CuI‐catalyzed 1,3‐cycloaddition of azides and alkynes (CuAAC) is one of the most powerful synthetic methodologies known. However, its use to prepare well‐defined multimetallic structures is underdeveloped. Apart from the applications of this reaction to anchor different organometallic reagents to surfaces, polymers, and dendrimers, only isolated examples of CuAAC with metal–η1‐alkyne and metal–azide complexes to prepare multimetal entities have been reported. This concept sketches the potential of these reactions not only to prepare “a la carte” multimetal 1,2,3‐triazole derivatives, but also to discover new and unprecedented reactions.  相似文献

A general procedure for the assembly of hetero‐bifunctional cubic silsesquioxanes with diverse functionality and a perfectly controlled distribution of functional groups on the inorganic framework has been developed. The method is based on a two‐step sequence of mono‐ and hepta‐functionalization through the ligand‐accelerated copper(I)‐catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition of a readily available octaazido cubic silsesquioxane. The stoichiometry of the reactants and the law of binomial distribution essentially determine the selectivity of the key monofunctionalization reaction when a copper catalyst with strong donor ligands is used. The methodology has been applied to the preparation of a set of bifunctional nano‐building‐blocks with orthogonal reactivity for the controlled assembly of precisely defined hybrid nanomaterials and a fluorescent multivalent probe for application in targeted cell‐imaging. The inorganic cage provides an improved photostability to the covalently attached dye as well as a convenient framework for the 3D multivalent display of the pendant epitopes. Thus, fluorescent bioprobes based on well‐defined cubic silsesquioxanes offer interesting advantages over more conventional fully organic analogues and ill‐defined hybrid nanoparticles and promise to become powerful tools for the study of cell biology and for biomedical applications.  相似文献

Treatment of germacrone ( 1 ) with different electrophiles, and of its epoxy derivatives germacrone‐4,5‐epoxide ( 2 ), germacrone‐1,10‐epoxide ( 3 ) and isogermacrone‐4,5‐epoxide ( 4 ) with Brönsted/Lewis acids and TiIII, gives rise to a great structural diversity. Thus, by using a maximum of two steps, the production of more than 40 compounds corresponding to 14 skeletons is described. Computational calculations rationalizing the structural divergence produced are also described. Finally, since some of the compounds generated are bioactive natural sesquiterpenes, the mechanisms of formation of these substances will provide new insights in their biosynthesis.  相似文献

The occurrence of di-(2-ethyhexyl)phthalate (DEHP), nonylphenol and nonyphenol mono- and diethoxylates (NPEs) and seven polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) congeners in different types of sludge samples is reported. The analysis of these compounds was carried out by sonication-assisted extraction and analytical determination by gas chromatography coupled with a mass spectrometry detector, following a previously described method. The applicability of the method was tested by monitoring the organic pollutants in primary, secondary, mixed, and digested-dehydrated sludge samples from two wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) based on aerobic and on anaerobic biological stabilization. The occurrence of these compounds in sewage sludge and the influence of sludge stabilization process on the further farmland application of the sludge were evaluated. DEHP and NPEs were detected in all analysed sludge samples from both WWTPs at concentration levels in the range of 22.3–601?mg?kg?1 and 136–2357?mg?kg?1 dm (dry matter), respectively. PCBs were detected in all types of sludge analysed from the anaerobic WWTP but was not detected in any sludge sample from the aerobic WWTP. Concentration levels of the sum of the seven PCBs congeners were up to 1.5?mg?kg?1 dm. The concentration of DEHP, sum of NPEs, and sum of the seven PCB congeners were higher than the limits fixed in the third draft of the future Sludge Directive for land application of sludge in the 67%, 100%, and 11% of samples from the anaerobic WWTP and in the 83%, 92%, and 0% of samples from the aerobic WWTP, respectively.  相似文献

The Copaifera species (Leguminoseae) are popularly known as ‘copaíba’ or ‘copaíva’ and are grown in the states of Amazonas, Pará and Ceará in northern Brazil. The oleoresins obtained from these species have been extensively used owing to their pharmacological potential and their application in cosmetic and pharmaceutical preparations. In the present study, the development and validation of a novel, rapid and efficient RP‐HPLC methodology for the analysis of the diterpene (?)‐copalic acid (CA), pointed out as the only chemical marker of the Copaifera genus, are described. The regression equation (Y = 26,707x ? 29,498) was obtained with good linearity (r2 = 0.9993) and the limits of quantification and detection were 9.182 and 3.032 µg/mL, respectively. The precision and the accuracy of the method were adequate (lower than 4%). Finally, the validation parameters evaluated were satisfactorily met, so the developed method represents a suitable tool for application in the quality control of such natural products. Further studies aiming to develop analytical methodologies for each Copaifera species using a more representative number of chemical markers should be performed. In emulsion polymerization, the formation of particles has an important effect on the rate of reaction and on the final properties of the latex. To investigate particle nucleation mechanisms in emulsion polymerization it is necessary to establish the initial conditions of the emulsified system before the reaction takes place. This research reports on a technique to continuously monitor the droplet size distribution of liquid-liquid emulsions using spectroscopy. The on-line particle characterization methodology is based on an integrated sampling and dilution strategy combined with spectroscopy methods. It is shown that the sampling system integrated with a multiwavelength turbidity detector provides reliable estimates of droplet populations as function of the dispersed phase concentration in emulsions of saturated hydrocarbons. The results provide not only the groundwork necessary for the elucidation of particle nucleation during emulsion polymerization process but also suggests the potential of this combined technology to further our understanding of liquid-liquid emulsions.  相似文献

A method based on matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) and gas chromatography to determine eight fungicides in fruits and vegetables is described. Fungicide residues were identified and quantified using nitrogen-phosphorus detection and electron-capture detection connected in parallel and confirmed by mass spectrometric detection. The method required 0.5 g of sample, C18 bonded silica as dispersant sorbent, silica as clean-up sorbent and ethyl acetate as eluting solvent. Recoveries from spiked orange, apple, tomato, artichoke, carrot and courgette samples ranged from 62 to 102% and relative standard deviations were less than 15% in the concentration range 0.05-10 mg kg(-1). Detection and quantitation limits ranged 3-30 microg kg(-1) and 10-100 microg kg(-1), respectively, with linear calibration curves up to 10 mg kg(-1). The analytical characteristics of MSPD compared very favourably with the results of a classical multiresidue method, which uses ethyl acetate and anhydrous sodium sulphate for the extraction.  相似文献

A preconcentration and determination methodology for vanadium at trace levels in parenteral solutions was developed. Cloud point extraction was successfully employed for the preconcentration of vanadium prior to inductively coupled plasma atomic optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) coupled to a flow injection (FI) system. The vanadium was extracted as vanadium-2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol [V-(5-Br-PADAP)] complex, at pH 3.7 mediated by micelles of the nonionic surfactant polyoxyethylene (5.0) nonylphenol (PONPE 5.0). The extracted surfactant-rich phase (100 mul) was mixed with 100 mul of ethanol and this final volume injected into ICP-OES for the vanadium determination. Under these conditions, the 50 ml sample solution preconcentration allowed raising an enrichment factor of 250-fold; however, it was possible to obtain a theoretical enrichment factor of 500-fold. The lower limit of detection (LOD) obtained under the optimal conditions was 16 ng l(-1). The precision for 10 replicate determinations at the 2.0 mug l(-1) V level was 2.3% relative standard deviation (RSD), calculated with the peak heights. The calibration graph using the preconcentration system for vanadium was linear with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996 at levels near the detection limits up to at least 50 mug l(-1). The method was successfully applied to the determination of vanadium in parenteral solution samples.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of Ln(2)O(3) (Ln = Dy and Ho), Cu(OAc)(2).2H(2)O, and oxydiacetic acid in the approximate mole ratio of 1:3:8 resulted in the formation of two new members of the isostructural series of polymers formulated as [(Cu(3)Ln(2)(oda)(6)(H(2)O)(6)).12H(2)O](n), crystallizing in the hexagonal crystal system, space group P6/mcc (No. 192). Temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibilities and EPR spectra are reported for the heterometallic compounds Cu-Dy 1, Cu-Ho 2, Cu-Er 3, and Cu-Y 4. The results are discussed in terms of the structure of the compounds, the electronic properties of the lanthanide ions, and the exchange interactions between the magnetic ions.  相似文献

The conformational properties of the C-glycosyl analogue of the core trisaccharide alpha-D-Man-(1 --> 3)-[alpha-D-Man-(1 --> 6)]-D-Man in solution have been carefully analyzed by a combination of NMR spectroscopy and time-averaged restrained molecular dynamics. It has been found that both the alpha-1,3- and the alpha-1,6-glycosidic linkages show a major conformational averaging. Unusual Phi ca. 60 degrees orientations for both Phi torsion angles are found. Moreover, a major conformational distinction between the natural compound and the glycomimetic affects to the behavior of the omega(16) torsion angle around the alpha-1 --> 6-linkage. Despite this increased flexibility, the C-glycosyl analogue is recognized by three mannose binding lectins, as shown by NMR (line broadening, TR-NOE, and STD) and surface plasmon resonance (SPR) methods. Moreover, a process of conformational selection takes place, so that these lectins probably bind the glycomimetic similarly to the way they recognize the natural analogue. Depending upon the architecture and extension of the binding site of the lectin, loss or gain of binding affinity with respect to the natural analogue is found.  相似文献
