The effects of phenolic additives on the gelation behavior of gelatin gels were investigated using thermomechanical analysis (TMA) for study of gel‐melting temperature, dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) for study of gel‐storage modulus and gel‐aging stability, viscometry for study of gelation time, and texture analyzer for study of gel strength and gel melting. Thermodynamically, the addition of 1,3‐benzenediol, 1,4‐benzenediol or 1,3,5‐benzenetriol favored the gelation process of gelatin solutions (increases in Tm and aging stability) due to the introduction of extra physical crosslinks among gelatin chains through hydrogen bonding, while the addition of 1,2‐benzenediol had a negative effect (decreases in Tm and aging stability) possibly due to intra‐hydrogen bonding of the additive molecule itself. All the phenolic compounds had little effect on gel moduli. Kinetically, the introduction of 1,2‐benzenediol or 1,4‐benzenediol slowed the gelation process, while introduction of catechin, a polyphenol, accelerated the first stage of the gelation process. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Er4F2[Si2O7][SiO4]: The First Rare‐Earth Fluoride Silicate with Two Different Silicate Anions By the reaction of Er2O3 with ErF3 and SiO2 at 700 °C in sealed tantalum capsules using CsCl as flux (molar ratio 5 : 2 : 3 : 20), the compound Er4F2[Si2O7][SiO4] (triclinic, P 1; a = 648.51(5), b = 660.34(5), c = 1324.43(9) pm, α = 87.449(8), β = 85.793(8), γ = 60.816(7)°; Vm = 148.69(1) cm3/mol, Z = 2) is obtained as pale pink platelets or lath‐shaped single crystals. It consists of disilicate anions [Si2O7]6– in eclipsed conformation, ortho‐silicate anions [SiO4]4– and isolated [Er4F2]10+ units comprising two edge‐shared [Er3F] triangles. Er3+ is surrounded by 7 + 1 (Er1) or 7 (Er2–Er4) anionic neighbors, respectively, of which two are F in the case of Er1 and Er4 but only one for Er2 and Er3. The other ligands recruit from oxygen atoms of the different oxosilicate groups. The crystal structure can be described as simple rowing up of the three building groups ([SiO4]4–, [Er4F2]10+, and [Si2O7]6–) along [001]. The necessity of a large excess of fluoride for a successful synthesis of Er4F2[Si2O7][SiO4] will be discussed.  相似文献

Me2Sn(O2PPh2)2 ( 1 ), Ph2Pb(O2PMe2)2 ( 2 ), and Ph2Pb(O2PPh2)2 ( 3 ) have been synthesized by the reactions of Me2SnCl2 or Ph3PbCl with the corresponding diorganophosphinic acid in methanol. X‐ray diffraction studies show that the diorganophosphinate groups behave as double bridges between the metal atoms leading to polymeric ring‐chain structures with M2O4P2 (M = Pb, Sn) eight‐membered rings. The organic groups bonded to the metal atoms are in trans‐position in the resulting octahedral arrangement around the metal atoms. The IR and the mass spectra were reported and discussed.  相似文献

(Meta)stable CaC2 One out of four modifications of CaC2 is the so‐called metastable Calcium Carbide, CaC2‐III, which was synthesized as pure material. It forms by heating monoclinic CaC2‐II (C2/c) above 150 °C and remains stable after cooling down to room temperature. The structure was refined from X‐ray powder patterns (C2/m, Z = 4, a = 722.6(1) pm, b = 385.26(7) pm, c = 737.6(1) pm, β = 107.345(2)°). After grinding CaC2‐III transforms back into CaC2‐II. Heating CaC2‐III induces a reversible phase transition into the cubic modification (CaC2‐IV) at 460 °C. Differences between the three different structures of CaC2 I–III, being stable at ambient conditions are also shown by 13C‐MAS‐NMR measurements, especially the presence of two distinct types of carbon atoms in the structure of the title compound.  相似文献

Synthesis, Structure, and Properties of [nacnac]MX3 Compounds (M = Ge, Sn; X = Cl, Br, I) Reactions of [nacnac]Li [(2,6‐iPr2C6H3)NC(Me)C(H)C(Me)N(2,6‐iPr2C6H3)]Li ( 1 ) with SnX4 (X = Cl, Br, I) and GeCl4 in Et2O resulted in metallacyclic compounds with different structural moieties. In the [nacnac]SnX3 compounds (X = Cl 2 , Br 3 , I 4 ) the tin atom is five coordinated and part of a six‐membered ring. The Sn–N‐bond length of 3 is 2.163(4) Å and 2.176(5) Å of 4 . The five coordinated germanium of the [nacnac]GeCl3 compound 5 shows in addition to the three chlorine atoms further bonds to a carbon and to a nitrogen atom. In contrast to the known compounds with the [nacnac] ligand the afore mentioned reaction creates a carbon–metal‐bond (1.971(3) Å) forming a four‐membered ring. The Ge–N bond length (2.419(2) Å) indicates the formation of a weakly coordinating bond.  相似文献

[(FcdippN)2MoCl2(DME)] ( 1 ) was used as starting material for the synthesis of the novel ferrocenyl‐functionalised complexes [(FcdippN)2Mo(CH2CMe2Ph)2] ( 2 ), [(FcdippN)2Mo(OTf)2(DME)] ( 3 ), and [(FcdippN)Mo(CHCMe2Ph)(OtBu)2] ( 4 ) (Fcdipp = 4‐ferrocenyl‐2,6‐diisopropylphenyl). The crystal structure of 2 was determined. Electrochemical investigations by cyclic voltammetry suggest a communication of the ferrocenyl unit and the molybdenum centre in these compounds. The monoalkylation of [(DippN)2MoCl2(DME)] ( 5 ) to [(DippN)2Mo(CH2CMe2Ph)Cl] ( 6 ) (Dipp = 2,6‐diisopropylphenyl) was achieved.  相似文献

The blue copper complex [Cu2(H2O)2(phen)2(OH)2][Cu2(phen)2(OH)2(CO3)2] · 10 H2O, which was prepared by reaction of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, CuCl2 · 2 H2O and Na2CO3 in the presence of succinic acid in CH3OH/H2O at pH = 13.0, crystallized in the triclinic space group P1 (no. 2) with cell dimensions: a = 9.515(1) Å, b = 12.039(1) Å, c = 12.412(2) Å, α = 70.16(1)°, β = 85.45(1)°, γ = 81.85(1)°, V = 1323.2(2) Å3, Z = 1. The crystal structure consists of dinuclear [Cu2(H2O)2(phen)2(OH)2]2+ complex cations, dinuclear [Cu2(phen)2(OH)2(CO3)2]2– complex anions and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. In both the centrosymmetric dinuclear cation and anion, the Cu atoms are coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, three O atoms of two μ‐OH groups and respectively one H2O molecule or one CO32– anion to complete distorted [CuN2O3] square‐pyramids with the H2O molecule or the CO32– anion at the apical position (equatorial d(Cu–O) = 1.939–1.961 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.026–2.051 Å and axial d(Cu–O) = 2.194, 2.252 Å). Two adjacent [CuN2O3] square pyramids are condensed via two μ‐OH groups. Through the interionic hydrogen bonds, the dinuclear cations and anions are linked into 1D chains with parallel phen ligands on both sides. Interdigitation of phen ligands of neighboring 1D chains generated 2D layers, between which the hydrogen bonded water molecules are sandwiched.  相似文献

The phase behavior and motional mobility in binary blends of poly(4‐methylstyrene) (P4MS) and poly(cyclohexyl methacrylate) (PCHMA) have been examined by 13C solid state NMR techniques. The blend miscibility was studied by measuring the 1H spin‐relaxation times in the laboratory frame (T1H) and in the rotating frame (TH), respectively. Although intermolecular spin diffusion contributes to the proton relaxations in accordance with homogeneity, TH data shows signs of in complete averaging. The TH relaxation behavior indicates the existence of heterogeneous do mains with shortest dimensions in the nanometer range, which is also sup ported by the intermolecular cross polarization experiments with variable contact times. In addition, according to the resuits of carbon T relaxation time measurements, it is concluded that mixing is intimate some what enough to cause a reduction in local chain mobility for P4MS and vice versa for PCHMA.  相似文献

The mass spectra of a series of N‐aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams were studied. Besides the molecular ion, the three characteristic fragments such as [M+‐29], [M+‐55], and [M+‐82] were commonly found in a series of N‐Aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams in EI/MS. Preparation of the enantiomeric pair of 3‐[2‐(3‐benzenesulfonylamino‐7‐oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept‐2‐yl‐methyl)phenyl] propionic acid, a novel thromboxane antagonist is reported. They are synthesized from either enantiomers of known (1R,2R,3R,4S)‐3‐[2‐(3‐carboxy‐7‐oxabicyclo[2,2,1]hept‐2‐yl‐methyl)phenyl]‐propionic acid methyl ester via epimerization, modified Curtius' rearrangement and sulfonylamino formation.
