A method for depth sensing based on sensing the visibility associated with the coherence function of a laser source is presented. The setup is based on an electronic speckle pattern interferometric (ESPI) setup, where the object depth is encoded into the amplitude of the interference pattern without the need for depth scanning. After performing phase-shifting method, the object three-dimensional (3-D) shape is reconstructed by means as a range image from the visibility of the image set of interferograms and where each gray level represents a given object depth. For solution of such problems an operational calculus of Mikusiński’s type, based on the convolution $$ (f*g)(t) = \Phi_\tau\, \left\{{\int\limits_\tau^t} f(t+\tau - \sigma)\,g(\sigma)\, d \sigma\, \right\}, $$ is developed. In the frames of this operational calculus the classical Heaviside algorithm is extended to nonlocal Cauchy problems. The obtaining of periodic, antiperiodic and mean-periodic solutions of linear ordinary differential equations with constant coefficients both in the non-resonance and in the resonance cases reduces to such problems. Timed-arc Petri nets (TAPNs) are a timed extension of Petri nets where tokens are assigned an age indicating the time elapsed from its creation, and PT-arcs (place to transition arcs) are labelled with time intervals that are used to restrict the age of the tokens that can be used to fire the adjacent transition. This is a rather pathological model, as reachability is undecidable, whereas some other known properties of Petri nets, like boundedness, coverability and even termination, are decidable. This article focuses on the problem of detecting dead transitions, i.e. transitions that can be removed from the model since they can never become enabled. We prove that this problem is decidable for TAPNs with natural times, and we present an algorithm that can be used to find dead transitions in the particular case of 1-safe TAPNs. 相似文献

To demonstrate the nature of the interaction of optical isomers of propranolol with the surface of the graphitic electrode modified with melamine, uracil, cyanuric, and isocyanuric acids, we have performed molecular dynamics simulations of the four‐component systems with variable modifier's molecules. We have considered the possible formation of complexes between the propranolol and modifier's molecules, covering the electrode approximated as the graphene surface. Our simulations demonstrate that the l ‐isomer in aqueous solutions is bonded to the electrode surface stronger than its d ‐counterpart; hence, the difference in analytical signals arises. Different strengths of bonding of the propranolol enantiomers to the surface modifiers are caused by the different intramolecular interactions taking place in the molecules of d ‐ and l ‐isomers. Thus, we have computationally shown that the modification of the graphite surface with melamine, uracil, cyanuric, and isocyanuric acids allows for increasing the sensitivity of the electrode toward the propranolol enantiomers and using the modified graphitic electrodes for the detection of its d ‐ and l ‐forms. 相似文献

A full-field generic photonic biosensor approach, which relies on a bio-doped polymeric strip waveguide configuration, is described. We show the potential of tailor-made hybrid polymeric materials prepared by sol-gel technology for the fabrication of ultra-compact biosensor devices, where both the transducer and the recognition elements are merged into one single microstructure. Such devices were fabricated by micromolding in capillaries (MIMIC) soft lithographic technique. In contrast to evanescent field sensors, the sensor response does not only rely on the interaction of the evanescent wave with the recognition element, but on the interaction of the whole field, thus enabling a reduction of the sensor dimensions and/or a decrease of its limit of detection (LOD). The potential of this generic approach was demonstrated by developing a biosensor for the detection of H(2)O(2) using horseradish peroxidase (HRP) as the doping agent. Solutions containing 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic) acid (ABTS) and different concentrations of H(2)O(2) were dispensed over the waveguide and the green-coloured cation radical ABTS*(+) product was mainly obtained inside the photonic structure, resulting in a maximum absorption increase of 2.5 a.u. at a set working wavelength of 670 nm over the H(2)O(2) concentration range studied. The sensor exhibited a sensitivity of (3.1+/-0.2) x 10(3) a.u./mol L(-1) and a limit of detection (LOD) of 4.4 x 10(-5) mol L(-1) H(2)O(2). These results anticipate that full-field waveguide microstructures based on bio-doped sol-gel polymers will enable the fabrication of cost-effective photonic biosensors. Moreover, the ease of fabrication by a soft lithography technique and the use of such polymeric materials are fully compatible with their integration in compact automatic analysis systems. 相似文献
