Three different precursor materials giving rise to contrasted nanostructures, xerogels, aerogels and precipitates, are prepared by a sol gel route in the Zrn -propoxide—acetylacetone—water—n-propanol system. Clear homogeneous gels are made by using a proper amount of acetylacetone and water. The gels are dried either by conventional processing (xerogels) or by supercritical evacuation of alcoholic solvent (aerogels). The complexation ratio (R = [acetylacetone]/[Zr(OR)4]) is the main parameter controlling the size of ZrO2 primary particles. WhenR = 0 , precipitates are obtained.Xerogels, aerogels and precipitates are characterized and their textures are compared through small angle X-ray scattering measurements. The fractal structure of gels is destroyed by conventional drying and is preserved in aerogels. On the other hand precipitates are described as homogeneous agglomerates of very small primary units.The first crystallization steps are studied by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction experiments. The contribution of crystallite size and microstrain effects are investigated by Rietveld whole pattern fitting. The crystallization of precipitate powders starts at the agglomerate scale with large crystal like distorted lattices.  相似文献

The immobilization of catalase on grafted membranes of poly(ethylene)-g-co-acrylic acid and poly(tetrafluoroethylene)-g-co-acrylic acid and their application in hydrogen peroxide electrochemical sensors is described. The introduction of carboxylic acid groups onto a hydrophobic support provides a good environment for subsequent enzyme immobilization. This single membrane, hydrogen peroxide sensor showed significant improvement with respect to the double membrane versions. The response is very rapid, the linear range being from 10 μM up to 6 mM, with a detection limit of 4.7 μM, and a lifetime of more than 4 months.  相似文献

The herbicides applied in soils can be easily lost, owing to leaching, volatilization, and bio-and photodegradation. Controlled-release systemsusing polymeric matrices claim to solve these problems. The movement of the herbicides in the soilisalso an important phenomenon to be studied in order to evaluate the loss processes. The development of mathematical models is a relevantrequirement for simulation and optimization of such systems. This study reviews mathematical models as an initial step for modeling data obtained for controlled-release systems of herbicides (diuron, 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, and ametryn) using sugarcane bagasse lignin as a polymeric matrix. The release kinetic studies were carried out using several acceptorsystems includinga water bath, soil, and soil-packed columns. Generally, these models take into account phenomena such as unsteady-state mass transfer by diffusion (Fick'slaw) and convection, consumption by several processes, and partitioning processes, resulting in partial differential equations with respect to time and space variables.  相似文献

The effect of the oxygen transfer coefficient on the production of xylitol by biocon version of xylose present in sugarcane bagasse hemicellulosic hydrolysate using the yeast Candiada guilliermondii was investigated. Continuous cultivation was carried out in a 1.25-L fermentor at 30°C, pH 5.5, 300 rpm, and a dilution rate of 0.03/h, using oxygen transfer coefficients of 10,20, and 30/h. The results showed that the microbial xylitol production (11 g/L) increased by 108% with the decrease in the oxygen volumetric transfer coefficient from 30 to 20/h. The maximum values of xylitol productivity (0.7g/[L…h]) and yield (0.58 g/g) were obtained at k L a 20/h.  相似文献

Pure, 5 at%, and 10 at% Ta- or Nb-doped TiO2 nanosized powders were prepared by the sol-gel method. The powders heated to 400°C have the crystalline anatase structure. While the pure TiO2 powder heated to 850°C has the rutile structure, the addition of Ta and Nb inhibited the anatase-to-rutile phase transformation at this temperature. Ta was soluble in the titania lattice up to the concentration of 10 at%, while the solubility of Nb was 5 at%. Thick films were fabricated with these powders by screen printing technology and then fired at 650°C and 850°C for 1 h. SEM observations showed that the anatase-to-rutile phase transformation induces a grain growth of about one order of magnitude for pure TiO2. The addition of Ta and Nb is effective to keep the TiO2 grain size at the nanometric level even at 850°C. Conductance measurements showed that a good gas response is observed only for the nanostructured titania-based films. The CO response of these materials is only slightly affected by humidity.  相似文献

A novel platform for electroanalysis of isoniazid based on graphene-functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotube as support for iron phthalocyanine (FePc/f-MWCNT) has been developed. The FePc/f-MWCNT composite has been dropped on glassy carbon forming FePc/f-MWCNT/GC electrode, which is sensible for isoniazid, decreasing substantially its oxidation potential to +200 mV vs Ag/AgCl. Electrochemical and electroanalytical properties of the FePc/f-MWCNT/GC-modified electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, scanning electrochemical microscopy, and amperometry. The sensor presents better performance in 0.1 mol L?1 phosphate buffer at pH 7.4. Under optimized conditions, a linear response range from 5 to 476 μmol L?1 was obtained with a limit of detection and sensitivity of 0.56 μmol L?1 and 0.023 μA L μmol?1, respectively. The relative standard deviation for 10 determinations of 100 μmol L?1 isoniazid was 2.5%. The sensor was successfully applied for isoniazid selective determination in simulated body fluids.  相似文献

The reactions of [Ni16(C2)2(CO)23]4? and [Ni38C6(CO)42]6? with CuCl afforded mixtures of the previously reported [HNi42C8(CO)44(CuCl)]7? bimetallic octa-carbide cluster and the new [HNi43C8(CO)45]7? and [HNi44C8(CO)46]7? homo-metallic octa-carbides. The three species have very similar properties resulting always in co-crystals such as [NMe4]7[HNi42+2xC8(CO)44+2x(CuCl)1?x]·6.5MeCN (x = 0.14) (86% [HNi42C8(CO)44(CuCl)]7?, 14%[HNi43C8(CO)45]7?/[HNi44C8(CO)46]7?) and [NMe4]7[HNi42+2xC8(CO)44+2x(CuCl)1?x]·5.5MeCN (x = 0.30) (70% [HNi42C8(CO)44(CuCl)]7?, 30% [HNi43C8(CO)45]7?/[HNi44C8(CO)46]7?). The new homo-metallic octa-carbides can be obtained free from the Ni–Cu octa-carbido cluster by reacting [Ni10(C2)(CO)16]2? in thf with a stoichiometric amount of CuCl, and crystals of [NMe4]6[H2Ni43+xC8(CO)45+x]·6MeCN (x = 0.72), which contain [H2Ni44C8(CO)46]6? (72%) and [H2Ni43C8(CO)45]6? (28%), have been obtained. Despite the different charges and compositions, these anions display almost identical structures, which are also closely related to those previously reported for the bimetallic Ni–Cd octa-carbido clusters [Ni42+xC8(CO)44+x(CdCl)]7? and [HNi42+xC8(CO)44+x(CdBr)]6?. Indeed, all these clusters are based on the same Ni42C8 cage decorated by miscellaneous [CdX]+ (X = Cl, Br), [CuCl] and [Ni(CO)] fragments.  相似文献

Abstract— Photosensory responses in the ciliated protozoan Blepharisma japonicum are mediated by a hypericin-like chromophore, blepharismin, localized in granules distributed under the cell membrane. A blepharismin-binding protein, with an apparcnt molecular weight ranging between 35 and 38 kDa, has been isolated by means of column separations and preparative isoelectric focusing and characterized by means of gel electrophoresis, analytic isoelectric focusing as well as absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy.  相似文献
