Laser ablation processes occurring over several orders of magnitude in time were investigated by using time-resolved spectroscopy, shadowgraphs and interferograms. A picosecond ablation plasma was measured with an electron density on the order of 1020 cm-3 originating from the breakdown of air. The longitudinal expansion of this plasma was suppressed due to the development of a strong space-charge field. At post-pulse times, the lateral (radial) expansion of the plasma was found to follow the relation, r~t1/2, consistent with the expansion from an instantaneous line source of energy. The electron number density and temperature were deduced by measuring spectroscopic emission-line broadening during the early phase (30-300 ns) of a mass (atomic/ionic) plasma. These properties were measured as a function of the delay time and irradiance. Possible mechanisms such as inverse bremsstrahlung and self-regulation were used to describe the data before an explosion threshold of 20 GW/cm2. The laser self-focusing and critical temperature are discussed to explain dramatic changes in these properties after the irradiance threshold. On the microsecond time scale, the surface explodes and large (>7m) particles are ejected. Mass removed from single-crystal silicon by high power (109-1011 W/cm2) single-pulse laser ablation is studied by measuring the crater morphology. Time-resolved shadowgraph images show that the rapid increase in the crater depth at the threshold corresponds to large-size droplets leaving the surface. 通过对甘巴拉山铁乳胶室观测到的族事例以及COSMOS程序和CORSI-KA程序产生的模拟族事例进行分析、对比,对超高能γ强子族的能量集中现象的产生特征进行了细致的研究.初步的结论是:超高能γ强子族的能量集中现象是族中含有的高能中心簇射集团的外在表现,这种现象在实验上发生的频度为(20.5±3.1)%,集团的平均横向扩展约为0.37cm.与传统的以唯象多团模型为基础的COSMOS程序相比,基于SIBYLL模型的CORSIKA程序的模拟结果较为接近实验的分析结果. 相似文献

利用单光束 Z扫描技术 ,在波长为 1 .0 64μm、脉宽为 38ps条件下测定了不同热处理条件下表面包覆纳米 Bi2 S3 掺杂有机改性硅酸盐材料的三阶光学非线性。结果发现室温下自然干燥的样品和在 N2 气氛下 1 50℃加热处理 2小时后的样品的三阶光学非线性极化系数分别为5.8× 1 0 -1 3 esu和 3.7× 1 0 -1 2 esu。后者的三阶光学非线性极化系数比前者几乎大一个数量级。显然 ,适当的热处理能增强样品的三阶光学非线性。对此现象进行了分析和讨论。 相似文献

Using a microwave cavity perturbation technique, we have succeeded in observing cyclotron resonances in the layered Perovskite superconductor Sr2RuO4. Three cyclotron masses are deduced, corresponding to mcγ=9.7me, mcβ=5.8me and mc=4.3 me. A comparison between these values and the effective masses deduced from other techniques provides us with a unique means of gauging the role of Coulomb correlations in the title compound. 相似文献

A crystalline salt of prolinium picrate, C11H12N4O9, has been prepared and characterized by X‐ray crystallography. The salt crystallizes in orthorhombic space group P212121 with a = 6.325(1)Å, b = 9.269(1)Å, c = 24.379(4)Å, V = 1429.4(5)Å3, Z = 4. In the title salt, the picrate and prolinium ion are held by different bifurcated hydrogen bonds of N‐H—O type, and stablized by bifurcated hydrogen bonds of CH—O type. Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) has been widely reported to improve the sensitivity of Raman spectra. Ordinarily, the laser is focused on the sample to measure the Raman spectrum. The size of the focused light spot is comparable with that of micro-nano structures, and the number of micro-nano structures contained in the light spot area (defined as duty cycle) will severely affect the spectrum intensity. In this study, flower-like silver nanostructures were fabricated with a soft lyotropic liquid crystal template in order to investigate the effect of duty cycle. They were observed under a scanning electron microscope, and their spectrum enhancement factor was computed with the obtained Raman spectrum. Then, their duty cycles were measured using a SERS substrate at different locations. A formula was derived to represent the relation between the duty cycle of the nanoflowers and the Raman spectral intensity. This work could promote the actual applications of SERS in high-sensitivity spectrum testing. 相似文献

A new chiral polymer–metal complex, methylsulfo–sodium carboxymethyl–cellulose–Pt complex (MS‐NaCMC‐Pt), has been prepared by the reaction of sodium carboxymethylcellulose with methylsulfonyl chloride and H2PtCl6·6H2, which was found to be able to catalyze the asymmetric hydrogenation of salicyl alcohol to give (1S,2S)‐2‐(hydroxymethyl)‐cyclohexanol at 28 °C and under 1 atm H2, in > 90% product and optical yields, respectively.
