DSAM lifetimes of the ground state band in48Cr

Lifetimes have been determined in the ground state band in⁴⁸Cr and found in agreement with Shell Model calculations.     

First evidence for triaxial superdeformation in 161Lu and 162Lu

High-spin states in ¹⁶¹Lu and ¹⁶²Lu have been investigated using the GASP γ-ray spectrometer array. Excited states in these nuclei have been populated through the ¹⁰⁰Mo(⁶⁵Cu, xn) reaction at a beam energy of 260 MeV. Four presumably triaxial superdeformed bands, three in ¹⁶²Lu and one in ¹⁶¹Lu, have been observed. This is the first evidence for triaxial superdeformation in the two isotopes. Coulomb energy differences between isobaric analogue states in 70Br and 70Se

Gamma ray transitions de-exciting states in the N = Z nucleus ⁷⁰Br have been identified for the first time using the GASP and EUROBALL arrays coupled with ancillary detectors. The level scheme of ⁷⁰Br has been established by means of particle-gated γ-γ and γ-γ-γ coincidences. The Coulomb energy differences between isobaric analogue states in ⁷⁰Br and ⁷⁰Se show a deviation from the expected behaviour which could be related to dripline effects. First measurement of β-decay properties of the proton drip-line nucleus 60Ga

By using the fusion-evaporation reaction ²⁸Si(³⁶Ar,p3n) and spectroscopy of β-delayed γ-rays and charged particles on mass-separated sources, β-decay properties of the neutron-deficient isotope ⁶⁰Ga were studied for the first time. The half-life of ⁶⁰Ga was determined to be 70(15) ms, and, based on βγγ coincidences, the isobaric-analogue state in ⁶⁰Zn was identified at 4851.9(7) keV. A semiempirical proton separation energy value of 40(70) keV was deduced for ⁶⁰Ga. The experimental results on half-life, mass excess, proton separation energy, and structure of the ⁶⁰Zn daughter states are discussed in comparison with various model predictions, including large-scale shell model calculations. Rotational bands in the near-drip-line nucleus 128Nd

The even-even nucleus ¹²⁸Nd was studied via in-beam γ-ray spectroscopy using the ⁴⁰Ca + ⁸²Mo reaction at 190 MeV. Two new bands were observed besides the yrast one, that has been extended up to spin 34⁺. Configurations were assigned to the three bands by analysing their rotational properties and by comparison with the neighboring even-even nuclei. Beta‐lactoglobulin Electrochemical Detection Based with an Innovative Platform Based on Composite Polymer

In this work, we present a new electrochemical disposable platform based on poly(aniline‐co‐anthranilic acid) (PANI/PAA) composite polymer coupled with an aptamer for sensitive detection of β‐lactoglobulin. Firstly, PANI/PAA film was electrodeposited on the graphite screen‐printed electrode surface by cyclic voltammetry. The co‐polymer modified electrode was then employed as platform for the covalent immobilization of an amino‐modified aptamer. Various β‐lactoglobulin solutions, with a fixed amount of biotinylated oligonucleotide complementary sequence, were dropped onto the aptasensor surface. A streptavidin‐alkaline phosphatase conjugate was then employed to trace the affinity reaction. After the addition of 1‐naphthyl‐phosphate enzymatic substrate, 1‐naphthol electroactive product was detected by differential pulse voltammetry. A decrease in the signal was obtained when the target concentration was increased, in according to a signal‐off approach. After optimization of key experimental parameters, a dose‐response curve was obtained between 0.01–1.0 μg mL^?1 β‐lactoglobulin concentration range. The limit of detection of 0.053 μg L^?1 was obtained. Milk samples spiked with β‐lactoglobulin were analyzed.
