCD) with fractional factorial design, ± 0.5 α star design and four replications in central point was applied for a response surface study, in order to examine in depth the effects of the most important factors. As factors that influence the system mostly (i) content of ethyl acetate and (ii) butyl acetate in composite internal phase, (iii) content of sodium dodecyl sulfate (surfactant) and (iv) n-butanol (co-surfactant), as well as (v) pH of the mobile phase were selected. Retention factor of (a) perindoprilat and (b) impurity Y 31 and (c) resolution factor for impurities Y 32 and 33 were chosen for simultaneous optimization. By adjustment of the importance coefficients and weights, according to defined objectives, the optimal mobile phase composition was predicted to be: 0.24% w/v butyl acetate, 0.3% w/v ethyl acetate, 2% w/v SDS, 7.75% w/v n-butanol and pH of the mobile phase 3.7. The sensitivity analysis of desirability function for these optimal conditions was conducted for the first time in LC separations, by applying a sensitivity procedure. The performed sensitivity analysis confirmed that the higher overall desirability does not necessarily mean a better solution. The accuracy of prediction might be affected if the optimal levels of input variables, achieved from several design points, end up with equal settings and different corresponding overall desirability. In our study this was not the issue, which confirmed the adequacy of predicted optimum.  相似文献

The hydrolytic reactions between various Pt(II) complexes of the type [Pt(L)Cl2] and [Pt(L)(CBDCA-O,O′] (L is ethylenediamine, en; (±)-trans-1,2-diaminocyclohexane, dach; (±)-1,2-propylenediamine, 1,2-pn and CBDCA is the 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylic anion) and the N-acetylated l-methionylglycine dipeptide (MeCOMet-Gly) were studied by 1H NMR spectroscopy. All reactions were realized at 37 °C with equimolar amounts of the Pt(II) complex and the dipeptide at pH 7.40 in 50 mM phosphate buffer in D2O. Under these experimental conditions, a very slow cleavage of the Met-Gly amide bond was observed and this hydrolytic reaction proceeds through the intermediate [Pt(L)(H2O)(MeCOMet-Gly-S)]+ complex. In general, it can be concluded that faster hydrolytic cleavage of the MeCOMet-Gly dipeptide was observed in the reaction with the chloride complex than with corresponding CBDCA Pt(II) complexes. The steric effects of the Pt(II) complex on the hydrolytic cleavage of the amide bond in the MeCOMet-Gly dipeptide were also investigated by 1H NMR spectroscopy. It was found that the rate of hydrolysis decreases as the steric bulk of the CBDCA and chlorido Pt(II) complexes increase (en > 1,2-pn > dach). These results contribute to a better understanding of the toxic side effects of Pt(II) antitumor drugs and should be taken into consideration when designing new potential Pt(II) antitumor drugs with preferably low toxic side effects.  相似文献
