Electron diffraction of various microcrystalline bodies has been studied and examined by using computer simulation. Diffracted intensity studies indicated that the peak height increases with the scattering factor. First peak of FCC packed and crystalline observed at S = 6.01 Å and for HCP S = 5.0 Å. The amplitude of waves is most probably the same in the distribution function and providing a spectrum of interatomic distances in the crystalline bodies.  相似文献

In this study, sustainable, low-cost, and environmentally friendly biomass (Terminalia chebula) was employed as a precursor for the formation of nitrogen-doped carbon dots (N-CDs). The hydrothermally assisted Terminalia chebula fruit-derived N-CDs (TC-CDs) emitted different bright fluorescent colors under various excitation wavelengths. The prepared TC-CDs showed a spherical morphology with a narrow size distribution and excellent water dispensability due to their abundant functionalities, such as oxygen- and nitrogen-bearing molecules on the surfaces of the TC-CDs. Additionally, these TC-CDs exhibited high photostability, good biocompatibility, very low toxicity, and excellent cell permeability against HCT-116 human colon carcinoma cells. The cell viability of HCT-116 human colon carcinoma cells in the presence of TC-CDs aqueous solution was calculated by MTT assay, and cell viability was higher than 95%, even at a higher concentration of 200 μg mL−1 after 24 h incubation time. Finally, the uptake of TC-CDs by HCT-116 human colon carcinoma cells displayed distinguished blue, green, and red colors during in vitro imaging when excited by three filters with different wavelengths under a laser scanning confocal microscope. Thus, TC-CDs could be used as a potential candidate for various biomedical applications. Moreover, the conversion of low-cost/waste natural biomass into products of value promotes the sustainable development of the economy and human society.  相似文献

Renewable polymeric materials derived from biomass with built‐in phototriggers were synthesized and evaluated for degradation under irradiation of UV light. Complete decomposition of the polymeric materials was observed with recovery of the monomer that was used to resynthesize the polymers.  相似文献

A 2,2‐Bis(ethoxycarbonyl) vinyl‐ (BECV) group was used for the selective protection of amines at room temperature in the presence of potentially interfering functional groups such as OH, SH, COOH as well as other NH2 groups. Several functional group transformations such as esterification, O‐alkylation, O‐acylation, N‐alkylation, N‐acylation, S‐alkylation can selectively be carried out in the presence of the BECV group. The selective deprotection of the BECV group was achieved in a short time using ethylenediamine at room temperature while several other functional groups such as benzoate, aliphatic esters, amides and ethers remain intact. The BECV group shows orthogonal stability against the common protecting groups such as Fmoc, Cbz and Boc.  相似文献

The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of azomethine ylides generated in situ from isatin and secondary amino acids with quinolinyl dipolarophiles in refluxing methanol afforded new class of quinolinyl dispiro heterocycles with multi hetero core units. The regio and stereochemistry of the product was unambiguously assigned by 1H, 13C, 2D NMR techniques and single crystal X-ray analysis. The structures of the compounds are stabilized through the presence of intermolecular hydrogen bonding and intramolecular non-covalent interactions.  相似文献

A new synthetic methodology is developed for preparing graft copolymers via RAFT polymerization method by the “R group approach” onto styrenic polymers. In this approach, latent sites of the styrenic polymer was brominated first and then converted into macro‐RAFT agents with pyrazole and thio dodecyl as the Z groups. This was used to synthesize graft copolymer such as polystyrene‐graft‐polymethyl methacrylate (PS‐g‐PMMA), polystyrene‐graft‐poly(isobornyl acrylate), polystyrene‐graft‐poly[2‐(acetoacetoxy)ethyl methacrylate] (PS‐g‐PAEMA), and poly(para‐methoxystyrene)‐graft‐polystyrene (P(p‐MS)‐g‐PS). The polymers are characterized by gel permeation chromatography, 1H NMR, IR, and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The morphology of PS‐g‐PMMA in THF was investigated using AFM and island‐like features were noticed. The AFM studies of the PS‐g‐PAEMA graft copolymers revealed the formation of globules and ribbon‐like morphological features. The PS‐g‐PAEMA graft copolymers form complex with Fe(III) in dimethylformamide and the AFM studies suggest the formation of globular superstructures. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
