Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Bis(1,2-dimetyl-5-nitro-imidazole)dichlorocobalt(II) Bis(1,2-dimethyl-5-nitro-imidazol)dichlorocobalt(II) was obtained by reaction of CoCl2 · 6 H2O with 1,2-dimethyl-5-nitro-imidazole in methanol. The compound forms blue crystals which were characterized by IR and UV-vis spectroscopy and by an X-ray crystal structure determination. Co(C5H7N3O2)2Cl2: tetragonal, space group I4 2d, Z = 8, a = 1142.1(1) pm, c = 2577.3(2) pm. R = 0.036 for 670 independent reflexions. The Co atom is tetrahedrally surrounded by two chlorine and two N atoms at distances of 222.8(2) and 203.5(4) pm. 相似文献

New heterocyclic polyamides have been synthesized by solution polycondensation of aromatic diamines containing phenylquinoxaline units with diacid chlorides having both imide and hexafluoroisopropylidene (6F) groups. These polymers are soluble in polar aprotic solvents, such as N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) or N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF), and can be cast into flexible thin films from solutions. They show high thermooxidative stability with decomposition temperatures above 400°C and glass transition temperatures in the range of 225-300°C. The polymer films exhibit good chemical resistance towards diluted acids and good electrical insulating properties with dielectric constants in the range of 3.2–3.7. 相似文献

Pyrolysis Mass Spectrometry (Py-MS) was used for the discrimination of cocoa butters from other vegetable fats. Mass spectra
ranging from 50 amu to 250 amu were analyzed by principal component analysis (PCA) and with neural nets. The application of
neural nets leads to a good discrimination between the two classes. Detailed analysis of the nets revealed that only the first
60 masses were used within the net. The use of PCA requires a careful selection of the number of masses included in the calculation.
Canonical variance analysis was applied to determine the significant masses. Optimal performance of PCA was observed only
using the first 22 significant masses. Most of these masses were different from the ones used by the neural net. It seems
that the mass spectra obtained by Py-MS contain sufficient information for the discrimination of pure cocoa butter from other
vegetable fats, but none of the methods seems to be able to extract all information available. Neural net provides a very
robust method for this task and no prior data selection was necessary.

This work is a study of lipase production by a Brazilian strain ofPenicillium citrinum using an inexpensive and simple medium without organic nitrogen sources and of some important industrial properties, including
thermostability in relation to ionic strength. The maximal lipase activity (1585 U/L) was obtained whenPenicillium citrinum was cultured on 0.75% ammonium sulfate complemented with minerals salts instead of yeast extract. Although this activity
was about 55% lower than that produced in medium with yeast extract (2850 U/L), the specific activity (7.8 U/mg proteins)
was higher than that obtained with the yeast extract (4.9 U/mg proteins). The morphology of fungus changed totally, with yeast
extract there are smooth, solid, and spherical pellets whereas on ammonium sulfate there are small “hairy” pellets uniformly
suspended in the medium. The effect of ferrous (Fe++) ions was carried out using medium MA with and without Fe++ ions. Lipase production byPenicillium citrinum in medium MA requires Fe++ ions, the absence of which caused a decreased of about 50% in the specific activity (3.5 U/mg proteins). The utilization
of commercial, locally available oils as carbon sources, such as soybean oil (236 U/L) and corn oil (74 U/L) resulted in lower
activity compared to olive oil, showing that lipase production byPenicillium citrinum is specifically induced by olive oil. Potassium concentration in the medium can effects the production of lipase (1 mM (1585
U/L), 10 mM (1290 U/L), and 30 mM (1238 U/L), 50 mM (195 U/L), and 100 mM (2 U/L). The crude culture filtered was susceptable
to thermal deactivation. It was stable at pH 6.0, but was not stable at the optimum pH (8.0-8.5) at 50 mM. At the low ionic
concentration (1-25 mM) this lipase was stable at low pH (3.5-4.0). The activation energy was 22.4 ±2.2 Kcal. mol 1. 相似文献

The infrared and electronic excitation spectra of a series of new nickel(II) chelates containing an-diimine (or nitrogenous base, enR) and the anion of a-dione (1,3-ketoenol or 1,3-ketoester,H) were obtained in the solid state and in solution. The composition and the overall structure of the new chelates in the solid state depends on ligand concentration, the substituents within the-dionato moiety and the counterion present. The IR and electronic excitation spectra of [Ni(enR)2
]NO3 and [Ni(enR)(O2NO)] indicate, in conjunction with other physicochemical measurements, bidentate coordination of the ligands, while the spectral shifts reveal replacement of the (O,O)nitrato group by basic solvents. The existence of the nickel(II) in an octahedral environment is confirmed by an X-ray structure analysis of [Ni(dpamH)2acac]NO3 · CH3OH (monoclinic, space groupP2l/n, a=17.296(1),b=7.462(1),c=21.604(3) å,=95.65(1),Z=4, R=0.0534,Rw=0.0600), where dpamH denotes the 2,2-dipyridylamine. 相似文献

The coordination of ruthenium(II) complexes to anionic oxygen-based donors are very rare. This study describes a simple, one-pot method for obtaining [ruthenium(II)(trithiacyclononane)(curcumin)(S-DMSO)]Cl (1) in 37% yield. The structural characterization of complex 1 by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1-D and 2-D NMR, ESI+-MS as well as UV–vis and fluorescence spectroscopies are presented. The DNA-melting temperature (Tm) assay shows that salmon sperm DNA (smDNA) in the presence of complex 1 has a higher melting temperature, with ΔTm = 7.4 °C, while in the presence of curcumin the melting temperature remains unaltered. The in vitro cytotoxic activities of curcumin and complex 1 were investigated using the tumor human prostate cell line, PC-3, and the healthy cell line, PNT-2. Complex 1 is innocuous toward normal prostate epithelial cells and, whereas curcumin is toxic, with inhibition rates of ca. 35 and 65% at 50 and 80 μM, respectively. On the tumor cell line PC-3, complex 1 did not cause viability changes, whereas curcumin exhibited dose-dependent inhibition, with ca. 73% inhibition at the highest concentration tested, i.e. 80 μM. This study suggests that coordination with the trithiacyclononane ruthenium(II) scaffold stabilizes the photochemical properties of curcumin and strongly changes its biologic activity. 相似文献

Analytical procedure for the determination of As, Cd, Cu, Ni, Co and Cr in marine biota samples using solid sampling high-resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry (HR CS AAS) and accelerated fast temperature programmes has been developed. Calibration technique based on the use of solid certified reference materials similar to the nature of the analysed sample and statistics of regression analysis were applied. A validation approach in line with the requirements of ISO 17025 standard and Eurachem guidelines was followed. Accordingly, blanks, selectivity, calibration, linearity, working range, trueness, repeatability and reproducibility, limits of detection and quantification and expanded uncertainty for all investigated elements were assessed. The major contributors to the combined uncertainty of the analyte mass fractions were found to be the homogeneity of the samples and the microbalance precision. Traceability to the SI system of units of the obtained with the proposed analytical procedure results was also demonstrated. The potential of the proposed analytical procedure based on solid sampling HR CS AAS technique was demonstrated by direct analysis of marine reference biota samples. Overall, the use of solid sampling HR CS AAS permits obtaining significant advantages for the determination of selected trace elements in marine biota samples, such as straightforward calibration, a high sample throughput, sufficient precision, a suitable limit of detection and reduced risk of analyte loss and contamination. 相似文献
