We examine the effect of the coloured Higgs bosons (of the integer-charge quark model) on electron-positron annihilation into two jets. The overall angular distribution of the quark + gluon + Higgs jets in the scaling limit is found to be 1+0.57 cos2θ.  相似文献

A highly regio- and stereoselective method has been developed for the synthesis of spiro[furo[3,4-c]chromene-1,3′-indoline]-2′,4(9bH)-dione derivatives via a three component reaction of cyclic diazoamide and aldehyde with methyl 2-oxo-2H-chromene-3-carboxylate, 3-acetyl-2H-chromen-2-one and 3-benzoyl-2H-chromen-2-one using 3 mol % of Rh2(OAc)4. Similarly, acyclic diazoesters also undergo smooth coupling with carbonyl compounds and 3-substituted coumarin in the presence of 1 mol % of Rh2(OAc)4 to afford a novel series of tetrahydro-1H-furo[3,4-c]chromene-1-carboxylates in 78–88% yield with high regio- and stereo-selectivity for the first time.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline acceptor (Pr3+) and donor (Nb5+) doped cerium oxide are synthesized by sol-gel method via hydrolysis process and evaluated for the suitability of applying as an electrolyte for the intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cells. Phase purity and crystallite size of the synthesized materials are ascertained by powder X-ray diffraction studies. Introduction of Pr3+ ions in the cerium lattice exhibited a lower crystallite size than the Nb5+, which exposes the probability to attain high oxide ion conductivity of Pr3+ doped cerium oxide. Fourier transform infrared and Raman spectra confirm the functional groups and formation of Pr3+ and Nb5+ ions in the cerium lattice. Absorbance spectra exhibit the charge-transfer transition from O2− (2p) to Ce4+ (4f) orbital in cerium oxide. Pr3+ and Nb5+ ions doped cerium lattice create the oxygen vacancies and favor the formation of Ce3+ from Ce4+. Valence band transition of Ce3+ ions from the 5d to 4f levels are examined by photoluminescence studies. The morphological features of Ce-Pr-O and Ce-Nb-O are investigated by scanning and transmission electron microscopy. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy is used to analyze the conductivity properties of solid electrolytes. Ce-Pr-O shows the high oxide ion conductivity of 0.1 S/cm at 600 °C with an activation energy of 0.73 eV. Electrolytes with specific conductivities higher than 10−2 S/cm at intermediate temperatures (∼400–600 °C) are required for solid oxide fuel cells to operate with less maintenance. Hence, Ce-Pr-O can be a suitable electrolyte material for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cells.

A new semi organic Non-linear optical (NLO) crystal thiourea urea magnesium chloride (TUMC) was grown by slow evaporation technique at room temperature. Good quality single crystals were grown within 20?days. The FTIR spectrum of title compound was recorded and vibrational assignments were made. The recorded UV?Cvis spectrum shows the optical transmission property of the crystal. The Second harmonic generation (SHG) of TUMC crystal was tested by Kurtz?CPerry method using Nd:YAG laser and the result confirms that the grown crystal exhibits NLO property. To analyse the thermal stability of the crystal TG/DTA analysis were made. Detailed structural analysis of the compound is under progress.  相似文献

In this paper using finite difference method the lower bound buckling load for simply supported stepped and stiffened rectangular plate with uniformly distributed compressive forces in one direction is discussed. The plate is divided into 400 rectangular meshes. The partial derivatives are approximated using central difference formula. Three hundred and sixty-one equations are formed and using MATLAB the least eigenvalue is obtained. The buckling coefficients are calculated for different types of stepped plates and the results are presented in tables and graphs for ready use by designers. Two separate tables are presented in comparison with the exact buckling factor for stepped rectangular plate by Xiang, Wei and Wang. The results give a close agreement.  相似文献
