Crosslinked polymers containing covalently attached functional sites with chemical structures related to those present in ILs and having macroscopic properties very similar to the ones of the corresponding bulk ILs can be advantageously applied to the preparation of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). The size and morphology of the resulting metal nanoparticles (MNPs) can be easily modulated through a proper combination of the synthetic method used for the generation of the NPs and the structural elements of the polymer. Additionally, the resulting supported AuNPs are demonstrated to be stable for at least eight months with the vials open to the atmosphere. Several synthetic methodologies have been studied, as well as different structural parameters for the functional polymers. Those include the chemical nature (anions and cations) and loading of the ionic liquid-like fragments and the morphology of the polymeric matrix. The results obtained show the potential to prepare supported AuNPs with narrow size distributions and small diameters that can have potential interest for application in different fields.  相似文献

Tertiary propargyl vinyl ethers armed with an electron-withdrawing group (amide or ester) at the tertiary propargylic position have been efficiently transformed into trisubstituted C(2)-chain functionalized furans. The metal-free domino transformation involves a microwave-assisted tandem [3,3]-propargyl Claisen rearrangement/5-exo-dig O-cyclization reaction. The manifold can be performed in a one-pot fashion from the primary components (1,2-ketoester/1,2-ketoamide or tertiary propargyl alcohols).  相似文献

A general mechanism to rationalize Ru(IV) -catalyzed isomerization of the C=C bond in O-allylic substrates is proposed. Calculations supporting the proposed mechanism were performed at the MPWB1K/6-311+G(d,p)+SDD level of theory. All experimental observations in different solvents (water and THF) and under different pH conditions (neutral and basic) can be interpreted in terms of the new mechanism. Theoretical analysis of the transformation from precatalyst to catalyst led to structural identification of the active species in different media. The experimentally observed induction period is related to the magnitudes of the energy barriers computed for that process. The theoretical energy profile for the catalytic cycle requires application of relatively high temperatures, as is experimentally observed. Participation of a water molecule in the reaction coordinate is mechanistically essential when the reaction is carried out in aqueous medium. The new mechanistic proposal helped to develop a new experimental procedure for isomerization of allyl ethers to 1-propenyl ethers under neutral aqueous conditions. This process is an unique example of efficient and selective catalytic isomerization of allyl ethers in aqueous medium.  相似文献

The first direct NMR determination of the conformation of a conformationally flexible heparin-like hexasaccharide bound to a key receptor, FGF-1, is described. The determination has been based on the use of a 13C-labeled protein and a regular 12C sugar. FGF-1 recognizes several conformations of the iduronic moieties of the hexasaccharide. Therefore, this case is different than that described for the controversial recognition of heparin-like saccharides by AT-III, which seems to recognize just one conformation of the iduronic acid residues.  相似文献

Summary Extraction of microamounts of yttrium by a nitrobenzene solution of hydrogen dicarbollylcobaltate (H+B-) in the presence of 15-crown-5 (15C5,L) has been investigated. The equilibrium data have been explained assuming that the complexes HL+, HL2,+, YL3+, YL2,3+and YH-1L2,2+are extracted into the organic phase. The stereochemical outcome of glycosylations with 2-azido-2-deoxy-D-gluco- and D-galactopyranosyl trichloroacetimidates as glycosyl donors has been investigated by using a series of chiro-inositol derivatives as glycosyl acceptors. The influence of the absolute configuration, the conformation and the conformational flexibility of the glycosyl acceptor has been studied by using different glycosyl donors under similar pre-established experimental conditions. Although the structure of the acceptor may play a role in governing the stereochemistry of these glycosylations, the results show that, in general terms, the relative influence of these factors is difficult to evaluate. For a given set of experimental conditions, the stereochemical course of these glycosylations depends on structural features of both glycosyl donor and glycosyl acceptor. It is a balance of these factors, where the structure of the glycosyl donor always plays a major role, which determines the stereochemistry of the coupling reaction. Therefore, the examples reported in the literature in which the structure of the glycosyl acceptor appears to be crucial in determining the stereochemistry of the reaction constitute particularly favorable cases which do not presently allow any further generalization.  相似文献

89.5(SiO2)10(PbF2)0.5(REF3) silicate glasses have been prepared using room temperature sol–gel processing of Si(OCH2CH3)4, Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O, RE(CH3COO)3·nH2O and trifluoroacetic acid as a fluorinating agent, where RE stands for rare-earth ions, such as Yb3+, Er3+, Ho3+, Tm3+, or combinations of those ions. On heat treatment of these glasses at about 300–400 °C, the rare-earth doped spherical PbF2 nanocrystals precipitate within SiO2 glass matrix providing transparent nano-structured glassceramics, while the diameter of the nanocrystals can be set in the range from 5 to 25 nm by varying time and temperature of the heat treatment. The structural and photoluminescence studies confirm the incorporation of rare-earth ions into the PbF2 nanocrystals and white and tuneable colour up-conversion luminescence has been detected in case of Yb3+-Er3+-Tm3+ and Yb3+-Ho3+-Tm3+ co-doped nanocrystals by varying dopant ratio and pump power.  相似文献

A microwave-assisted extraction method followed by clean-up with solid-phase extraction (SPE) combined with large-volume injection gas chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LVI-GC-MS/MS) for the analysis of 17 pesticides in wild and aquaculture edible seaweeds has been developed. An experimental central composite design was employed to evaluate the effects of the main variables potentially affecting the extraction (temperature, time, and solvent volume) and to optimize the process. The most effective microwave extraction conditions were achieved at 125 °C and 12 min with 24 mL of hexane/ethyl acetate (80:20). SPE clean-up of the extracts with graphitized carbon and Florisil, optimized by means of the experimental design, proved to be efficient in the removal of matrix interferences. The analytical recoveries were close to 100% for all the analytes, with relative standard deviations lower than 13%. The limits of detection ranged from 0.3 to 23.1 pg g−1 and the limits of quantification were between 2.3 and 76.9 pg g−1, far below the maximum residue levels established by the European Union for pesticides in seaweed. The results obtained prove the suitability of the microwave-assisted extraction for the routine analysis of pesticides in aquaculture and wild seaweed samples.  相似文献

A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor for the detection of microcystins (MCs) in drinking water has been developed. Several assay formats have been evaluated. The selected format is based on a competitive inhibition assay, in which microcystin-LR (MCLR) has been covalently immobilized onto the surface of an SPR chip functionalized with a self-assembled monolayer. The influence of several factors affecting sensor performance, such as the nature and concentration of the antibody, the composition of the carrier buffer, and the blocking and regeneration solutions, has been evaluated. The optimized SPR biosensor provides an IC50 0.67 ± 0.09 μg L−1, a detection limit of 73 ± 8 ng L−1, and a dynamic range from 0.2 to 2.0 μg L−1 for MCLR. Cross-reactivity to other related MCs, such as microcystin-RR (88%) and microcystin-YR (94%), has also been measured. The SPR biosensor can perform four simultaneous determinations in 60 min, and each SPR chip can be reused for at least 40 assay–regeneration cycles without significant binding capacity loss. The biosensor has been successfully applied to the direct analysis of MCLR in drinking water samples, below the provisional guideline value of 1 μg L−1 established by the World Health Organization for drinking water.  相似文献
