A series of heteroleptic rare-earth sandwich complexes [M(Nc)(OEP)] (M = La, Nd, Eu, Dy, and Lu; Nc = 2,3-naphthalocyaninate; OEP = octaethylporphyrinate) have been investigated by electronic absorption and magnetic circular dichroism (MCD) spectroscopy. The electronic absorption spectra of the neutral forms showed two characteristic transitions (bands I and II) in the near-IR region, both of which were systematically shifted depending on the size of their central metal. In the MCD spectra, a relatively intense Faraday A term and a significantly weak Faraday B term have been observed corresponding to bands II and I, respectively. The spectral features were successfully interpreted using a simple MO model by considering the relevant interactions of Gouterman's four orbitals of the constituent chromophores. The model succeeded in assigning the MCD spectra of the related compounds, the oxidized and reduced forms of the dimer ([M(Nc)(OEP)]+ and [M(Nc)(OEP)]-), and neutral forms of the triple-decker compounds (M2(Nc)(OEP)2, M = Nd, Eu). DFT calculations of the dimers supported the validity of this model.  相似文献

To investigate crystallization in the ion beam deposition process, titanium ions were deposited on silicon wafers at 105 and 55 eV. As titanium is an active metal, titanium compounds are formed by absorbing backfilled or residual gas. At energy levels of 105 or 55 eV, titanium crystallizes in a NaCl-type titanium compound with the backfilling of air. In all samples, (110)-oriented crystals grew with a rectangular lattice arrangement of titanium atoms. The open channel <110> of preferentially oriented crystal growth was parallel to the direction of incident ions normal to the substrate surface.  相似文献

An efficient and reliable multiresidue method for determining pesticide residues in a large number of vegetable samples was studied. First, the important target compounds for monitoring, 52 nitrogen- and/or phosphorus-containing pesticides, were selected. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, and the separated acetonitrile layer was cleaned up by a salting-out step. The acetonitrile extract was purified by gel permeation chromatography that divided the pesticide eluate into 2 fractions; the pesticide fractions were respectively purified by a 2-step minicolumn cleanup in which the second pesticide fraction was loaded on a silica-gel minicolumn. After a Florisil minicolumn was inserted on the silica-gel minicolumn, the first pesticide fraction was loaded on the tandem minicolumn, which was eluted with acetone-petroleum ether (3 + 7). The combined eluate was subjected to dual-column gas chromatography (GC) with nitrogen-phosphorus and flame photometric detection. By application of the optimum cleanup conditions to the 52 pesticides selected, good resolution and low breakdown levels of the pesticides during GC were maintained. Recoveries of the 52 pesticides from fortified cabbage, lettuce, spring onion, and spinach ranged from 72 to 108% with relative standard deviations of 2-17%, except for the recoveries of methamidophos and chlorothalonil. The detection limits of the pesticides were satisfactory (0.001-0.009 mg/kg) for monitoring pesticide residues in vegetables.  相似文献

A highly enantioselective cyanohydrin synthesis with aromatic aldehydes using chiral lithium binaphtholate aqua or alcohol complexes has been developed and is a simple and inexpensive catalyst suitable for process chemistry to give gram-scale cyanohydrins successfully. Dramatic improvements in enantiomeric excess have been realized along with an interesting changeover in absolute stereochemistry of cyanohydrin product against the thoroughly "dry" catalytic systems.  相似文献

The one-pot reaction of ethyl 1-cyclopropyl-6,7,8-trifluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxoquinoline-3-carboxylate ( 6 ) with tert-butyl acetoacetate gave 3-tert-butyl 7-ethyl 9-cyclopropyl-4-fluoro-6,9-dihydro-2-methyl-6-oxofuro[3,2-h]quinoline-3,7-dicarboxylate ( 5 ). This regioselective cyclization was rationalized by the Hard and Soft Acids and Bases principle. By use of a similar furan-forming reaction, we prepared 2-(amino-methyl)furo[3,2-h]quinoline-7-carboxylic acid 4 . Compound 4 showed weak antibacterial activity.  相似文献

Tetrabutylammonium fluoride induces the decomposition of 1-tert-butyl-4,4-dimethyl-5-(3-siloxyphenyl)-2,6,7-trioxabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane (4a) in DMSO to form an oxyanion of aromatic ketone (14a) as an emitter with high singlet-chemiexcitation yield comparable with that for a chemically initiated electron exchange luminescence (CIEEL) active dioxetane producing an oxyanion of aromatic ester as an emitter. A 7-siloxynaphthalen-2-yl analog (4b) was found on similar treatment to emit light with the maximum wavelength the longest among CIEEL-active dioxetanes hitherto known.  相似文献

We analyzed ABC transporter solute-binding proteins (SBPs) of the Bacillus subtilis membrane using a proteomic approach. We prepared a washed cell membrane fraction that was insoluble in 134 mM nondetergent sulfobetaine and then extracted proteins using mixtures of detergents in a stepwise manner. The membrane proteins were resolved by three two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (2-D PAGE) or two one-dimensional (1-D) PAGE procedures, electroblotted, and digested in the presence of 5% or 80% acetonitrile. Thereafter, matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) identified 637 proteins corresponding to 15.9% of the total cellular proteins. We predicted that among these, 256 were membrane proteins, 101 were lipoproteins or secretory proteins and 280 were soluble proteins containing peripheral proteins that function in both the cytoplasm and the cell membrane such as SecA and FtsY. Among the 637 proteins, we identified 30 SBPs among 38 importers predicted by a bioinformatic search of the genome. We confirmed expression of the genes for the 30 SBPs using DNA microarray analysis. We compared the 2-D gel separation profiles of submembrane fractions solubilized by 1% n-dodecyl-beta-D-maltoside from cells cultured on Luria Bertani (LB), S7, and S7 medium without glutamate as well as DNA microarray data on LB and S7. The results suggested that YcdH, YtmK and YurO are binding proteins for Mn(++), glutamate and glucose, respectively, and that YqiX and YxeM are binding proteins for amino acids (tryptophan in S7 medium).  相似文献

Dual-phase polymer electrolytes (DPE) that have high ionic conductivity (> 10?3 S/cm) and good mechanical strength were prepared by mixing NBR and SBR latices and casting films. The latex films absorbed large quantities of lithium salt solution (e.g., 1M lithium perchlorate in γ-butyrolactone) to obtain DPE films but did not dissolve with swelling. The NBR phase is polar and was impregnated selectively with the polar lithium salt solution, whereas the SBR phase is nonpolar and formed a mechanically-supportive matrix. Transmission electron microscopic (TEM), electron energy loss spectral (EELS), and energy-dispersive x-ray (EDX) analyses showed microscopically the dual-phase structure. Evidence for swelling by lithium salt solution was found only in the NBR phase and not in the SBR phase by EDX microanalysis. Ionic conductivity as a function of NBR content or swelling degree showed clearly that a percolation threshold for ionic conductivity exists. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The π-allyl nickel halide-oxygen system was found to be active as catalyst for stereospecific polymerization of butadiene. The catalyst from π-allyl nickel chloride or π-allyl nickel bromide yields the polymer of 90% cis-1,4 content with high activity, whereas the catalyst from π-allyl nickel iodide affords a polymer of 70% or less cis-1,4 content. The catalyst systems can be fractionated into two parts on the basis of solubility in benzene. It is concluded that the catalyst activity originates essentially from the benzene-insoluble nickel complex which is composed of oxygen, halogen, σ-allyl group, and nickel. The structure of growing polymer terminal is discussed in relation to the mechanism of the stereospecific polymerization.  相似文献

Interaction between amphiphiles and water molecules in micelle or bilayer structure has been investigated using aqueous colloids of various amphiphiles through the rheological data and the spin-lattice relaxation timeT 1 of the proton of water molecule.T 1 of the water proton has been measured by the inversion recovery method and determined as a single exponential relaxation process.The chemical shift of the water proton is almost independent of the amphiphilic concentration; however, it shifts toward a higher magnetic field with increasing temperature in a way similar to that in pure water and in the amphiphilic aqueous systems. These facts mean that there is no significant difference in the magnetic field environment of the water protons in these systems.The water molecule is not necessarily bound in the fully developed micelle or bilayer (rod-like or lamella) structure which induces the high viscosity or high rigidity of the colloidal system. On the other hand, the water molecule is bound in the micelle colloids of amphoteric amphiphiles or amphiphiles whose molecular assembly creates a relatively strong electrostatic field. The activation entropy of the bound water is negative and this suggests that water molecules assume some ordered structure in the bound state.  相似文献
