1R*, 4R*, 5S*, 5'S*-5'-Amino-1'-(4-nitrophenyl)-4',5'-dihydrospiro[bicyclo [2.2. 1]hept-2-ene[5.4]-1',2',3'-triazoles]2 have been obtained both by ?4 +2]-cycloaddition of cyclopentadiene to amino-methylene-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-4,5-dihydro-v-triazoles 1 and by [3+2]-cycloaddition of 4-nitrophenylazide to 5-aminomethylene-2-norborenes 4. The configuration has been fully established by X-ray crystallographic analysis. The course of the cycloaddition and the thermal behaviour of 2 are discussed.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode was modified with carbon nanotubes and the ionic liquid N‐butyl pyridinium trifluoromethyl methanesulfonate for the determination of methyldopa in urine samples. Methyldopa exhibited a well‐defined anodic signal over a broad pH range of 2–10 and the peak current increased approximately 100 fold over that of the unmodified electrode. Accordingly, a novel method for the determination of methyldopa was proposed using differential pulse voltammetry. The peak current was linear over a methyldopa concentration range from 21 to 2111 ng mL?1 with a LOD of 6.9 ng mL?1 and a LOQ of 7.4 ng mL?1. The method was applied to determine the excretion profile of methyldopa in urine without sample pretreatment.  相似文献

The relative rotamer, dimer and tautomer concentrations of diacetamide have been studied by means of infrared spectroscopy, with the recorded spectra being analyzed employing results from density functional theory calculations. It is observed that the cis–trans monomeric form of diacetamide (1) is found to be the most stable isomer in all studied solvents, with trans–trans diacetamide (2) being found to be 20% of total diacetamide in methanol. While the dimer form of diacetamide (3) is present only in carbontetrachloride (about 34% of the total), its tautomeric forms (4, 5) are not favorable in any of the studied solvents.  相似文献

In this study, the feasibility of frontal polymerization (FP) as an alternative and convenient technique for the preparation of semi‐interpenetrating polymer networks made of methyl cellulose (MC) and cross‐linked polyacrylamide (PAAm) is demonstrated. FP was performed in water and glycerol, as largely available, nontoxic solvents. Although FP occurred in both media, differences were found by comparing the samples made in the two solvents. In particular, those prepared in water are characterized by larger inhomogeneity and less reproducibility, thus accounting for the boiling effects that influence propagating polymerization fronts when water was used. The effects of the ratio among MC and PAAm, the amount of cross‐linker and solvent medium were studied in terms of influence on temperature and velocity of FP fronts, glass transition temperature (dried samples), swelling behavior, dynamic‐mechanical properties (gels swollen in both water or glycerol), and tensile behavior. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A Makri-Miller approximation to the exact propagator and the improved split-operator propagator proposed by Drozdov are implemented within the diffusion Monte Carlo method for the simulation of boson systems, and confronted with the Trotter formula and with the importance sampling technique. As a preliminary approach, we compute analytically the time step bias of the mean energy for the different propagators in the simple case of the harmonic oscillator. These results indicate the improved split-operator propagator as the most accurate. Simulations on one- and three-dimensional model systems confirm the analytical results showing that this propagator is very efficient in reducing the time step bias, therefore improving the efficiency of the algorithm.  相似文献

What is the impact of reducing the space available to molecules onto their properties is a fundamental question for capillary systems, molecular biology and transport, protein and material sciences. Possibly influenced by space restriction, ionization degree has rarely been studied for confined polyelectrolytes; Monte Carlo titrations and coarse‐grained models are thus used to investigate structural and ionization changes induced on a single polyelectrolyte chain by confinement into slit (1D), cylindrical (2D), or spherical (3D) cavities. Four polyelectrolyte models differing in chain stiffness and the possible formation of charged hydrogen bonds (c? H? bonds) are studied. Low pH effective ionization constants (pKa ) of confined chains are lower than for the free species if c? H? bonds can be formed. This is especially evident for 3D‐confined stiff chains, a finding rationalized by the impact of global compression onto chain conformations. If no c? H? bonds are allowed, chain ionization is largely unaffected by 1D or 2D confinement, while it is depressed by 3D. Chain confinement Helmholtz energy (ΔA conf) was computed as a function of both pH and confining width (W) to gauge the impact of ionization‐induced stiffening onto ΔA conf versus W behavior, the partition coefficient governing absorption, and the average number of c? Large volume injection, up to 5 mL, was evaluated and optimised for the on-line ion chromatographic separation of Rb and Sr before ICP-MS measurement of Sr isotope ratios. Flat-topped chromatographic peaks, ideally suited for multicollector ICP-MS isotope ratio measurements, could be obtained when the composition of the mobile phase (nitric acid and 18-crown-6 ether) was identical to the matrix of the sample. Under those conditions rubidium eluted at the dead volume of the column while strontium produced a flat-topped transient signal with several minutes of stable plateau. On-line data acquisition during several minutes at the plateau of Sr signal allowed high precision Sr isotope ratio measurement. The developed procedure was evaluated for Sr isotope ratio measurements on different types of samples, including cider, apples, apple leaves, and soil extracts, in the frame of a long-term project aiming at origin authentication using strontium isotope ratio measurements. It was observed that sample matrix caused broadening of the strontium chromatographic peak and loss of flat-topped peak profile. Under those circumstances the addition of the complexing crown-ether 18-crown-6 both to samples and chromatographic eluent provided two distinct advantages. First, a drastic increase in the retention of strontium was observed which could be modulated by increasing the concentration of nitric acid in the eluent up to 900 mM. This increase in the eluent HNO(3) concentration allowed the application of the method to acid soil digests and other high acidity samples. Second, the matrix of the sample did not affect any more the chromatographic peak profile and similar chromatographic separations could be obtained for samples and standards maintaining the flat-topped Sr peak profile. Sample preparation consisted of a simple 1:10 dilution of the cider or pre-treated solid samples by adding HNO(3) (900 mM) and 18-crown-6 ether (5mM) to obtain similar composition in the sample solution and the HPLC eluent.  相似文献

The 1‐cyclopropyl‐6‐fluoro‐1,4‐dihydro‐4‐oxo‐7‐(piperazin‐1‐yl)quinoline‐3‐carboxylic acid (=ciprofloxacin; 1 ) undergoes low‐efficiency (Φ=0.07) substitution of the 6‐fluoro by an OH group on irradiation in H2O via the ππ* triplet (detected by flash photolysis, λmax 610 nm, τ 1.5 μs). Decarboxylation is a minor process (≤5%). The addition of sodium sulfite or phosphate changes the course of the reaction under neutral conditions. Reductive defluorination is the main process in the first case, while defluorination is accompanied by degradation of the piperazine moiety in the presence of phosphate. In both cases, the initial step is electron‐transfer quenching of the triplet (kq=2.3⋅108M −1 s−1 and 2.2⋅107M −1 s−1, respectively). Oxoquinoline derivative 1 is much more photostable under acidic conditions, and in this case the F‐atom is conserved, and the piperazine group is stepwise degraded (Φ=0.001).  相似文献
