The study of the incorporation of rare earth elements as additives in Y zeolites is a very interesting field of research, mainly by its potential application as additives in catalytic cracking process. In this work was studied the thermal and structural properties of cerium, holmium and samarium supported on HZSM-12 zeolite. The obtained materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), nitrogen adsorption, thermogravimetry (TG/DTG), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and differential thermal analysis (DTA). TG/DSC/DTA analyses showed that the dehydration temperatures of RE/HZSM-12 zeolites (RE=Ce, Ho, Sm) increase in relation to pure HZSM-12. The acid properties were investigated by pyridine thermo desorption via TG. The results showed two events of mass loss attributed to elimination of pyridine adsorbed on the weak+medium acid sites and on the strong acid sites.  相似文献

Nanoparticle-cored dendrimers: synthesis and characterization   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The synthesis and characterization of a group of new dendrimers-namely, nanoparticle-cored dendrimers (NCDs)-are described. These materials were obtained by the reduction of hydrogen tetrachloroaurate phase-transferred into toluene in the presence of Fréchet-type polyaryl ether dendritic disulfide wedges of generation 1-5. These materials, possessing nanometer-sized gold clusters at the core and dendritic wedges radially connected to the core by Au-S bonds, were analyzed by TEM and TGA, and by UV, IR, and NMR spectroscopies. The number of branching units connected to the core decreased with the generation of the dendritic wedge, and this number changed from 2.18/nm(2) for Au-G-2 to 0.27/nm(2) for Au-G-5. This result suggests that, in the higher-generation NCDs, a large fraction of the surface area of the metal cluster is not passivated and is therefore available for catalytic activity.  相似文献

Atomic hydrogen electrosorption is reported at crystallite sites of polyacrylate-capped Pt nanoparticles (d = 2.5 +/- 0.6 nm), by assembling nanostructured electrodes of polyacrylate-Pt nanocrystallites layer-by-layer in a cationic polyelectrolyte, poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride). Cyclic voltammetry in 1 M H2SO4 revealed a strongly adsorbed hydrogen state and a weakly adsorbed hydrogen state assigned to adsorption at (100) and (110) sites of the modified nanocrystallites, respectively. Resolving hydrogen adsorption states signifies that surface capping by the carboxylate groups is not irreversibly blocking hydrogen adsorption sites at the modified Pt nanoparticle surface. Adsorption peak currents increased with increasing the number of layers up to 16 bilayers, indicating the feasibility of nanoparticle charging via interparticle charge hopping and the accessibility of adsorption states within the thickness of the nanoparticle/polyelectrolyte multilayers. Despite similarity in hydrogen adsorption in the cyclic voltammorgrams in 1 M H2SO4, negative shifts in adsorption potentials were measured at the nanocrystallite Pt-polyelectrolyte multilayers relative to a polycrystalline bulk Pt surface. This potential shift is attributed to a kinetic limitation in the reductive hydrogen adsorption as a result of the Pt nanoparticle surface modification and the polyelectrolyte environment.  相似文献

High yield nucleophilic addition ensues upon mixing tetrahydrofuran solutions of benzyllithium or cyclooctadienyllithium and anthracene at low temperatures At least part of this addition proceeds by a single electron transfer pathway. Photolysis of the resulting adducts leads to the elimination of lithium hydride, giving net nucleophilic substitution in approximately 50% yield. The analogous reaction fails with naphthalene, where photolysis of the organolithium/ arene mixture leads to dimeric products derived from the organolithium.  相似文献

Evaluation of different solid electrode systems for detection of zinc, lead, cobalt, and nickel in process water from metallurgical nickel industry with use of differential pulse stripping voltammetry has been performed. Zinc was detected by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV) on a dental amalgam electrode as intermetallic Ni–Zn compound after dilution in ammonium buffer solution. The intermetallic compound was observed at –375 mV, and a linear response was found in the range 0.2–1.2 mg L–1 (r2=0.98) for 60 s deposition time. Simultaneous detection of nickel and cobalt in the low g L–1 range was successfully performed by use of adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry (AdCSV) of dimethylglyoxime complexes on a silver–bismuth alloy electrode, and a good correlation was found with corresponding AAS results (r2=0.999 for nickel and 0.965 for cobalt). Analyses of lead in the g L–1 range in nickel-plating solution were performed with good sensitivity and stability by DPASV, using a working electrode of silver together with a glassy carbon counter electrode in samples diluted 1:3 with distilled water and acidified with H2SO4 to pH 2. A new commercial automatic at-line system was tested, and the results were found to be in agreement with an older mercury drop system. The stability of the solid electrode systems was found to be from one to several days without any maintenance needed.  相似文献

A joint theoretical and experimental investigation is undertaken to study the effects of OH-stretch/HOON torsion coupling and of quantum yield on the previously reported first overtone action spectrum of cis-cis HOONO (peroxynitrous acid). The minimum energy path along the HOON dihedral angle is computed at the coupled cluster singles and doubles with perturbative triples level with correlation consistent polarized quadruple zeta basis set, at the structure optimized using the triple zeta basis set (CCSD(T)/cc-pVQZ//CCSD(T)/cc-pVTZ). The two-dimensional ab initio potential energy and dipole moment surfaces for cis-cis HOONO are calculated as functions of the HOON torsion and OH bond length about the minimum energy path at the CCSD(T)/cc-pVTZ and QCISD/AUG-cc-pVTZ (QCISD-quadratic configuration interaction with single and double excitation and AUG-augmented with diffuse functions) level of theory/basis, respectively. The OH-stretch vibration depends strongly on the torsional angle, and the torsional potential possesses a broad shelf at approximately 90 degrees , the cis-perp conformation. The calculated electronic energies and dipoles are fit to simple functional forms and absorption spectra in the region of the OH fundamental and first overtone are calculated from these surfaces. While the experimental and calculated spectra of the OH fundamental band are in good agreement, significant differences in the intensity patterns are observed between the calculated absorption spectrum and the measured action spectrum in the 2nu(OH) region. These differences are attributed to the fact that several of the experimentally accessible states do not have sufficient energy to dissociate to OH+NO(2) and therefore are not detectable in an action spectrum. Scaling of the intensities of transitions to these states, assuming D(0)=82.0 kJ/mol, is shown to produce a spectrum that is in good agreement with the measured action spectrum. Based on this agreement, we assign two of the features in the spectrum to Deltan=0 transitions (where n is the HOON torsion quantum number) that are blue shifted relative to the origin band, while the large peak near 7000 cm(-1) is assigned to a series of Deltan=+1 transitions, with predominant contributions from torsionally excited states with substantial cis-perp character. The direct absorption spectrum of cis-cis HOONO (6300-6850 cm(-1)) is recorded by cavity ringdown spectroscopy in a discharge flow cell. A single band of HOONO is observed at 6370 cm(-1) and is assigned as the origin of the first OH overtone of cis-cis HOONO. These results imply that the origin band is suppressed by over an order of magnitude in the action spectrum, due to a reduced quantum yield. The striking differences between absorption and action spectra are correctly predicted by the calculations.  相似文献

Two approaches for performing competitive binding immunoassays by HPLC and other flow-based systems are the simultaneous and sequential injection methods. Both these techniques make use of a column with a limited amount of antibody, onto which is injected a sample and a fixed amount of a labeled analyte analog. An indirect measure of the unlabeled analyte in the sample is then obtained by looking at the amount of analog in either the nonretained or retained peaks. In the simultaneous injection mode, the sample and labeled analog are applied at the same time to the column, while in the sequential mode the sample is injected first, followed by the analog. This results in a difference in the analytical characteristics of these two approaches. This study used chromatographic theory and previous data obtained for injections of human serum albumin (HSA) onto an anti-HSA antibody column to compare the response, detection limits, range, and sensitivity of these methods. Under equivalent conditions, it was found that the sequential method always provided the best lower limit of detection and sensitivity. However, the simultaneous mode had a broader dynamic range and higher upper limit of detection. From these observations, several guidelines were developed regarding the use and selection of such assays for new applications.  相似文献

A new family of eight poly(urethane-amide-imide) (PUAI) block copolymers with the same hard block and different soft blocks were synthesized in two steps from a dianhydride monomer containing amide functions (4,4′-methylene-bis(trimellitic anhydride-N-phenylamide)) and α,ω-dihydroxy telechelic oligomers which varied in both chemical structure (polyethers: PEG, PTMG, PPG; polyester: PCL) and molar weight (MW ≅ 600 or 1000 g/mol). The PUAI were obtained in high yields (ranging from 81 to 98 wt%) and with reduced viscosities which varied from 0.36 to 0.84 dL/g (for C = 1 mg/mL in DMF at 25 °C). Their characterization by FTIR and 1H NMR fully confirmed their chemical structure. Their solubility was typically limited to a few wt/vol% even in strong apolar diprotic solvents like DMF and NMP. This particular feature showed the very strong physical cross-linking of their very stiff hard block and enabled to cast membranes capable of withstanding exposure to many common organic solvents. Systematic permeability experiments showed that the PUAI membranes could be used to separate the azeotropic mixture EtOH (20 wt%)/ETBE very easily, with interesting prospects for the purification of ETBE (a fuel octane enhancer used instead of lead derivatives in the European Community). An analysis in terms of structure-property relationships pointed out that the soft block molar weight and polarity were two key parameters for the optimization of selective permeability. The best compromise was obtained with the soft block PEG1000. The corresponding polymer led to performances so far outstanding for polyamideimides with a very high flux of more than 1.1 kg/h m2 for a normalized thickness of 5 μm at 50 °C and a selectivity α = 22.7 in the high range for this kind of separation.  相似文献

Several novel pentamethylcyclopentadienyl complexes of general formula [(C5Me5)IrL3][BF4]2 were prepared including the tris(solvent) precursors [(C5Me5)M(acetone)2(H2O)][BF4]2 (M = Rh, Ir) (1a,b). The X-ray molecular structures of 1a,b were determined at low temperature. Complexes 1a,b are isostructural, and both compounds crystallize in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with a = 10.157(3) A, b = 14.038(9) A, c = 16.335(2) A, beta = 99.73(2) degrees, and Z = 4 for 1a and with a = 10.107(9) A, b = 13.994(16) A, c = 15.996(34) A, beta = 99.61(12) degrees, and Z = 4 for 1b. The coordinated water molecule is hydrogen bonded to both BF4(-) anions. Reaction of 1a,b with pyridine (py) afforded the related tris(pyridine) complexes [(C5Me5)M(eta1-(N)-py)3][BF4]2 (M = Rh, Ir) (2a,b). Complex 2b was characterized by X-ray crystallography, monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with a = 8.665(3) A, b = 19.687(7) A, c = 18.408(5) A, beta = 94.17(3) degrees, and Z = 4. Moreover, we prepared the novel neutral compounds (C5Me5)M(eta2-NO3)(eta1-NO3) (M = Rh, Ir) (4a,b) where the anions are bonded to the metal center instead of a coordinating solvent as confirmed by X-ray study on the iridium complex 4b. The latter crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pcab with a = 13.032(4) A, b = 14.370(11) A, c = 14.839(18) A, and Z = 8.  相似文献

The reaction of BiCl(3) with the lithium salt of o-di-tert-butylphenol under nitrogen forms organic oxidation products rather than the expected Bi(OAr)(3) complex, and bismuth disproportionation products. Likewise, the decomposition of Bi(III) aryloxides Bi(O-2,6-(i)Pr(2)C(6)H(3))(3) and ClBi(O-2,4,6-(t)Bu(3)C(6)H(2))(3) leads to corresponding organic oxidation products. These reactions can be explained by Bi-O bond homolysis to form unstable Bi(II) radicals, analogous to a fundamental step suggested to intervene in the SOHIO process.  相似文献
