The aim of this study was to compare the influence of the extraction method, chemical composition, antimicrobial effects, antioxidant activity, and cytotoxicity on human cells of the non-polar extracts of grape (Vitis labrusca) and blackberry (Rubus fruticosus) seeds. The Soxhlet (Sox), Bligh–Dyer (BD), and ultrasound (US) methods were used for extractions. For blackberry non-polar seed extract, extraction via the BD method showed the highest mean values of total phenolic content (TPC), expressed in milligrams of gallic acid equivalent per 100 mL of non-polar seed extracts (102.37 mg GAE/100 mL), and higher antioxidant activity in relation to the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical, expressed in milligrams of gallic acid equivalent per 100 mL of non-polar seed extracts (11.50 mg AAE/100 mL), if compared with the Sox and US extractions. Similar results were obtained for the non-polar grape seed extracts, where BD extraction obtained the highest values for TPC (28.61 mg GAE/100 mL) and DPPH (35.36 mg AAE/100 mL). The type of extraction method had an impact on the composition of fatty acids. Only the non-polar blackberry and grape seed extracts obtained via the Sox method showed some in vitro inhibitory effect against Escherichia coli (IAL 2064) and Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 13565). Regardless of the extraction method used, the non-polar blackberry and grape seed extracts did not decrease the cell viability (IC50 >1000 µg/mL) of cancer and normal cell lines, thus indicating the relative safety of the extracts. All the seed extracts decreased the generation of reactive oxygen species in the cell lines. Blackberry and grape seed lipid fractions can be utilized as antioxidants, and the extraction methods used cause significant changes in relation to their bioactivity and chemical composition.  相似文献

An appropriate combination of separation mechanisms (simultaneous use of differences in pK values, host-guest complexations, and the ionic strength dependences of the actual ionic mobilities) provided zone electrophoresis (ZE) resolution of 22 organic and inorganic acids expected in wines on a polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) chip with integrated conductivity detection. These separating conditions offered a framework for the ZE determination of organic acids responsible for some important organoleptic characteristics of wines (tartrate, malate, succinate, acetate, citrate, and lactate). The ZE procedure developed in this context is simple and rapid (ca. 10 minutes' analysis time), while affording reproducible migration and quantitation data for the acids. For example, 0.8-2.0% RSD values characterized the migration times of the acids for 25 repeated ZE runs with the same sample carried out in 5 days in the background electrolyte solution prepared freshly on a daily basis, while 3-5% RSD values were typical for the accompanying peak area data. The concentration ranges within which the acids of analytical interest could be determined in one ZE run covered all wine samples included in our study (100-400-fold sample dilutions were needed to work under the conditions corresponding to the validities of the calibration data). 90-110% recoveries of the acids as obtained repeatedly for one of the reference wine samples used in our experiments indicate a good predisposition of the present method to provide accurate analytical results. This statement also supports the results from the determination of the acids in reference wine samples with claimed concentrations of malic (five samples), tartaric (one sample), and lactic (one sample) acids.  相似文献

We formulate a phenomenological model where theinflaton fluctuations are treated as a fluid. Byapplying the hydrodynamic equations to this fluid werecover the conventional result that relates thespectrum of density fluctuations in the inflaton fieldat reentering the horizon to the spectrum offluctuations at the time a scale leaves the horizon.Moreover, through the equivalent viscosity of the fluidwe obtain a Reynolds number that suggeststurbulent motion, which implies that mode–modecoupling in the inflaton field cannot be neglected. Forde Sitter inflation the resulting spectrum usingturbulence theory is scale invariant on all scales ofinterest. This suggests that the hypothesis of anextremely weakly coupled inflation could be relaxedwithout affecting the predictions of themodel.  相似文献

Interpolyelectrolyte complexes (PECs) were obtained starting from polycations with (N,N-dimethyl-2-hydroxypropylenammonium chloride) units in the main chain and sodium salts of the poly(acrylic acid), on one hand, and poly (2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid), on the other hand, as polyanions. The polycations were different as concerns both the content of the quaternary ammonium salt groups and the degree of branching. The polyanions were different both by their structure and molecular weight. The complex formation was followed through the variation of the reduced viscosity and of the conductivity of the reaction medium vs. the unit molar ratio polyanion/polycation in two ranges of concentration.  相似文献

The infrared multiphoton dissociation (IRMPD) of CDCl3 in the presence of O2 and NO2 as acceptor gases has been studied. We have worked with both pure CDCl3 and mixtures with CHCl3. The reaction mechanism following IRMPD of CDCl3 is discussed in detail. CCl2O, CCl4 and DCl were found to be the main products. With added O2, the observed CDCl3 dissociation was larger than with nonoxygenated acceptor gases. The reaction mechanism probably involves a catalytic cycle initiated by the oxidation of CCl3. With the aim of discriminating the different CDCl3 dissociation mechanisms, the IRMPD of CDCl3 in the presence of NO2 was first studied. In order to make evident the CDCl3 dissociation produced by the catalytic cycle, we then studied the IRMPD of CDCl3 in mixtures with CHCl3 with O2 as the acceptor gas. In this case, the dissociation mechanism subsequent to IRMPD is evidenced in the competence between the two isotopic species.  相似文献

In this work a microwave-assisted Knoevenagel/Michael/cyclization multicomponent domino methodology, using ethanol as solvent and the ionic liquid 1-methylimidazolium chloride as catalyst was developed for the synthesis of spiro compounds. The reaction conditions considered ideal were determined from a methodological study varying solvent, catalyst, amount of catalyst, temperature, and heating mode. Finally, the generality of the methodology was evaluated by exploring the scope of the reaction, varying the starting materials (isatin, malononitrile, and barbituric acid). Overall, the twelve spiro compounds were synthesized in good yields (43–98%) and the X-ray structure of compound 1b was obtained. In addition, the in vitro antiproliferative activities of the spirocycles against four types of human cancer cell lines including HCT116 (human colon carcinoma), PC3 (prostate carcinoma), HL60 (promyelocytic leukemia), and SNB19 (astrocytoma) were screened by MTT-based assay. It is noteworthy that spiro compound 1c inhibited the four cell lines tested with the lowest IC50 values: 52.81 µM for HCT116, 74.40 µM for PC3, 101 µM for SNB19, and 49.72 µM for HL60.  相似文献

The interest in the introduction of the oxime group in molecules aiming to improve their biological effects is increasing. This work aimed to develop new steroidal oximes of the estrane series with potential antitumor interest. For this, several oximes were synthesized by reaction of hydroxylamine with the 17-ketone of estrone derivatives. Then, their cytotoxicity was evaluated in six cell lines. An estrogenicity assay, a cell cycle distribution analysis and a fluorescence microscopy study with Hoechst 3358 staining were performed with the most promising compound. In addition, molecular docking studies against estrogen receptor α, steroid sulfatase, 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 and β-tubulin were also accomplished. The 2-nitroestrone oxime showed higher cytotoxicity than the parent compound on MCF-7 cancer cells. Furthermore, the oximes bearing halogen groups in A-ring evidenced selectivity for HepaRG cells. Remarkably, the Δ9,11-estrone oxime was the most cytotoxic and arrested LNCaP cells in the G2/M phase. Fluorescence microscopy studies showed the presence of condensed DNA typical of prophase and condensed and fragmented nuclei characteristic of apoptosis. However, this oxime promoted the proliferation of T47-D cells. Interestingly, molecular docking studies estimated a strong interaction between Δ9,11-estrone oxime and estrogen receptor α and β-tubulin, which may account for the described effects.  相似文献

Auto-thermal reforming of methane, combining partial oxidation and reforming of methane with CO2 or steam, was carried out with Pt/Al2O3, Pt/ZrO2 and Pt/CeO2 catalysts, in a temperature range of 300-900℃. The auto-thermal reforming occurs in two simultaneous stages, namely, total combustion of methane and reforming of the unconverted methane with steam and CO2, with the O2 conversion of 100% starting from 450 ℃. For combination with CO2 reforming, the Pt/CeO2 catalyst showed the lowest initial activity at 800 ℃, and the highest stability over 40 h on-stream. This catalyst also presented the best performance for the reaction with steam at 800 ℃. The higher resistance to coke formation of the catalyst supported on ceria is due to the metal-support interactions and the higher mobility of oxygen in the oxide lattice.  相似文献

The ion transfer of acetylcholine (AcH(+)) ions across the unmodified and phospholipid-modified water|1,2-dichloroethane (DCE) interface has been studied by means of square-wave and cyclic voltammetry, as well as by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. After being transferred in the organic phase, the AcH(+) ions undergo chemical reactions with the phospholipids. The overall behavior of the experimental system studied in the presence of phospholipids has been compared with the theoretical results of an ECrev reaction. The kinetic parameters of the chemical interactions between AcH(+) and the phospholipids have been determined from the voltammetric and impedance measurements. Additional characterization of those interactions has been made by using the surface tension measurements.  相似文献
