The novel ring transformation reactions were found in the reactions of 1,3,7,9-tetra-alkyl-8,9-dihydroxanthines and acetylenic compounds. The reaction of the dihydroxanthine with DMAD gave a propellane type compound and with methyl propiolate afforded the similar type compound and a pyrimido[4,5-b]diazepine derivative. The mechanism of these reactions was also discussed.  相似文献

The reaction of the ortho-alkynylarylimines 1 with allyltributylstannane and allyl chloride in the presence of allylpalladium chloride dimer (5 mol %) and Cu(OAc)2 (20 mol %) in CH3CN at 50 °C gave the 1,4-diallyl-1,2-dihydroisoquinolines 2 in good yields. Most probably, the reaction proceeds through tandem bis-allylation of the imine-alkyne functional groups with bis-π-allylpalladium.  相似文献

Calculation using CNDO/2 method have been performed for the crown ethers and their cation complexes. The photoelectron spectra of 18-crown-6 and 12-crown-4 are well described by the present MO calculations. The orbital interactions between the crown ligand and the cation indicate the importance of the charge transfer interaction for the complex formation. The destabilization energy due to the ring-shrinking (~ 0.5 eV) is very small compared with the complexation energy (5–8 eV). The stability of the complex was reasonably explained by the considering the hydrated species of the cation and the complex, indicating the important role of the solvation effect in the selectivity of the crown ether to the cation.  相似文献

A new preparative method of β- and γ-alkoxy (acetoxy) ketones, which are important precursors of vinyl ketones and 1,4-diketones, respectively, is presented. With PdCl2/CuCl/O2 or PdCl2/p-benzoquinone catalyst system, internal olefins bearing allylic alkoxy or acetoxy group underwent regioselective oxidation to form the corresponding β-alkoxy or β-acetoxy ketones. Similarly, γ-acetoxy ketones were obtained from homoallyl acetates having internal olefins with high regioselectivity.  相似文献

The synthesis of hexahydrooxoepithiopyridinedicarboxyimide (5: X2 = N-Ph) by the reaction of thioamides 1 with N-substituted maleimide ( 2a ) was examined. The reaction of primary thioamides, such as thiobenzamide and p-toluthioamide with N-phenylmaleimide gives compounds 5 together with corresponding 4-hydroxy-1,3-thiazoles 4 . However, a similar reaction of secondary thioamides, such as N-methylthioacetamide, thiobenzanilide, with N-phenylmaleimide did not provide compounds 5 without addition of acid. The reaction pathway and the configuration of 5 were also investigated.  相似文献

In this paper, for a given l such that 0n–l–1=1, necessary conditions and sufficient conditions are found for (1) to have a solution x(t) which satisfies (2), and a necessary and sufficient condition is established in order that for every >0 the equation x(n)(t)+p(t)x(g(t))=0 (t>a) has a solution x(t) which satisfies (2). Several mono- and bicyclic 6-methoxy-2-pyrones having substituents at C4 and C5 can be prepared regiospecifically by either of two routes: (1) regiospecific construction of a glutaconic half-ester followed by dehydrative cyclization, and (2)regiospecific Friedel-Crafts acylation of 6-methoxy-2-pyrones at C5. These pyrones undergo clean and regiospecific Diels-Alder cycloadditions with various unsymmetrical dienophiles, e.g., quinones, unsaturated esters, etc, with subsequent loss of carbon dioxide. In this manner several polycyclic aromatic natural products have been prepared such as chrysophanol, helminthosporin, pachybasin, 2-acetylemodin and the purported structure for orientalone. The utility of this approach for the synthesis of the anthracyclines is demonstrated by its use in the preparation of various tetracyclic intermediates for anthracycline synthesis.  相似文献

Generation of singlet and triplet 2-silylcyclopentane-1,3-diyls and their reactivity have been investigated in the thermal and photochemical denitrogenation of 2,3-diaza-7-silylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene. 5-Silylcyclopentene (silyl migration product) is quantitatively obtained, while 5-silylbicyclo[2.1.0]pentane (intramolecular ring-closure product) is not detected in the denitrogenation reactions. Deuterium labeling studies clarify that 5-silylcyclopentene is formed by a suprafacial [1,2] silyl migration in singlet 2-silylcyclopentane-1,3-diyl. UDFT calculations closely reproduce the observed reactivity of the singlet diradical: The enthalpic barriers of the intramolecular ring-closure are calculated to be DeltaH++exo468 = 5.8 kcal/mol and DeltaH++endo468 = 6.7 kcal/mol, which are much higher than the energy barrier for the [1,2] silyl migration, DeltaH++468 = 2.7 kcal/mol. The notable effect of the silyl group on raising the energy barrier of the intramolecular cyclization is rationalized by an electronic configuration of the lowest singlet state of 2-silylcyclopentane-1,3-diyls.  相似文献

The series of alkyl 4-[2-(perfluorooctyl)ethoxy]benzoates (F8-n) shows a systematic change of crystal structures depending on the length of the alkyl chain: separate packing of perfluorooctyl (Rf) and alkyl (Rh) chains from each other for shorter (n=2) and longer (n=11) members, alternate packing of Rf and Rh chains for middle (n=6,7) members, and an intermediate type of packing for n=4. Semiempirical MO calculations show slightly repulsive interactions between the Rf chains, and attractive ones between Rf and Rh chains and between Rh and the core of a molecular pair. It is concluded that fluorination determines the molecular shape of the crystal structures by making the chain rigid. It is confirmed that the interactions between Rf chains are small compared with those between other moieties and that they are forced to aggregate owing to the exclusion from other moieties. Thus, the effect is dependent on the geometries and intermolecular interactions of the other moieties.  相似文献

A highly enantioselective cyanohydrin synthesis with aromatic aldehydes using chiral lithium binaphtholate aqua or alcohol complexes has been developed and is a simple and inexpensive catalyst suitable for process chemistry to give gram-scale cyanohydrins successfully. Dramatic improvements in enantiomeric excess have been realized along with an interesting changeover in absolute stereochemistry of cyanohydrin product against the thoroughly "dry" catalytic systems.  相似文献
