A method for labeling of anti-carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) monoclonal antibody (MAb) BW 431/26 is described. For preparations of99mTc-anti-CEA complex, a solution (1 ml) of tetrasodium-1,1,3,3-propanetetetraphosphate dihydrate (2.7 mg), stannous chloride dihydrate (0.12 mg) and sodium chloride (0.2 mg) in 5 ml of 0.9% saline was added to a vial containing monoclonal antibody (2 mg) from mouse (MAb BW 431/26), D-glucitol (2 mg) and sodium sulfate (2 mg) to obtain a clear solution. A quantitative labeling yield of the MAb BW 431/26 was achieved by addition of 5 ml (40.5 mCi, 1.5 Gbq) technetium-99m-pertechnetate (99mTcO4) generator eluate at room temperature within 10 minutes. The radiochemical purity determined by ITLC (Gelman, SG) plates was >95%.  相似文献

Trillium govanianum Wall. ex D. Don (Melanthiaceae alt. Trilliaceae), commonly known as ‘nagchhatry’ or ‘teen patra’, distributed from Pakistan to Bhutan about 2500–3800 m altitude is indigenous to Himalayas region. In folk medicine the plant has been reported for the treatment of wound healing, sepsis and in various sexual disorders. This paper reports, for the first time, to evaluate the cytotoxicity, in vitro anti-leishmanial (promastigotes) and fingerprint HPLC-photodiode array analysis of the MeOH extract of the roots of T. govanianum and its solid phase extraction fractions. Reverse phase HPLC-PDA based quantification revealed the presence of significant amount of quercetin, myrecetin and kaemferol ranging from 0.221to 0.528 μg/mg DW. MeOH extract revealed distinguishable protein kinase inhibitory activity against Streptomyces 85E strain with 18 mm bald phenotype. The remarkable toxicity profile against brine shrimps and leishmanial was manifested by MeOH extract with LC50 10 and 38.5 μg/mL, respectively.  相似文献

The dinuclear complexes [Re2X2(CO)6(RCH2EECH2R)] (X = Cl or Br, R = Ph or Me3Si, E = S or Se) have been prepared and characterized. A variable temperature 1H NMR study on these complexes demonstrated the pyramidal atomic inversion process at the coordinated sulphur and selenium atoms. Total band-shape fittings were used to yield activation parameters for the rate process, in which the two sulphur or selenium atoms undergo synchronous or correlated inversion.  相似文献

Optical fibers of 12 μm diameter were coated with a sputter-deposited layer (4 μm thick) of titanium (1 at. %)-doped amorphous aluminum nitride. When optically pumped by an Nd:YAG green laser at 532 nm, laser action was observed in whispering gallery modes around the fiber (in a ring shape) at 780.5 nm with a quality factor Q > 1500. Other modes were also observed between 775 and 800 nm. The primary and secondary modes give a mode separation of 4.6 nm. No waveguide modes were observed in the cavity.  相似文献

Summary A simple, accurate and rapid method is described for the determination of hydrazine by direct titration with hypobromite using Bordeaux B as indicator. The procedure can also be employed for the determination of hypobromite and bromate by titration with standard hydrazine.
Zusammenfassung Zur Bestimmung von Hydrazin wird die direkte Titration mit Hypobromitlösung und Bordeaux B als Indicator empfohlen. Das Verfahren ist einfach, rasch durchführbar und liefert genaue Ergebnisse. Es kann auch zur Bestimmung von Hypobromit und Bromat durch Titration mit Hydrazinlösung verwendet werden.

[structure: see text] Commercially available 2-methylenepropane-1,3-diol was converted to chiral epoxide (R)-2 via Sharpless asymmetric epoxidation in >96% ee. Regiospecific epoxide ring opening and reduction of the intermediate alkyne set the stage for a one-pot lactonization to give (R)-6, a convenient precursor for all functionalized chiral DAG-lactones used as potent PK-C ligands. The synthesis of the most potent DAG-lactones known to date, (Z)-10 and (E)-10, served to confirm PK-C's exclusive preference for the (R)-stereochemistry in this class of compounds.  相似文献

Theoretical investigations of Al1‐xCoxN and Al1‐xNixN (x = 0.25) in the zinc blende phase are presented. The robustness of half metallicity of these compounds with correlation to their lattice compressions is discussed. The results show that both compounds retain their half‐metallic nature (conductor for spin up state and semiconductor for spin down state) with their lattice compressions up to certain critical lattice constants. Abrupt changes in the electronic and magnetic properties are observed at these robust transition lattice constants (RTLCs). These compounds lose their integer magnetic moments of 4μβ for Al1‐xCoxN and 3 μβ for Al1‐xNixN at RTLCs. The calculated RTLC for Al0.75Co0.25N is 4.4 Å and for Al0.75Ni0.25N is 4.2 Å. The possible compression in the lattice constants from their relaxed states while maintaining their half‐metallic nature is up to 4% for both compounds. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献
